He said the work I had done at Asian Imports was not properly done. There were gaskets that were supposed to be replaced that I had paid for that were not replaced, grommets that were loose, and lugs that weren't tightened. He said to take it back to Asian Imports because the work they had (or hadn't) done would still be under warranty. I took my car back to Asian imports and showed them the pictures. He eventually found the paperwork and told me the person who had done the work had gotten multiple complaints and was no longer working there. He said I needed to make an appointment. They got me an appointment for 2 days later. I took my vehicle in first thing in the morning and I was told this would take a few hours. At about 3:00, I called them and asked if my vehicle was ready yet. They said it was almost done and they'd call me when it was. About 30 minutes later they called and told me my car was ready. I told them I wouldn't be able to get there until about 30 minutes after they close. They told me they could leave the keys somewhere hidden until I got there. I got there at 6 only to see my car parked behind a locked gate. I ended up being 3 hours late to work the next day. When I got to work I called my mechanic on FaceTime so he could double check the work. Fortunately, this time, they did everything they were supposed to do.

They found the problem, fixed it properly and did some maintenance that I asked them to do. All in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price. This is the place to go for transmission repairs.

Have been contemplating whether or not to write a review. Have been coming to this shop for over 4…read moreyears and had been making referrals to anyone that needed an honest and affordable mechanic. Sadly, I no longer believe this to be true of this shop. And to be clear, I think the tech is doing most of this and maybe the owner isn't aware but it's hard to tell who is the source of the problem. The last two times I have had a poor experience. Last summer (June 2024) I had a check engine light on and needed the evap purge value solenoid replaced. Got it done plus a new gas gap and was charged about $460. The parts alone were (44 for the solenoid and 16.93 for gas cap - found online and at autozone for comparable pricing). I was charged $198 for parts and another $250 for the labor. I asked about this up-charge as it didn't make sense to me. I was then told by the tech that I had a leak due to a small crack in the vapor canister as well but it was "fixed" and this wouldn't show up on the print out because they were doing me a solid, and I was good to go (where the up-charge supposedly came in- as it was explained to me). Ok fine, cool, appreciate it. Car fixed, move on. Come February 2025, my check engine light came on again and I would be unable to pass smog due to it reading a similar code to June 2024. It turns out this time it's a bigger crack and the vapor canister needed to be replaced - so my issue in June 2024 wasn't fixed, got worse, and was now going to be expensive to fix. I needed to have it fixed immediately because I needed to pass smog and renew my registration. The part runs for $195 - again found online and autozone for comparable pricing. I was charged $433 for parts and another $470 for labor. However I did ask for an oil change this time so that's some of that labor cost and possible part cost. I still don't understand why it was $433 in parts and why I needed to get it replaced when it was supposedly fixed 8 months prior. When I talked to the tech about this, he went on and on about how it was a different code, I stated you told it me it got fixed so you're admitting that you didn't fix it in June after all. Well no, it's a different code and so on and so on (yeah for a big crack this time). The reason for my review after a considerable amount of time is that a similar situation just happened to my wife. Quoted one thing, parted out a price for something that's under warranty, and having to pay a large amount for labor also reporting the brakes would be this much with charging $175-200 and hour for labor which would take two hours do change the brakes. The brake job was declined as it can be done cheaper elsewhere and then come to find out another service needed to be completed now that wasn't first stated. Seems like they got to make their money one way or another. After declining adding the brake job, the tech became upset and had an attitude. We had been waiting for a call on whether to pick up the car or not, didn't get a call but got a text about 2 hours after closing. When my wife went in the next day to pay and pick up the car, she talked to the owner about her experience with the tech and she was shushed. Literally shushed. Incredible! The same tech that told her prior that he worked in another shop where he was told to go find something wrong with every car that came in. Seems like he carried this same mentality and practice when he came to this shop. I get times are harder in this growing/harsh economy, but some things are just wrong. I'm not sure if it is just the mechanic standard to up-charge so much so "we can make money," something they do to take advantage of women (being up-charged because we "don't know any better") or if this is a newer process for this shop. Whatever way you cut it, it's wrong and I'd look elsewhere.

