I only come to this place when I can't fit one in during the week at my regular nail salon. They are open Sundays so it is convenient but not the best quality. When I get my nails done at Pro Nails in Romeo, I get a shellac and it last for 3-4 weeks and my nails are very strong. When I come to forever nails my nails are weak and they chip all the time. So why do I come here? I needed a pedicure and my regular technician was out of town anyways. Maybe if I came regularly I would find a technician I like, but I'm all set with my lady in Romeo for my regular routine. read more

I was a frequent client a few years ago but after having my third baby I haven't had time for myself. Before leaving for up north I decided self care was needed. I got dip done ten days ago, at first I loved them. They looked great and they'd go perfect with my beach vacation. Within two days they started lifting, getting caught in my hair when I washed it and snagging on everything. Today, while making breakfast my index finger nail just popped off. I got my nails done 5 days ago. My nails are still sore from all of the drilling. The sides of my nails were raw, as they are growing out you can see all of the acrylic on my cuticles and sides of my fingers, it's causing several of my nails to lift, while being uncomfortable. My nail tech was lovely, but everything was dirty! They took the pedicure insert (little plastic piece that goes into the bowl over the plastic lining) from the lady next to me and used it in mine without cleaning it! Then they did it again when a new lady came for a pedicure. She took the piece straight from my bowl and gave it for him to use. Again, without cleaning it! I have never ONCE seen those bowls or water nozzles get cleaned after use. Then, when it was time to do my nails, the towel that was down on the counter was used! You could see all the skin and nail debris from the previous customer! She wasn't even going to change it. Then I said something and she put a towel over top it. The tools used weren't clean either. I could see purple nail polish clippings, which were not from me. That is disgusting and should be reported as being unsanitary! Also, do you ever clean the grinding tools used? That's another issue that should be addressed. Do better or I will be forced to report you to the health department. read more

I am very disappointed in my experience at forever nail. I went in for a pedicure and shellac nail polish. I asked the nail tech to cut my toe nails short, which she was very hesitant and did not, she also did not bother to cut the corner of my toe nails where the nail was growing into the skin, so I had to come home and re cut them myself. However, she did a great job massaging my legs.. then I got shellac nails, I did not got a manicure as I had one last shellac change and do not need one every single time. The shellac job was AWFUL, it was all over my skin, a chunk was missing from one finger. It literally looked like I did it with my non dominant hand, and on top of that, the shellac color faded, and the tech tried to blame it on me and said I was in the sun too much. For one I was working all week and didn't go in the sun at all, and two I've been getting hot pink shellac for the past 6 years never once has me being in the sun had an impact on the nail polish quality. Very unprofessional to accuse someone of doing something to cause damage to their nails, rather than admitting flaws or mistakes and owning up to it rather than placing blame on customers... I did go in to have the shellac fixed, and it isn't much better, still shellac on my skin and peeling off... I will not return to this establishment, I think there is way better places on the area read more

