So it was a no brainer when we started looking for engagement rings Forever Diamonds was my first thought. They made the entire process painless, I can not thank them enough for the final product.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this jewelry store! My fiancé chose this beautiful place to customize my engagement ring, and the entire experience was truly unforgettable. From the quality of the ring to the care and attention he received throughout the process, everything was absolutely perfect. They helped him find a ring that feels so meaningful and perfectly represents our love story. I absolutely love my engagement ring from Forever Diamonds! The craftsmanship is beautiful, and every detail feels so thoughtfully designed. I have only positive things to say about my experience with Forever Diamonds NY. As someone who knew nothing about engagement ring purchasing, Ilan, my consultant, was a lifesaver. I'd like to start by saying that I'm from California. I knew I wanted to acquire a ring soon, but I had no idea where. I was browsing Instagram and stumbled across their page. I took a chance and sent an inquiry about my interest through their website. The following day, I received a call from Ilan. He was professional, but also easygoing and friendly, making me feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. I told him what I was searching for and my budget, and he sent me tons of options to choose from. I was skeptical because I was doing everything remotely, but Ilan reassured me everything was legitimate. He took photos and even did a video call. I took the chance and went with it. Following my first initial contact in January, the customized ring was in my hands by the end of March. The ring came out perfectly. The proposal was a complete success and my fiance is in LOVE with it! She looks at it all the time and is super amazed by how it turned out. Our engagement proposal was in April, but even till today I keep in touch with Ilan incase of further questions or concerns. I will happily recommend Forever Diamonds NY to anyone who is looking for any jewelry.

Where do I begin? Both my fiancé and I have been following the Forever Diamonds NY Instagram page for quite some time and was amazed by the work and clients they have worked with. Now, to give you a little context we are from California and this was my first time ever ring shopping. I had no prior ring knowledge whatsoever and Roman and Adam made the process so smooth, informing and comfortable. There was not one moment where I felt pressured, forced or judged. If anything, they truly make you feel like family and are just truthful, transparent and just amazing individuals. We met twice with Roman and Adam, once in their old showcase room then the next in their new showcase room that has an amazing view. Now, majority of our communication was via text or a phone call. The only reason why we decided to come out to NY is because I included my fiancé in the ring process every step of the way and she wanted to see the diamond in person (also New York is a great city to visit!) Please show this family some love and if you are in the process of ring shopping reach out to the Forever Diamonds NY team. If you are wondering, "Well, I'm so far away and don't feel comfortable buying anything unless I see it in person", book a flight or even better reach out to Roman or Adam and they will be happy to assist! Some tips I recommend: - Follow both pages @foreverdiamondsny and @handmodelatforever to see their amazing work. - Download the Forever Diamonds NY app and start searching for your diamond. - Before inquiring about a diamond or specific setting (Catherine, Madison etc..) have a TOTAL budget in mind (how much do I want to spend in total?). This will help you narrow your search and make adjustments to fit within your budget. - Ask questions. There is no such thing as a dumb question! Where do I begin, First of my diamond consultant Richard Myo was amazing. Had all the answers to my questions and made very insightful suggestions as to what would be the best option for my fiancée. They are very transparent on pricing which I liked. They will follow up with you constantly to show you the progress on your ring. And they even offered to hold my ring in one of their safes until I was ready to pop the question (I'm bad at hiding things I would've put the ring in the sock drawer). 10/10 I have already recommended them to three of my friends. Oh and they will give you a free ring cleaning if you ever find yourself in NY!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Adam, Roman, and the entire Forever Diamonds team. I found them on Instagram initially and knew that they had to be the ones to create my engagement ring! During my research, it was a pleasant surprise to see so many five star reviews for their business and it's very well deserved. My fiance and I are not based in New York City, but went to their showroom in person after making an appointment to try on rings. I highly recommend doing this--I went in thinking I wanted a pear (and truly no one does pears as well as Forever Diamonds does pears--I dare you to find another diamond vendor who creates more beautiful pear engagement rings and settings) and left with my heart stolen by a radiant, completely out of left field. Afterwards, we were kept in the loop by Adam and Roman about diamonds with similar specs in our budget as they became available. Adam selected a beautiful center stone for us that exceeded all of our expectations and was within budget and sent us tons of photos and videos so that we could see exactly what we'd be buying. Although we made a subsequent trip to NYC to confirm our choice and see the stone we selected in person, this is optional and the staff are happy to work with you virtually. After our initial two visits, Roman and Adam worked with my fiance over text over design details and sent us high quality photos and videos of our center stone and final ring before it was shipped to us. Even though I had seen a model of the ring I wanted in store, nothing prepares you for the real thing! It's beautiful and I get compliments on a daily basis and take so much pride in knowing I supported a local, family owned business, but also that my ring won't look like anyone else's because it was custom. My fiance and I shopped around at several well known diamond retailers in New York City, but are so glad we chose Forever Diamonds. The customer service is top notch, the craftsmanship and designs are unbeatable, and they'll happily source or design from scratch whatever it is you're looking for. We'll be customers for life!
