Brought my friends here last minute and had the best time. We were able to get a medium room right away on a Thursday night. Prices are fair, music volume/sound system was great, and the song selection had all my favorites. There was a fun lighting system and tambourines too. I never leave reviews for places but I felt compelled to get back on Yelp because of the great experience! I will be coming back for sure. read more

Affordable prices and a friendly owner, though his communication can be a bit limited at times. It worked well for the three of us for about three hours. I was a little skeptical at first since they use an older system where you select songs using a large tablet style remote instead of a modern digital interface. Also, don't expect the music videos to match your song choices. Many aren't the official versions and sometimes random clips, often K-pop, will play instead. A big plus is that our room had a fan, so it didn't feel stuffy and the temperature was comfortable the whole time. We were also able to get a room right away on a Friday at 7 pm, which was great. Some songs I wanted weren't available, like "Pocketful of Sunshine" by Natasha Bedingfield, "Stop and Stare" by OneRepublic, and "E.T." by Katy Perry, along with a few others I expected to find. I just moved on when something wasn't there. I will go back. read more

Brought my 2 year old daughter with my group of friends and they charged us for a medium room rate since my 2 year old "counts as a fifth person". Worst part was the way he did it too, instead of trying to be hospitable he started counting us with his finger in a condescending manner. He was being slick about too because when he charged us he trying to be nonchalant about the price. Then when we asked why the price was so high he tried avoiding the question by staying quiet like we were going to go away or something. Thats when he did the finger pointing. After that we just took our L paid and left since he decided to just stare at us in silence. Very unprofessional and immature. read more

I swear the owner over charges every time we go here. Go to muse karaoke on sepulveda instead!!!! This place overcharges ALL THE TIME. We decided to come here cause it was closer to where everyone lives but we made a mistake ugh. Always leaving the place questioning the bill!! read more

June 13, 2025 | Gardena | Forever Music Studio | After an on the go day, it was fun attending my friend's karaoke party! We had a blast at this location! Plenty of space to sing & dance, and we did just that and had so much fun in our private room! Lots of laughs throughout the night! Check-In: Be sure to arrive just a few minutes before, as you can't go into the rooms any earlier! Our private room was booked from 9 to 11 PM! Medium Sized Room: Plenty of space, cozy plush seating, two music catalogs, microphones with covers, a large table, air conditioning, sound was awesome, there were tambourines, a large screen on the wall & a smaller screen on the other side of the room! Lighting: The lighting was fun and colorful! Catalog: There were a variety of fun songs listed! I would love to see the catalog expanded with more songs; even more fun! As an option, the keypad was also in English! Customer Service: The guy at the front desk was nice, as he showed us around! Parking: Free & plentiful! Overall: Yes, I would easily go to this location again! We had even more energy at the end of the night, because the experience was so much fun! All-around good vibes! Thanks again! read more

Came for NRB with a group of 5 on Saturday night. No wait, $30 for an hour ($6/pp per hour) and you can have 5-7 in a medium room for that price. Super affordable, great spot with a great music selection. Check it out next time you're in Torrance and feel the need to sing! read more

The large room we reserved had a max cap of 15 people and there was a good amount of space and seating. The front reception person even brought in an extra small table for us as we opted to bring in our own food and beverages (w/ an extra fee). Had great song selections, music was loud so no one felt self-conscious and we could here it over each other's scream-singing, mics were amp'd, lights added to the fun ambience, and the tambourines were the perfect pairing to keep the mood and rhythm pumped up. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend. There's also delicious eateries within the same plaza. What better way to end the night than with some delicious Korean late night eats after burning off all those calories singing and dancing? Recommend this place for a fun time. read more

Good in a pinch. No frills. No alcohol on the premises. They sell sodas and water. The owner is nice! Song selection in English is limited but they have a lot of songs in Korean and Chinese, too! read more

The man who was on the counter tried to charge for a large room price ($40) when we were three people in a small room ($25). My friends didn't understand him and were just about to pay but I stopped them to ask the owner about the price. Just don't go here I think it was the owner, he's a scammer. read more

Got a small room for us 2 for 1 hour. Easy to use large remote and had songs we wanted. We just have to make our list ahead of time because an hour goes by fast! We can hear others intermittently singing very bad so made us comfortable to sing as bad and loud. Place does fill up. We came when opened at 6. We'll be back! read more

i grew up in torrance and have been going to two other korean karaoke places, but that was only because i didn't know about this place sooner :0 if i knew about Forever Music Studio, i would've been a loyal customer for yearsss. this is the only karaoke i come to now :) the owner is very kind, their prices are extremely fair, and obviously you bring the vibes hehe the place is spacious and always clean! read more

Nice rooms and very straight to the point. If you want to have a good time and sing your heart out, this is the place for you!

