From the start, Dave was professional, honest, and upfront about both the appraisal process and his fees. He clearly takes pride in the quality and integrity of his work and truly stands behind it -- not just in words, but legally as well, as he personally appeared in court to testify in support of his appraisal when required on my behalf. That level of professionalism and confidence in his work is rare to find. Most importantly, the house ultimately sold just a few months later at around the value he appraised it at, which further validated the accuracy of his appraisal. I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and highly professional appraiser.

In the corner of the store, there was a section with a sign " Michael's watch repair" There was an old man sitting behind the counter who seemed to be changing batteries for watches.
