Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend anything except to avoid this place. I took in a large set of slides to be digitized. When I arrived with them, Zachary noted how convenient it was that I had already removed them from the carousels because that would make them much easier to deal with. He specifically told me they would be done by two weeks from that day and that I would be notified immediately when they were. After three weeks, no such notice arrived. I called. I was told they were not ready and was promised they would be ready the following Friday, about four weeks from my drop-off. What I didn't receive was an apology, explanation or even acknowledgment of the original promise date. They never once called me about further delays. I will spare the details of the ongoing process of more missed deadlines, frustrating phone calls, and notably absent explanation, except they told me it was taking longer because the slides weren't in carousels. The project was finally finished about six weeks after I dropped them off. I am not sure they would ever have been finished had I not repeatedly called. I ultimately said I was coming to pick them up, done or not, and I would dispute my credit card payment. I did receive a $50 discount, which was meaningless and rather insulting, given the size of the order, the commercial value of the slides, and their absolutely horrible customer service. Easy 5 star review. Came into Forever Studios, greeted instantly by a smiling, professional and enthusiastic front line staffer named Brie. She couldn't have been more welcoming. I brought in a 2 set DVD to dub. No biggie, she quoted me, and offered me a 2nd set for next to nothing. I accepted. Better, she asked if I had custom artwork for the labels, no charge. I emailed her the artwork and she suggested "under 2 weeks" to get the copies done. 3 days later, "Your order's ready". Came in and saw my kid's Bar Mitzvah CDs with custom labels, ready to go, looking great and for a low price. There is no value one can place on great customer care. At Forever Studios, Brie gets 10 stars for service. If leaving your treasured memories (whether film, tape, stills) with a big box store leaves you feeling queasy, as in, will I ever get my originals back? Bring your prized possessions to Forever Studios. They do the work on-site, quickly, and with a flair of professional style like no body's business. I've recommended FS to friends and family, without reservation, knowing their style and service and product detail is second to none. I hesitated for a long time with trusting any company to digitally transfer 40+ year old cassettes that belonged to my Dad. I wasn't even sure if the material was still there on the originals or of the actual condition of tape on each cassette. When I visited Forever Studios, Zachary took the time to sit down with me to discuss what I needed done. This personal touch made all the difference and helped me feel I was making a good decision. One week later his team was able to transfer the contents to CD and flash drive and it was ready to be collected. It's difficult to express just how grateful I am and how much it means to have these memories in digital form that will last forever. I'm very disappointed with Forever Studios' work, both in terms of the final results and their customer service. I submitted several photos for restoration, paying over $300, and was shocked to see that some of the images, particularly of my mother, had been altered in disturbing ways. One photo even replaced her face with what looked like a man's face, with glasses and a beard. Others had mismatched eyes, and some female faces showed visible beard shadows. I'm unsure if this was due to poor use of AI or just sloppy editing, but the quality was unacceptable. On top of that, their customer service was slow and unhelpful, and email responses took too long. I would not use this service again or recommend it to anyone. You'd probably get better results using a decent AI photo restoration app. read more

Terrible experience with the front desk young lady. Went in to ask questions about converting slides to DVD. I am not that familiar with the computer terminology she was using so I asked a simple question as a form of explanation. At that point, the girl turns around and asks my 12 y.o. granddaughter, "You know what a JPEG is, don't you?" From that moment on, she stopped giving me eye contact and proceeded to look at her laptop and continued typing. She refused to explain in simple terms what the end product of the process would be. There was no one else in the store so she couldn't have been that busy. If she's the owner's daughter, she's burning her inheritance because I won't use their services nor any of my friends. I had a great experience with Forever Studios. They photographed my young children in multiple setting at their studio. The photographers were patient with my children and took lots of pictures as I wanted various groups of people in different pictures. The pictures were sent across in a very timely manner and captured each individual's personality. These pictures will hang in my house for years to come and I anticipate returning for annual photographs. We fell in love with Lucy over the phone. She was beyond awesome when we talked over the phone. She was so helpful and informative (We had so many questions)! I came here a week before Christmas wanting to get some home videos transferred into DVDs as a present for my mom. I payed to get 2 of them rushed. I was nervous they wouldn't be done in time. But, a couple of days later I got an email to pick them up. They both came out very clear in picture and sound. I like that the video is divided into different chapters. So happy I found Forever Studios. Not only do they transfer film and slides to DVD's they also transfer audio tapes to CD. I picked mine up a few weeks ago and was amazed that I was able to hear recordings from years ago in my car and share them with my family. We were highly impressed with the quality and customer service displayed by Forever Studios crew. They invested the time to get to know the members of my family for a family portrait as well as individual separate pictures for the children and grandchildren. Wow, what a cool concept. My family stopped by next door at the bench place for lunch and saw Forever Studios on our way out. We handy had a family photo session in quite some time so we decided to book a session with the kids. Amy was really delightful to work with as she somehow kept the kids attention for at least 20 minutes! We also ordered some really nice metal prints to put on our living room wall.