Randomly decided to have a karaoke night with my friend and found this place near by and decided to check this place out. Pretty cute spot, had a great time for a party of two! It is Korean owned so their remote and writing on the screen is all in Korean characters so definitely keep that in mind. The owner does explain how to use the remote and the buttons you should know so it does help a bit. He doesn't speak much English so bare with him, he's a very sweet man! I do recommend downloading the photo translator app before going to help translate the remote/tv screen. They have cute lights and a disco ball to set the vibes! They don't serve food or drinks there nor allow them inside the rooms so be sure to eat and get your drinks on before heading in! We grabbed some pho at Pho Daily within the same plaza that's open 24/7 so it's a great spot if you're feeling hungry before or after your song battles! read more

good music studio for a good price! $40 for the large room per hour $25 for the smaller room per hour karaoke remote control is in korean, but it's easy to use after an employee explains it! A TV in the front of the room and the back of the room was a nice touch! went here with 13 friends and had a good time for $106 total! read more

It was a great experience. It was been several years since I didn't visited to the karaoke. I don't regret visiting this karaoke place. I would like to visit again later. read more

I went with my cousin today. Keep in mind, we are all under 21 so we have no issue with the no alcohol. The owner was very nice. Majority of the instructions are in Korean but there is an translation page to understand the controller. HUGE section for korean songs and a good amount for english songs. even has japanese! They were up to date on the song selections as they had songs that were about a month old. We were there for about 2 hours and paid $50. It was my very first time going to karaoke and i truly did enjoy it a lot. will be coming again and coming with more people! read more

$75 for karaoke for two. Haha. Seems a bit steep, but we stayed a few hours - something we tend to do every time we sing. To sweeten the deal, we got a couple free drinks on the way out. My karaoke boy can sing, so it's always a good time, but there were a couple downsides to this location. 1. Many of the songs I like to sing are absent in the listings, so that's sad. 2. The books we were given were not organized in any way except by song title. Sometimes it's easier and more efficient to search by artist. read more

After having dinner a few doors down at Hwang's, I felt compelled to drop by. I approached the man who worked here for a tour of the rooms and seeing they weren't bad at all, I convinced my friends to stay for an hour. We took up a small room and were given a bottle of water and cups, also directions on using the remote. Seating was comfy. I'd say song selection was pretty typical as I don't mind singing older stuff. You don't get points at the end of the songs but I don't care. Okay, I wanted to know how good or bad I was. I would come here again. The guy who runs this place is friendly and didn't charge us extra for going over the hour. We left pleased, the four of us paying $5 each. read more

I came here with friends a couple times. It probably is like the oldest and crappiest looking karaoke in Gardena/Torrance. Since this one was the closest, we had no choice but to come here because it was already 1:30 AM. They close at 2:00 AM but the owner was nice enough for us to stay for an hour. That was nice but my experience here was not satisfying. One of the microphone wasnt working well. My friends and I were irritated later because it kept going on and off and it was just annoying. And the rooms are so humid and hot. Yes, he turns on the fan for you but it really doesnt do crap because it doesnt move. So if you're sitting away from the fan or right next to the fan all the wind is going towards the front so theres no coolness whatsoever. So stuffy and it was like sauna! He gives you a bottle of water for free, I guess that's nice I dont know. I will not come here unless I really have to. I rather drive 12 more miles and go to Koreatown in LA. read more

I got a small room for two and found it to be satisfactory. The price is fair and the place was clean enough. There were mic covers for sanitation/covid safety. The person I went wanted a larger song selection, but I didn't have any issues whatsoever. Would recommend and go again. read more