Richard was the biggest help when it came to engagement ring shopping. He was the one that suggested custom designing one when nothing was exactly as I hoped for. Richard was a true gem! He really went above and beyond my expectations! I've had my ring for a few months now and I still admire it multiple times a day as it creates rainbows in my car from the sun. I have received so many compliments on my ring! Forever Diamonds NY was such a fantastic jeweler that my fiance and I can't wait to fly to New York here in a couple months to get started on our custom wedding bands!

Changed one word: I've been following Roman's page for a couple years now and have always drooled over his rings...never imagined I'd have my OWN ring made by him!!! Thankfully my fiancé has fantastic taste so with Roman's help, he designed my dream ring!!! I've never seen it before, but there are tiny diamonds covering the ENTIRE band - sounds super tacky but it's truly the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. A LONG OVERDUE review for the best jewelers in the game. One random morning, my best friend's boyfriend texts me and asks if I know any good jewelers. They have been together for 5+years and I knew right off the bat, he was finally ready to propose! I have been following FDNY on IG for quite some time and have always admired the craftsmanship of their gorgeous rings. Being the great friend that I am, I had to hook her up with the best of the best! Right? My friend's boyfriend looked through their IG and fell in love with the work. After discussing some general ideas, he decided he wanted to custom design a ring to make it extra special. Let me tell you, Roman and his team did not disappoint. From beginning to end, it was a immaculate process. We live in CA, but through thorough phone calls and texts, Roman made sure we were 100% comfortable and confident through each step. He was so patient and knowledgeable. Neither of us have done this before so we threw all types of questions and concerns at him but he answered everything and worked with us so gracefully. Living on the opposite coast and attending to two different people (myself and the boyfriend) via text and calls is difficult and I know he's a busy man but he really gave us his undivided attention. He was so prompt and kept us in the loop with every detail. His work already speaks for itself but it was really Roman and his team that made this experience amazing. When we finally got the ring in the mail... It was so surreal. It was so gorgeous, I almost cried! I'll let the pictures speak for itself. The future bride to be was so ecstatic! Where do I begin? Richard Myo and team did the most incredible job with the ring buying process. We flew from LA to NYC to their offices and they immediately treated us like family. Richard took his time to make sure my fiancé customized the exact ring she wanted. He did not rush the process but rather ensured we got amazing service. Roman helped my husband redesign a ring for me that is absolutely incredible, definitely my dream ring. My husband has worked with Roman a couple of times and has greatly appreciated Roman's professionalism and patience. I am so grateful to him and his team, and for his understanding of our personal life and situation. The radiant diamond and beautiful rose gold pave band is perfect and I am so thrilled to have it and wear it every day. I came across Forever Diamonds NY instagram profile and was immediately drawn to their beautiful custom rings. When I inquired about their rings, Richard Myo reached out and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Prior to discovering Forever Diamonds NY, I had already purchased a loose diamond. Most jewelers don't allow an externally purchased loose diamond to be used with their custom settings or they at least charge a fee. However, Forever Diamonds NY is one of very few jewelers that allow this at no extra charge! Richard was even able to help provide a shipping label with insurance included so I can ship my loose diamond to them from Los Angeles. He worked closely with me to design the ring and even provided input that worked well with the ring size and the loose diamond that I bought separately. I had a budget in mind when I first inquired about a custom setting and although the pricing was way more than I initially anticipated, Richard was able to work it out where it was close to my budget. And I have to say, it is worth every penny! The quality of the ring is superb and everything about it is elegant. When I proposed to my partner, she was absolutely in awe when she saw the ring. Since then, she has gotten multiple compliments almost every day from strangers as well! Overall, I had such a great experience working with Richard Myo and Forever Diamonds NY! read more

A long time ago I fell in love with their IG page so when I started looking at engagement rings I knew I wanted to go here. Roman was as amazing as everyone raved he would be. Long story short, I wound up choosing my grandmothers 1920s engagement ring. Now that being the case, rings were made differently back then and set very low. The ring was beautiful and I wasn't going to have it reset so back to Roman I went about creating a wedding band. I brought in my other grandmothers wedding band and asked to use whatever diamonds they could to create this. He worked with his team to take that ring apart, clean the diamonds and give me back the band. After some ideas and discussions on what I would like for myself, he went to create the mold of the ring. He had to keep my engagement ring in order to make sure it fit perfectly. No issues for me, I trust him 1000%. The ring he made is spectacular. I am so pleased with what he made for me - it's modern yet fits with my vintage ring. He is a true class act making you feel like you are the most important person he's working with. He will forever be my jeweler from here in out. I would give 10 stars if I could!!! read more

