I didn't drive more than 5 miles, and my motor completely blew. He lied about it being ready and just wanted it out of his shop. What should have been a $1,100 repair turned into more than $12k in repairs at another shop. I was fortunate that I was able to hunt down his insurance since he refused to give me a policy number. After 3 agonizing months, his insurance paid me. He did not cooperate, and he then started telling me it was my fault. STAY AWAY. He is clearly having problems as a long-time customer; he is now doing bad work, and other reviews are stating he is doing bad work just as of recently.

Especially when it comes to finding a new mechanic it's nerve-racking it's frustrating and just flat out scary. Let me also add that I am not the easiest customer to deal with when it comes to my vehicles. Any mechanic that unfortunately has to deal with me will have be patient and understand that I am just a control freak who needs to know every little thing that's going on with the vehicle that she's driving. I need to make sure that what I'm driving is going to be safe. With that being said, (I'm rambling) after they've worked on my Jeep and I've learned to trust them, I have been happy with the work that they have provided and the customer service they are provided, I had them dropping new engine into my truck. Not just a truck this is my baby this vehicle has gotten me through heaven and hell so it has sentimental value. My husband is the one that usually would drop off the vehicles interact with the mechanics here so I have yet to meet them. But after 2 weeks of being nerve-racked and pacing while learning patience, my truck is finally ready. Let me tell you how overly out of this world to the Moon and back HAPPY I am with the work that they have done on my truck. I won't even go into how much it cost because it was so worth it it wasn't expensive it was totally affordable I really feel like they gave me a great deal. But it's a new engine you get what you pay for so I wasn't expecting anything cheap. I want new shiny no oil no fingerprints type engine and that's what I got. But she drives so BEAUTIFULLY! I SERIOUSLY HAVE A BRAND NEW TRUCK. I literally cried when I started her and I cried even harder when I took her on the freeway. It's been a little over two weeks I have yet to have a problem I don't anticipate a problem and I know if something by some menial chance came up, that they would take great care and do everything they could to fix it or make it better. I trust these guys with pretty much my life because they took care of my truck that I drive everyday. If you were looking for a good mechanic trustworthy reliable with excellent customer service and great prices I would swear up and down that you should go here give them a chance. I'll never go anywhere else. I had brought my car in for a new tire. I purchased 2 tires. They claimed they had time right then…read moreto do it. After about 75 minutes they came to the lobby where I was waiting and asked if I had the lug lock key for my lugs on the tire. They hadn't started the tire change yet. I went out to my car to look for the key and saw my hood was open. I'm not sure why they would have my hood open when I was there ONLY for a tire change. When I told them I didn't have the key they said they don't have one. I'm not sure how a tire shop doesn't have a master key. I had to drive my car to the dealership to have them removed and then drive back to the location. They eventually got the tires changed. I had to drive to Arizona as soon as I left and the car stopped on the way there with a warning light flashing saying "check hybrid system. Stop safely." The car immediately slowed itself. When I pulled over I had to push the battery discharge button and start again. This happened 4 times in a 2 hour drive. This has NEVER happened before and I have owned the car for almost 2 years (car was brand new). I'm not sure what was done under the hood but it screwed something up and I'm not thrilled. I would not come here. Also while we were here a man came in saying they out 6 miles on his car while he asked for an alignment. The manager claimed they "take it for a drive after to check alignment." I'm not sure that warrants 6 miles nor was the owner of the car sure or pleased with that.

I took it to another dealer and they said the person who did this could not have been trained to repair cars. Wires were broken, connections were not reconnected and clockspring was broken. EPS and airbag warning lights were on. Dash lights no longer working. Horn not working. Wires were broken and not reconnected.

Where should I start…read more.... I was a loyal customer of this Establishment for several years, taking my projects here thinking I was being treated well and given quality work. However between myself and my families many of thousands of dollars I made a great discovery, I can do the work myself, correctly. I brought a stock pickup to this garage running and driving. I required an intake gasket repair and was quoted $600 and 2 days for said work. Two weeks and almost $3000 later, I basically had a brand new top end, new catalytic converter's, new alternator and was back on the road... for several days. I then brought my pickup back due to a check engine light. I was told the timing was off and a test drive and reving the engine to 5k rpm's would reset it. Well the reving and test drive resulted in a blown engine. To the credit of the garage they agreed to give me the labor of installing my new crate 350 for free... after I spent $3500 on the new engine and parts. Now for the more serious issue, yes it keeps going. I had this same garage install rear lowering springs, front and rear sway bars as well as new upper and lower a arms. While this was being completed I decided to pop for the more expensive coilovers up front. I had done much research and was extremely excited to get a superior product. Upon dropping all my boxes off I talked with the owner who advised me that they would need to drill out the lower a arms so that the coilovers could set on top of them now. This is how they are designed to function as stock shocks sit under and are bolted on under using threaded screws. Well I picked up the truck and drove on it for about 500 miles, speeds up to 75mph, corners, downhill curves.... Until one day I noted the front passenger side tire was starting to rub on the inner fender well.... Not thinking much of this and assuming the coils had settled in and required adjustment I crawled under the truck only to discover the hardware had all snapped off from the mounting locations... further it was discovered the grade 8 hardware supplied by the manufacturer had been swapped out with local hardware store nuts and bolts... the biggest discovery was that the hardware and coils were not installed as discussed nor to the manufactures specs. The holes were never drilled and the coilovers were sat in place the same as stock shocks. This discovery was also made at the same time as I realized the only thing holding the front end together and keeping me from a sure car accident was the coilovers themselves. The hardware had snapped apart and the housing of the tubes were resting barley on the corner of the a arms. I immediately contacted the shop owner supplying him with photos and asking what could be done. I was met promptly with a reply of I could bring it up but he didn't know when he would be able to get to it as he had other jobs working. Wow! Thousands of dollars, many referrals and I get bring it by and I'll see what we can do. This is all mind blowing as I could have been seriously injured and the shop could care less. I was forced to take the vehicle off the road and rent a car for several weeks while repairs were My father and I were able to do the repairs ourselves and I paid for yet another Alignment and to have the front sway bar reinstalled... correctly. All in all I would highly advise thinking twice and reading my story again before making any decisions. I know my safety was placed in jeopardy and my bank account took a serious hit as a result of my loyalty to this shop.
