BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!! They offer jewelry with EGL certificates that assess diamonds at higher quality levels than their actual worth. I spent $13,000 on a diamond ring from them, only to attempt to resell it less than a year later. Unfortunately, they neither extended an offer nor returned my calls. I visited their store politely multiple times since only to be given the run around. When I tried selling the ring to other jewelry stores, they weren't even interested in giving me an offer. I was informed that I HAD FALLEN VICTIM TO A SIGNIFICANT SCAM. I was even told by a few other jewelers that I would have better luck trying to sell without the certificate since every jeweler knows that EGL rates diamonds 1 grade higher in cut AND clarity. Mark and Howard swiftly took my $13,000, and yet, they refuse to assist me in selling the ring, as doing so would require them to acknowledge the diamond's true quality.
