He quickly procured a couple of GIA-certified diamonds that met our criteria (including the best price/value of all the stores we visited) and offered valuable advice on the relative advantages/disadvantages of settings. He curated a beautiful solitaire diamond ring with thin pave band. Robert is patient and knows the hard-sell is off-putting and rarely works. He was respectful of our budget and didn't try to up-sell us on another diamond or pull a bait-and-switch.