Came here on a Friday night at around 8 pm, so I was very surprised no other party was here. Maybe it was still too early? The man (owner?) was very nice and gave us free water bottles and cups to pour them in. We even went over time by about 5 minutes and he didn't rush us or charge us. The room had everything: two tvs, one on each end so you can actually sing to the audience hahaha, a disco ball, blacklights, mic/volume controls, and a remote. The song selections were nice; I hope they bring in some more recent stuff though! It's a little out of the way where I live, but I definitely would recommend to all who are in the Gardena area! read more

I went with my sister just to bond and ended up having a blast. The selection isn't huge, but it is quite up to date with the most popular artists and even has other languages available as well. That said it's a typical Korean karaoke. The remote is fully in Korean, but the owner does explain how to use it which I appreciated. He also gave us a cold water bottle and two disposable cups as well as two covers for both microphones. Overall the price wasn't bad, I ended up paying $35 for an almost two hour session in a small room (it was pretty spacey) and even had little disco lights. Granted it was happy hour. Overall I look forward to coming back, we had a blast! read more

I love the owner. He is super nice and always smiling. I came here with my bf after eating krn bbq and soju. We were super excited about going to NRB, and we chose to this place since it was right next to the restaurant. The room was clean and spacious and we had so much fun singing and laughing. When one of the two mikes had trouble, he changed the mike and everything worked fine. we ended up ordering for beers since we were super excited, so I don't know the price for the room, but the total price wasn't that bad. we paid the total price and tips and it ended up near $90- 100 for two. But then, we had many beers and other drinks so I thought the price wasn't that bad for two hrs. haha Since it's clean, I would love to come here again. read more

If you're looking for a nice little place where you can sing your lung off without a care in the world this is the place. It's not the most lavish looking place in the world but you can tell the owner invested all he could into this little studio. Don't get me wrong this place looks great! It's just not what I envision a karaoke studio looking like. You rent the rooms by the hour. We got the large room the last time I was there and had a blast. Lots of lights, and mural paintings with comfortable loungers. It's always clean. Great place and really nice guy. read more

PROS: the owner is super nice and helpful. He brings in a bottle of cool water with some cups for you as a service when you first enter the room. The karaoke machine is the standard TJ entertainment machine, and although the controls can be difficult to work at first they are easy even if you can't read Korean once you get used to it. CONS: the rooms do not have AC. On a rather cool (~75 degrees outside) night, the room temperature can go up high, especially if you have multiple people in the same room. Yes, there is a fan inside the room (just one) but that doesn't really help to get rid of the muggy, heavy air trapped inside unless you open the room which doesn't really make sense because it's a karaoke room. Room prices: Small: $20/hr Med: $25? $30? Large: $30? $40? Definitely not bad. If you're the type to get hot really quickly I advise you to go somewhere else. If you don't mind, then you're good and it's a cheap fun way to spend an hour or two with your friends/family :D read more

Went there yesterday for a birthday party. It was awesome! The room itself is just the bare karaoke essentials (pretty much all you need), nothing too special. They did have some cool lighting though. We took the $30/hour room, it seemed to fit the 15 of us just fine. The owner was very nice and "lenient" with us. He allowed us to bring food and drinks to the place without any problem. He also provided us with a few water bottles and cups at the start. After singing a couple songs, a few of us went to hang out on the couch in the lobby area and we were a bit loud, and he didn't seem to mind at all. I love that guy! The only downside to this place is the song book is a bit disorganized. They have the bulk of it organized, but the new songs that they add monthly are in the back. You have to flip through the pages for what new songs they added month by month, wasn't too bad but still. They add probably about 6-8 new English songs a month. The rest were in other languages. Though there is a search option on the remote some where, too bad I couldn't figure it out since it's in Korean. So probably a good tip would be to bring someone who can read Korean to this place. Regarding song selection, it was okay. Anyways, I love this place and will suggest this place anyone wants to chill and just sing! Being able to bring your own food and drinks, too good. Only minor issues with the songbook and remote is all. Have fun! read more

