My husband and I talked about needing new wall to wall carpeting. All those stains are out, you can't see where they were. It's that good. We moved into a new home and i was on the fence about getting my area rugs cleaned or just buying new ones. After looking for new area rugs and realizing quality is not what my current area rugs are, i had Mike come to take a look at what i had to see if it was worth getting them cleaned. Long story short, he educated me on them and had 3 of them cleaned. It took about 2 weeks to get them back, he and his team came in laid them out, and they look as good as new! I'm so happy with my decision and saved me money!

Words cannot express how pleased I am with the rug cleaning done by Mike at Trinity Rug Wash…read more My girlfriend stopped by to visit one night and spilled 2 full glasses of red wine on my beige living room carpet. That night we tried desperately to get it out using towels and baking soda. However, at the conclusion of our efforts I was left dismayed and staring at what were now purple stains on the rug. I got on HomeAdvisor.com and did a search for carpet cleaners. After putting in my info, Mike was the first to respond. While I made arrangements for him to pickup the rug, I seriously debated throwing it away and buying a new one even though it was my favorite rug. Reason being, it had been cleaned multiple times by Stanley Steemer and it had always came back dingy and dirty, but they claimed it was the best they could do. As such, I was highly doubtful that the wine stains could be removed in their entirety. Nevertheless, I let Mike pick up the rug and give it a try. Well let me say, I am soooo unbelievably happy that I did. When he unrolled the rug onto my living room floor, I was shocked that not only could I see no evidence of the wine stains, but the entire rug looked like it did when it was first purchased. I was in love with my rug again and so grateful I had not gotten rid of it. I will add that Mike was professional, timely, kind & considerate and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to any and everyone. No more Stanley Steemer EVER for me. EVER/NEVER!!! Trinity Rug Wash is my new rug cleaning company of choice going forward. Thank you so much Mike!! Window treatments next? ;-) Mike charged $2.99/sq ft to pickup, clean and return the rug. Money well spent, although I'll be passing the bill to my girlfriend who agreed to cover the cost! :-)

We were very pleased with their service back then and decided to go back to them. Due to rehab work in our family room, we needed to replace the entire carpet again. We visited the store and met with Manny and another very friendly member of their staff. They provided us with some carpet samples to compare at home. We made an appt for Manny to come out and measure which he did within the window he had provided. We chose and ordered our carpet and within a few weeks was ready for installation. The installation crew was friendly and professional and did a very thorough job installing it. The carpet looks great. The crew cleaned up nicely and moved furniture back to its original origin with no issues. Once again, very satisfied with the entire experience. Prices were very reasonable and the store has a tremendous selection to choose from. This mom and pop shop is worth the visit instead of a big commercial chain box store.

Cestaro refinished a 5 piece 1940s solid wood bedroom set for me and the result was spectacular!…read more Ann, the owner, came to my home to give an estimate--she was friendly and efficient and gave me a fair price on the spot. We arranged for the furniture to be picked up for refinishing and I later went to the facility in Woodland Park (look at the map at the entrance to the complex to find the exact building where they are located) to pick out a stain. Ann showed me the stripped furniture and then stained the front of a small drawer to show me exactly what the stain would look like on my furniture. The work took about 2 weeks in total to complete and the furniture was delivered looking brand new. Due to the extremely dirty condition of the furniture from being in a home with a heavy smoker, I was afraid it would not be saved but I am ecstatic with the result. Some other plusses: The delivery men were great and took great care with the pieces; payment was not due until the time of delivery even though I asked about leaving a deposit; all of my phone calls were answered immediately--I never had to leave a message--which was an added benefit. This was a great experience and my husband and I are considering having some other work done. I would definitely recommend Cestaro Furniture Finishing.