I have gone here for a long time. They recently changed ownership and I love the new owners. Such a huge selection of dip and shellac. Organic manis/pedis very clean and fresh up to date. I see Kenny and I'm telling you my Dip Manicure was over 3 weeks I was freaking out it wasn't going to make it cause I was to busy to get in. It was way past do but still going strong! He does such good work! My new look is something I had to post and rave about! I've never had an ombre dip with sparkles! He is awesome! I've been to this place a few times for pedicures, simply out of convenience of location. I would describe it as just barely adequate. The decor itself is nice, the chairs are comfortable, and the polish selection is varied. The products they use in the foot bath and their lotions always smell great. However, the service is severely lacking. Most of the time you're barely acknowledged. The last time I was in, the woman doing my pedicure was so entranced I'm watching the TV she often zoned out while doing my foot rub and completely stopped to watch TV. If anyone's curious, an old John Wayne movie was playing. This woman also proceeded to let out a massive belch while painting my toes and I was immediately disgusted. She did not excuse herself and didn't even acknowledge what happened. I felt - for lack of a better word - icky. Her face was right next to my legs...ew. The polish job was a little sloppy and she didn't cut or shape my nails. I was charged an extra $2 for a credit card fee so beware of that. They also only accept cash tips...frustrating. This salon is a 1 star for sure! Arrived with out an appointment they did accommodate me. I had a pedicure and dip change on my nails. They insisted I soak my nails in a bowl of acetone even after I asked to have them wrapped due to the dry skin he said no that soaking was faster. then as filling the bowl the acetone spilled all over me he said sorry but never gave me a towel to dry off. pedicure was short you could tell they were in a hurry. manicure even though i just had a dip change they still insisted on charging me for a full manicure which they did not do. I got my nails done 5 days ago and asked for them to put a new set of acrylics on. I explained to them that I had already had them filled 4 times and that my nails weren't short enough or strong enough to hold the acrylic on anymore. (Basically the part that they originally glue on was already grown out and cut off. ) My nail technician pushed and pushed for me to just get them filled again and finally I just gave in. 5 days later, after throwing away a diaper, my nails are falling off and lifting at all of the edges. She didn't paint my entire nail on the sides and she wasn't very gentle when she did them. It seemed like she was distracted by others things, I don't know. But today (Thursday) I went in and asked them to redo them for me, take them off, or refund my money. The woman who I spoke to STILL tried to convince me just to have them fix the one that fell off. I have been going to this place for almost a year now and I have loved this salon up until the last three times I got my nails filled. I would prefer to give them less than 1 star as my pedicure for my niece today cost me $89! I had a $50 gift-certificate that was bought over a year ago. They would not honor it. None of it! Just "sorry and you owe me $33 for the pedicure today." That has always been a mystery to me, putting expiration dates on gift certificates. You've already gotten my money! So the pedicure was $33 with tip $6 and my expired $50 gift certificate- $89! That was an expensive pedicure. Nothing worse than a thief! Only half of the staff is good at doing nails but the new owner is wonderful! Yesterday 8/10/18 I went to get my nails done, when I left I was so unhappy with the job that was done for me. They were uneven, different shapes, and most importantly the tips were glued on at an angle so there was a gap between the tip and my nail on every finger. Today 8/11/18 I went back this morning and told the owner all of the problems I had with my nails and that I wanted them redone. She promptly got me seated with a new nail tech (TIFFANY) and they are AMAZING. I am so glad that I went back and got them redone. I will be seeing Tiffany again! I am a big fan of this nail salon. Owners Bryant and Kim do a lovely job of keeping the place clean, pleasant and a joy to visit. The color scheme is pleasing to the senses and there is always music on, which is how it's supposed to be when you are going somewhere to be pampered!!!! Everyone is very friendly when you arrive....I'm always greeted with smiles. The interior layout is also well done. A comfortable seating area for clients who have to wait...fully equipped with coffee/tea.... the pedi area is in the rear portion of the space, with a tied-back curtain separating the mani area from the pedi area. There are also private rooms for waxing, etc. in the very back. The techs are awesome. Kim Olivieri is hands-down the best tech EVER. If you can get in to see her, I highly advise it - tell her Tara sent you! For the ladies who want a little eye candy, ask for Junior. He will pamper you and make you feel like a Queen.... Not.Even.Kidding. Really, any of the techs will be fabulous...and they have a strong following of regulars....a tell-tale sign of a GREAT salon. If you want to leave with multiple cuts and horrendous nails this place is for you. My nail tech cut 3 of my fingers, once with a file, once with a buffing block, then finally with the drill. My nails are not even and not remotely the same shape. Not only did she change me an extra $5 for a manicure but that only included having my cuticles pushed back. Finally after a terrible experience they change an extra $2 to use a credit card. My total was $43 dollars, a typical credit card fee change is 3%. 3% of $43 is .86. Where did the extra $1.14 go? I would suggest this place to anyone that wants to be over-charged for ugly nails and a staph infection. read more

Not a great experience!! Although my nail tech was very friendly, her attention to detail was not great. I got a pedicure and a dip powder manicure. She barely shaped/filed my nails and didn't clean up or push back my cuticles at all. There are spots on the edges of my nails that don't have any dip color on them and spots where the dip color is on my skin. Overall I'm pretty disappointed in the quality of work for the over $70 price. Edit: 3 days later the polish started chipping off already! read more