Roman did an amazing job!! The difference between Forever Diamonds and other jewelers is craftsmanship. I've done my research and can't see a jeweler who did a better job than Roman. I was compelled to write this review because of how impressed I am with Forever Diamonds NY. Christmas time is coming up and a lot of ppl will be buying engagement rings and diamonds. This is got to go placer PERIOD!!! My fiancée had dropped me "hints" that this is where she wanted her engagement ring from. After looking at other places I contacted Roman. The attention to detail and service that Roman and his team provided was incredible!!! This was all done with me never coming into the store, I live out of state. Roman and the Forever Diamonds team was a pleasure to work with. My boyfriend already had a diamond and we needed to find the right jeweler to have it set into an engagement ring. It's a marquise diamond which requires special attention, and other jewelers he visited just did not have the same experience or precision to create the right setting for this stone. We finally reached out to Roman to begin the process of creating a handmade platinum ring. Not only did he seem to share our (my) vision of the perfect setting, but his pricing was among the best. He was also gracious enough to meet a rather tight turnaround time. I went into the shop to find a comparable setting, and Roman took it from there. A week later he had the perfect ring completed for me. I was blown away at how beautiful the ring is, and how well they cleaned my diamond to really make it sparkle. Roman also offered to adjust anything on the ring that I may want changed. Both times I visited the shop, it was a pleasure to chat with the rest of the team and to see the other gorgeous pieces on display. It was like hanging out and chatting with friends! From the moment we walked into forever diamonds we knew we were in the BEST hands. We had gone to a few jewelers before and not only was every experience miserable but they were not as helpful, and seemed genuinely uninterested in our business. First of all, some girls may fantasize about picking out an engagement ring and picture the experience to be fun and exciting. I was absolutely one of those girls and was very disappointed, until I met Roman and his family. The first day we went to Forever Diamonds we arrived 30 minutes before closing. I was upset because I thought I would be rushed and we had driven into the city for nothing. I can assure you I was very wrong. Roman and his family made us feel like the most important people in the world. They were curious to see how long we've been dating, how we met, and everything in between. They stayed with us almost 2 hours after they closed. When we asked them if we had to leave and if we were going to be kicked out by security they told us not to worry about it and continued sharing their family stories and the history of the business. We loved every second spent that day. You can purchase a diamond anywhere. And we had known that going in. What we were looking for was the experience and trust that we found with Roman and his family at Forever diamonds. I was very specific with what I wanted and they took the time to find me the most perfect diamond and setting. Roman even suggested something that wasn't in my radar and i fell in love. The design of the ring was obviously the least of my worries at this point because the trust out weighed any of my concerns. My fiancé enjoyed this entire process and that to me was the most important, because at the end of the day, this was the biggest investment of his life thus far. My ring turned out absolutely beautiful, just as I imagined and I can't thank Roman and his family enough for making everything from the memories shared, to my gorgeous ring all possible. Oh my God, I literally can not say enough positive things about Roman and his team at Forever Diamonds NY. I, like many others, found Roman on Instagram and I was instantly impressed with his amazing eye for design and the love he expressed toward his customers and followers. It's clear that it is Roman's passion to create custom designs for his clients and find them exactly what they are looking for. Roman was amazing from start to finish. We visited his booth in New York City on a freezing Friday in March, uncertain exactly what our plan was for the day. Forever Diamonds was the only place we looked for an engagement ring and we were really unsure what to expect. Roman showed us a host of options in our price range and he actually was super honest about his professional opinion. The carat and cut of the diamond and halo he suggested fit with my super tiny hand and he actually said anything bigger might be too much for my hand, which was so wonderful to hear from someone who is a jeweler. He is totally honest and a completely upstanding guy. My fiancé had a few options to choose from and with Roman's help he picked my favorite ring later on and just proposed on Saturday in Hawaii!