I try to write fair reviews because 1 bad experience should not determine the service provided and…read more unfortunately many on social media use it to burn companies for minor things. Bullseye has done much of my work for my company for the past couple years. They have come to my job site, got trucks in and out same day and have really shone on many occasions. As a family buisness they work very hard and are extremely passionate about their work. To them running this buisness is a passion and they spend an inordinate amount of time working to help others and in most cases they go above and beyond. In saying this I will not return and will not recommend them based on the service they give when things dont work in their favor. Over the past year I have had them work on my 7.3. My initial problem was an extreme lack of power. Matt assured me that we could fix it with a chip and turbo. I did not want to chip the truck be he explained he could add a chip and it would add power, increase mpg and would not create issues such as excessive smoke. On his advice we did this work. It ran great initially but shortly after we had problems. The truck smoked, shifted poorly and my mpg dropped down to around 11 or 12 mpg. Fast forward, I have taken the truck back many times with the promise that it would be resolved but each time nothing... finally I requested an appointment to take the truck in and either fix it or let me take it elsewhere. I dropped the truck off and a week later not a single item had been addressed. At a week and a half still nothing, not one item. I told them I really need my truck but and would be leaving town and could I please have it back when I returned. When I was out of town I called to check status but not one single phone call was answered, I sent text messages to both Matt and Mellsa and none were returned. After a few days of this I called from a different number and instantly the phone was answered by Melissa (confirming that she was screening my calls) when I returned from my trip I came in to pick up my truck and was told they had found the problem 99.9 % certain. The problem,....... a bad air filter. I picked up the truck and first thing I notice was it was completely empty. I stopped for fuel and drove across town only to have the truck stall in the middle of the 95. I got it to the side of the road and it wouldn't start but once again no response to texts and no answer to the phone. 2 hours later I was able to start it without any response. (This is after assurances that they had done test drives and it was running much much better and the problem was fixed). Finally Matt texted back and his question was "did you run out of gas?" No other response, no apology, nothing. Yesterday I went to get in the truck and it smelled like fuel really bad. After driving around and the smell getting worse I pulled over and started looking around. I found a can of starter fluid that had been left by one of their mechanics that had fallen behind the seat and leaked all over the back interior. I left a message with Matt via text but still no response. There are a few more issues such as sending my sons truck back onto the street after a brake job with tires that were horribly unsafe. (It is not their job to monitor my sons tires but I would expect that if you take off tires for a brake job and the tires are worn through the radials you would at least bring it to the customers attention.) After all of this I would still suggest that this is not the situation with all of their repairs and I still believe that they are hard working, honest people, but I am extremely disappointed that for a year they failed to resolve the issue, explore it enough to resolve a very basic issue. I am also dismayed that from the front end Mellisa would be so childish as to not even answer the phone or provide any info and be angry at me for an unresolved issue that I have paid a fair amount of money on. Part of being successful in any buisness is not only hard work but customer service and resolving problems as they arise. There is no excuse for abandoning customers (payment was never an issue. If they recommended a repair I paid without question) in the end I am sure that they will do what they are very good at and blame the problem on me being a stupid customer. (I have heard this conversation on multiple occasions when a disgruntled customer calls or walks out of their shop) My hope is that they will read this and instead of trash talking me they will realize this is not an acceptable way to treat customers or friends. (Btw, my truck still stalls when the chip is activated) My 4 star is based on past history but my experience on my personal truck and abandoning a customer really gets a 1star. Who knows, maybe if they read this they will finally call back , but somehow I doubt it.

After keeping my Dodge Ram for 7 weeks, and paying $1000 for a rental, they told me my truck needed a new computer (it was obvious this was not the problem). I knew they were stringing me along, so I felt I had to take matters into my own hands. I saw my truck was out front and I had to have it towed from their lot because they refused to communicate with me. I then took my truck to J&S Diesel who said it was an easy fix. It was in and out in 6 days. They said most of their work was undoing bullseye's mistakes. I wish this was the end of the story. Once I was driving it, my front wheel came off, which broke off all the studs for the lug nuts and damaged my rim. Bullseye was so incompetent they didn't tighten my lug nuts! It cost $400 to fix. My truck is working perfectly now (yay!). They were petty enough after this to send a bill, and then pursue mediation when I wouldn't pay it. I ended up paying half of their sham invoice for work they can't prove was done/caused further harm. I just wanted them to get out of my life! Luckily now that I've written this review they truly are!

After my most recent experience, I'm questioning what really goes on behind the scenes here. I later brought in my Mercedes for a small repair. Unrelated to this repair, when I picked up my car I was told I needed new brakes, rotors, and calipers -- and was quoted $13,200. That immediately didn't add up. Just a few months earlier (March), Fletcher Jones Mercedes had inspected the same car and confirmed all four brake pads were 8mm thick. The car then sat in storage from June until September, so there was no way that much wear could have happened. After getting this quote, I went back to Fletcher Jones to double-check. Sure enough, my brakes are still 8mm and in perfect condition. I drove back to Italy Service to ask about it, but their response was dismissive and unprofessional. This was clear attempt to sell unnecessary, extremely expensive repairs. After reading recent reviews on this business, I'm not the first, and I won't be the last that this business tries to scam. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.
