I was recommended this shop by a friend after sharing my need to find some cute new clothes for a trip coming up. I trusted in her and always enjoy finding new potential shops I'll like.. so I headed over! My first steps into the shop and I knew I was going to be loving it. The style of the interior, along with the clothing, accessory options.. phenomenal. So many different styles and sizes, fabrics. The customer service was also amazing, so friendly and made me feel so welcome! I was a little worried if I would find something in my size, my body has grown a bit over the last year and I hadn't treated myself to much new clothing since.. they carried a top here that I fell in LOVE with and flattered my body type perfectly. I shared this with the gal working and she was such a sweetheart and so happy that they could do that for me. This really is already a new favorite place of mine that is definitely worth stopping by! No more need to dread having to "go to Bend" to find some clothes, come to Forever Sunshine in Redmond! Seriously left with the biggest smile! Thank you read more

I would like to start off, this store is very cute. However, when you charge huge price tags on simple things and give no receipts, and tell the customer they will text you a receipt and there is nothing on it but the store name and a place to sign up for square! I tried to take back a $96 dollar top today that I purchased 7 days ago and was not told anything the gal, wrote on a business card and told me here ya go, in store credit! Not going to keep a good name for yourself with that type of customer service or return policy that is non-existent. My top had tags and original bag still. Wild! Won't go back! I support local but not this! read more

I love this cute little boutique in downtown Redmond. She always has a unique variety of clothing that is on trend and reasonably priced. The service is great the gals there are super helpful getting you the sizes you need and helping you coordinate outfits. It's a really sweet place to shop and check out. read more

I am from Hillsboro OR and come to visit my friends in La Pine and absolutely love this store. I went out of my way to stop here on Friday 02/02/2024 at 4:30pm (hours say they close at 6pm) to shop and they were closed early. Two days later on Sunday I made my husband detour into Redmond on our way back to Hillsboro in hopes to shop and they were closed early AGAIN!! What is going on??? read more

I discovered this cute shop today, and I am so glad I did! It smells lovely inside with their candles, and the clothes are adorable. Great selection with many different colors, fabrics, and styles. Great accessory selection as well, and some super cute shoes! The girl working was very nice and was paying attention to everyone in the store instead of just standing behind the counter. I came out with some adorable sandals! I would have purchased more but my size was unfortunately not in stock for those items. I don't mind though, I know sizes go quick in these small boutiques! We are in town from Texas. My 14 year old daughter purchased a top from this store today. After purchasing the top her and her friend were standing outside of the store on their phones locating another place to shop here in this small town. The store clerk came outside and begun to interrogate them about theft. She accused them of stealing because a hanger was allegedly found in the dressing room. The girls showed her their bags and were incredibly confused. Then, on the side of the street, the store clerk then asked to see underneath one of their sweatshirts! Oddly, the girl wearing the sweatshirt had not even been in the dressing room to try anything on. This makes absolutely no sense. So, I am convinced there was no empty hanger and the store clerk was making assumptions about them and excuses for interrogating them. My daughter spent $40 on a tank top but was somehow mistook for a thief. Seems ligit. The clerk did not apologize to them after this ridiculous mistreatment. If your store needs to ramp up loss prevention, perhaps you could take note of what is going into the dressing room in the first place...? Or hire someone who can discern between paying customers and small town trash. read more
