I came here because someone recommended them. I had taken my car to the dealer who gave me a quote for $2600 and told me it was my brake actuator . It was too expensive for me to repair on an older car so I decided to find a new mechanic that could repair it for less. That's how I came here to forever auto. I told him what the dealer had stated they took the time to inspect my car and all it was bad wiring from a prior accident. I ended up only paying $300 for what the dealer was charging me $2600. I mean, I start by saying they did get the job done. This place was okay, but the communication wasn't great. Someone unsuccessfully tried to steal my car and destroyed some things in the process. I chose this place because it was on the list of insurance approved places and it was close to where I'm at. Let me repeat that part of the reason I chose this place is because it is close to where I'm at. A week in they called because they needed me to come in to verify what was prior damage vs new damage. I call to verify the Henderson address and am informed that my car has actually been moved to the NORTH LAS VEGAS location. They moved my car without telling me, so now I'm forced to have to find a way 45 minutes each way from where I'm at to confirm info. Right in the middle of a busy work run. They had my car for 2 months. I had to repeatedly call them to find out what was going on and why it was taking so long. 2 months is a long time to go without my daily driver. And then when they were finished I had to request for them to tow it back to the Henderson location so I could easily pick it up. I'll also note that there were some dash lights going on. Which they did run codes for and they had the dealership run codes for, but as the guy was explaining what each individual light meant, I could tell that they didn't actually look at the things themselves to confirm that the reader was correct and that it wasn't an electrical issue. One of the issues they said it had was one I had already changed. They also didn't even bother asking me if I wanted them to do any of that work while they already had it there. I may have paid to have the things fixed while they were at it. And it felt like they were assuming I'm a small female that doesn't know anything about cars, which also always bothers me. They were not outright rude, it was mainly a tone. Overall, I thought the communication wasn't great and I probably wouldn't use them again. But also they did do the work that I actually brought it in for. So I don't know. Maybe you'll have a better experience. Not the worst. Not the best. read more

Talk about going above and beyond! I went in to get my right headlight checked because it was out. The gentleman that worked there looked at my car right away, popped the hood, and jiggled the bulb on the headlight and it lit up but when he turned the knob in the car it didn't light up, so he went back and tried to fix it again and this time it was successful! When my AC started blowing warm air, I called no fewer than 6 auto body shops, trying to find someone who would take a look. Aaron not only answered the phone promptly, but he was courteous, welcoming, and got me in the same day. Forever is busy, but they run a very professional operation--I was in and out in under an hour. They fixed my AC with an affordable repair, showed me the work and explained the process. I appreciate their honesty; they could've told me I need a Flux Capacitor for $2K and I wouldn't know the difference. I like that they can handle any auto repair, have master technicians on staff, and employ vets. I've been meaning to write a review about this place for years. Aaron is amazing. The problem with Yelp is most people don't get on this platform to write reviews about great experiences. They get on this platform to complain when they have a bad experience. This is actually what prompted me to finally write a great review. I had a very bad experience at another car place. I was getting an oil change and they roped me into getting work done and overcharged me by 200%. This reinforces why I drive so far to go to Forever Auto. But enough about that other place. I've been going to Forever Auto for quite a few years now. I've gotten lots of work done on my vehicles. I don't live close. Not at all. One of my customers recommended him but it was on the exact other side of town. It's 45 minutes from my house in good traffic. There are literally hundreds of places that are closer. But I drive across town to come see Aaron and his crew. Why you ask... because he's HONEST. When you find an honest mechanic.. you keep going back. You tell your friends about him. I know when I have an issue with my car.. I'm not going to be talking into extra stuff I don't need done. I'm not going to be overcharged. This is hard to find in this industry. Which proves my point.. My most recent visit cost me $1000 for 3 big repairs that would have cost me about $2500 from the other places I got quotes from. He doesn't want to rip you off. Because he wants you to come back. Sure he could rip you off. Overcharge you. But what good would that do for anyone. You'll be pissed off and he will lose a costumer. Instead he treats you with respect and you come back. You tell your friends. All I'm saying is I don't trust my car with anyone else. Yesterday I went into Forever Auto Express (formerly Oasis, now under new management) to have my AC fixed on my 06' Accord. I wasn't sure how serious the problem was, but the owner was very kind and showed me exactly where the crack was on the condenser that was causing the problem. The name for this place is very appropriate, as I will be coming here "forever" for any of my auto repair needs. I had such a positive and pleasant experience at their old location on Sahara, close to my house, that I took my car to their new location on American Pacific, which is quite far from my house. The owner, Aaron, is a very personable and honest guy that takes the time to explain what needs to be, and what was done and stands behind the shop's work. As an example: I was fairly sure that I needed new brakes, as well several other things on the car that needed to be worked on , such as the front end and the "check engine" light. Turned out that the brakes were fine and just needed to be adjusted, which they did at no charge, and the "check engine" light was just from a dirty mass flow filter, which they cleaned. Unfortunately, the control arms and struts needed to be replaced (the car is old and 125k miles), but they repaired it all in a timely manner and at reasonable cost. Great, reliable shop! read more

First and foremost Forever Auto Express didn't rush the issue my car was having and got to the bottom of it but did this in a timely matter. I don't live in Henderson, I don't even live in Nevada! My car broke down in the middle of the Mojave Dessert. I had to have my car tow'd to a friends house and then delivered to his shop the next morning, simply because of the reviews I read on yelp. Tows are expensive even with AAA and Aaron and his mechanics have been nothing but a blessing to get us home safe 4hrs away back to California. Scheduled off from work to come and get my car checked out, after one of my military counterparts recommended. The people immediately tried to refer me somewhere else and then later told me they would check out my car in 10 minutes. I sat for about 30+ minutes as they talked in the back and no one came so I left. I felt like they stereotyped me due to being a black male and I wasn't dressed up. We can't say enough great things regarding Forever Auto care. Aaron and his crew are the most honest trustworthy auto care shop in Las Vegas. After several stops at firestone, good year, and other mechanics who tried to rip us off saying it was the entire transmission (1800.00 -2000.00) to fix Aaron was familiar with my Volvo and said it sounds like the transmission switch.
