We were strolling the streets of Old San Juan and were stopped by a gentleman that gave us a sample of some cream in a diamond shaped pouch. He invited us in to try a skin hydrating cream. Naturally a skeptic, I passed on hearing the shpeal, but relaxed on the couches while my mother tried it out. The gentleman was polite and had a great sense of humor. He knew his product and did a great job fielding info and answering our questions. He even showed us some before-and-after photos that were quite remarkable. Stopped in the street and my friend and I offered a facial treatment. Our husbands were skeptical but stayed with us. We liked the facial and eye treatment. Bought some expensive eye lift serum and moisturizer for $200 The gentleman, a fast talker offered us a package skin care light treatment deal starting at $2500 which we were told cost $7000 in the states. As time went by he offered us $2300, then $1400,then &799, deducting the cost of the moisturizer amid eye serum. I told him I would have to research the product and he kept on going back to a specific web site getting annoyed as I wanted to see Amazon and other reviews. Later I reviewed the products and company and read mixed reviews mostly mediocre, scams, hard sell etc. The products I bought were nice but not any better than others I owned. This is your typical "cosmetics on the street", highly pushy sales place. All of the employees were good talkers and very persuasive. We were told the company has around 2300 stores worldwide. The products sold here can be seen on TV advertisements in the states. My wife new about them from Dr. Oz. First, my wife purchased "Gold Elements Instant Lift Expert (wrinkle corrector)" cream or serum made by the Gold Elements company. Supposedly the supply would last three years yet the expiration date on the box is 2 years away so from the start we were ripped off somewhat. We did not think to look at the expiration prior to getting back on the ship. The product comes in a tall gold box and is in a tube that looks like a serum needle. It is .34 fluid ounces and cost us $150. Oddly we tried to find this exact product on the web later and could not find it. We wanted to compare the price we paid to see how bad we got taken. It is uncertain if this is a legit product or not. Whatever was put on my wife's eye skin during the sales pitch appeared to work right away. Likely though it was a product that simply added glow and DID NOT actually decrease wrinkles. Of course once you are happy and excited you "think" you do see changes. We believe after looking at other reviews of similar products from the "Gold Elements" company that this is a total scam and it is best to avoid it. There are BBB complaints that this Forever Flawless store in San Juan DOES NOT give you the same product they use on you in the eye demo. We also believe this is the case, as we beleive they demoed the "Diamond Infused Eye Serum" made by Forever Flawless (which gets good reviews) but they substituted the poorly reviewed Gold Elements product. We will be submitting a BBB complaint. The sales guy kept saying the product was diamond infused yet the Gold Elements product we received is NOT. Secondly we were sent to a free facial in the same store, provided by a lady named Lola. Of course they were going to try to sell more products. We don't know if these people were using their real names or not. We did not get last names. Supposedly she had 5 kids and traveled the world with these kids selling products out of the various Forever Flawless stores. That seemed hard to believe given her looks and the logistics of doing such a task. She claimed to home school them all. From her we did purchase the "Perfectio" (Silver) made by Zero Gravity. From the box it says it is a therapeutic beauty device that combines LED infra red light and heat therapy to reduce facial lines and reduce pore size. It supposedly does wonders for double chins. Lola's demo actually did appear to tighten the skin around the chin and that was after one use. We paid $1150 for the device. She claimed the normal price was like $4300. We did find it on the Web for around $1400 at its cheapest. It gets almost all 5 star reviews. They included a diamond infused HYDRA-PM night cream (1.76 oz.) made by Forever Flawless. You can find that on the Web for $179. That was nice. All in all if you really want the "Perfectio" then the price was right at this store. Everything else I would leave alone and get elsewhere. They had some kits costing up to $25,000 which are legit kits according to the Web. They are selling various products from three companies so don't get confused if you visit (Zero Gravity, Forever Flawless and Gold Elements). Force them to give you what they demo. read more

I tried this product in the store and was impressed by it. I made a purchase (very costly) and after leaving and getting back on the ship I decided I didn't want it and when I returned from the cruise I tried to send it back. I had been given a 14 day period of which I could return with no questions asked. I contacted the sales person through email to ask for the box for a return. I never received it. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company and am awaiting results. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. In short, they were absolutely rude and obnoxious. I actually wanted to punch them on multiple occasions. Leo was standing in the middle of the streets giving out samples when we were looking for a cafe to use the restroom. After offering one, Leo gave a demonstration to my husband and we did see a difference in the amount of puffiness under his eyes. He then demonstrated the peeling gel with me and thought he was being funny by saying "it looked like you didn't clean your arm since 9/11." An absolute US tradegy that would be equivalent if I mocked him and his people of aftermath of the hurricane. I should've left then but my husband liked the demonstration for his eyes. Their products did seem to work and if they weren't being such jerks would've brought more. After buying $300 for only 3 products they wanted to demonstrate the $7000 PerfectoX. When my husband said he was in a car accident The jerk said "good" because it helps with pain. After several more blows, lies, and insisting that we look online at their site we left. The product did reduce redness and tightened my skin. He discounted the product to 3600 USD. If they weren't such jerks throughout entire process I would've brought it. Totally a bait and switch. They lure you off the sidewalk with a free sample and next your getting an eye and facial demo. They sell you on the great results with the Forever Flawless eye serum and rack up the sale for like $236. Before you can get away another guy is offering a $150 free facial for because you just got scammed. It's not a full facial, but only a test area to demo yet another gadget (Pefectio Zero Gravity LED light). They try to up-sell you to the device for another $3000. Pressure is high and they keep lowering prices. When you don't go for that scam and just say give me the Forever Flawless product they finally give in after an hour of high pressure. It comes in a nice gift bag with another free face cream by Forever Flawless ($40 on ebay) that they pull out of bag to show you and off you go only to realize they substituted the serum product with the inferior Gold-Elements "Instant Lift Expert" (can't find this suspected fake product anywhere) instead of Forever Flawless serum they used on you.