I had such a positive experience at Fantasia Karaoke. We had fairly seasoned karaokers visiting from out of town and we all had an awesome time. The owner was sweet and accommodating. The room we were in was clean and we were fortunate enough to have no issues with the sound system or the microphones. Most of the rooms looked fairly empty for a Saturday night ... but I guess that's for the better when we want to stroll in and karaoke - our wait in a K-Town spot in NY would have been an hour at a peak time like that! We paid $75 for 3 hours for the six of us ... a pretty good deal (especially compared to the NYC prices that we're used to). Not to mention, the sound system was on point and the rating system was generous ... we all sounded like frickin Celine Dion! hahaha. There was no alcohol available for purchase, which may be the only reason I'd take away a star - although, our group managed without it. Luckily we came in from a bar beforehand ... and let's just say we found a way. I will be back! read more

went with a bunch of work folks end of last year. i have different standards when i go with a group of koreans than when i'm with non-koreans. this time was latter. owner was awesome about everything from hospitality to beverage services. everyone had a great time and my boss wants to do it again. always a good sign. english song collection is limited but comparable to most others i've only seen exactly 1 place in my lifetime of karaoke going that had a very extensive pop selections, and i don't remember when or where this was other than that it was like 15 years ago. i still have to find this place... read more

Very nice and thoughtful owner! The rooms were clean and spacious When we got in the room, the owner gave us an instruction sheet for the remote (useful if you can't read Korean!) and even asked if we needed help with anything. He also gave us a bottle of water with cups for our party. The song selection was good - they have Korean, American and Japanese. Probably the best karaoke place in the area. read more

This is horrible if I can give 0 stars I would. So we get there and the man is outside and we wave to him and he wasn't approachable at all he didn't wave back seemed like he wanted to just continue to sit outside. Me and my 3 friends walk he and he walks behind us and I open a book on the counter that I thought was a songbook but it was so I immediately closed it and he yelled and said not to open it. Which I had already closed quickly when I noticed it was a planner. We left after that and as we need he shooed us away saying yes go very rude. He should just sit on his porch at home if he wanted to just sit outside. read more

My friends and I have been searching for karaoke places to host our birthday parties this September... We checked out this one. The prices are great and the atmosphere is perfect for karaoke with the lights and the comfy rooms. However, the English song selection is extremely limited... Maybe only 15/20 pages of songs. Also, the controls are not in English and we weren't given any instructions. The place was nice for just three of us... We might even go back... But I won't be throwing any parties there. read more

Horrible, first time I write a review due to disappointment. This place is overpriced, yesterday my boyfriend and I went there for fifteen minutes and had to leave early for some emergency, after trying we still have to pay the full price $20, the next day I visited again with my other friend for two hours and asked for a discount since it was kind of unfair the day before. After he said yes to my request he still made me pay $35 when we leave 10 minutes early from 2 hours, which is no discount at all. I even came a few times before, consider a old guest he is no kind person. I WILL NOT go back to this place again. read more

The experience we had at this karaoke was excellent! We came in on a Saturday around 6pm before dinner for my Bday. Since it was kinda early, it seemed sort of slow but later on started picking up more. When we requested a room, the person at the front desk took us to our spot and give us instructions (most stuff was in Korean- but its was pretty easy to figure out, plus they got a guide in English). He was very kind in general and also give us some water and cups to share. The place/room itself its nicely decorated, has some flashing lights, confy seating, looked clean, and they even give you other music instruments for use while you sing! :) I believe we paid $20 for small room that fits something like 6 people. I like this place so far, highly recommend, and will definitely come back another time in the future. read more

Love this karaoke place! Their sound systems were great and I love how you receive a "rating" at the end of the songs whether or not it's accurate. It was just my boyfriend and I when we went. Simple place but I thought the rooms were decorated very fun and it was clean. They even had directions for the controller translated into English- which was a huge help to me! Owner was super friendly and nice to us. I would not hesitate to go back here again the next time we are in L.A.... right after we eat at Love Letter Pizza and Chicken down the street! read more

Tried this place for the first time last Friday, and I was really impressed! The guy really is very nice - he gave us a bottle of water and some cups to share, and he said we could bring in outside food & drinks too if we wanted. His prices are VERY fair compared to the places in West LA or Little Tokyo that we've been to. It's a little hard to find songs in the song book because of the way it's arranged, but we managed. If anything, it made us sing some oldies and 80s songs while we looked for the newer stuff, which I loved. :) The one downside is that the place smelled kinda smoky, but I doubt there's anything the owner could do about it since the smell might have been coming from any number of places (people in the back alley or the KBBQ place a few doors down). I feel kinda bad that there weren't that many people on a Friday night. Now that I know about it, I'll definitely be back! Loved the music, lights, cleanliness, and ambience! read more
