Their location may not be the easiest to find, since it is on the second floor, but it is close enough to the edge of the Diamond District that you won't have to bob and weave past all the people trying to sell or buy jewelry before getting to the building. Pro-Tip: they have a camera trained at the door to the office, just go to the door and they'll buzz you in. I stood outside for two minutes and double-checked the address before opening the door into an office that is much nicer than the hallway and staircase just outside. I was a walk-in and was helped immediately. He looked over the item and I walked out 10 minutes later with the certificate, printed and laminated on the spot. I was able to download a digital copy for my insurance company the next day using the appraisal number on their site. Painless.
