Eric basically dropped everything and took care of us on the spot (we probably had a look of desperation). Couldn't patch the tire because the screw was too near the sidewall. But Eric's cohort (didn't catch his name-my bad) swapped the damaged tire for our spare and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. Terrific customer service by both gentlemen. I go to Lake Mead four to five times a year, and I have had, on occasion, vehicle issues of one sort or the other. These two definitely earned all future business and any referrals I can give. He told me I had no appointment scheduled. Strike 1, I informed I drove a very long way because had Meinke in BC before. He told me there were 3 cars ahead of me. And I was looking the oil change would be complete around 1pm. I explained I am dog sitting a 15 year old dog and that is why I made the appt. He also told me I would have to pay 65.00 plus tax for the oil change. I told him what the lady quoted me. With tax included. Strike 2. My car was done by 1015 am I paid for it signed a document and started to leave he said the key was in the ignition. Then he wait. I turned and he came in with the door to my cap broken off. He it broke off during the servicing. Well that a lie. I said what we're doing with the gas ? It was a simple oil change? He said it part of the service. Well that's a lie. And he said if I get the part he will install it for free. I said there there was nothing wrong with my gas cap door before. He handed me the broken gas cap cover and proceeded to talk me it fell off. It was clearly snapped off. I have pictures. I spent so much time dealing with this problem I had to go back to where I was dog sitting. When I got back to the dog I called Meineke customer service. I spoke to Ludy. I filed a complaint and I wanted this repaired at no charge for parts and labor. This is not my fault. I've never had this happen before. As of today Monday no one has contacted me from corp or district office. I need this resolved immediately. I will never use Meinke again. Not ever. The manager lied for his employee. Did not offer anything except not charge me if I bought a new part. On my car that was not broken in the first place. NEVER EVER Go here they are liars and thieves. I am a senior on a very strict income. I have photos of the damage. I am zero position to be able to get this fixed when it wasn't broken in the first place. I'm afraid to go anywhere to park my car because could steal my gas in the car. This ELDER ABUSE . This is on NOT me. Shame on you Meinke the worst customer service ever. I brought my 1995 GMC Step Van to Lusso for a custom air suspension project. I was quoted approximately $20,000-$25,000, later told the project would not exceed $30,000, and I paid a $10,000 deposit. I was told the fabrication work would not begin until after Christmas. What happened instead was extremely disappointing. Before the project ever got underway, I was billed for storage fees and labor. I was never provided a written contract, storage fees were never disclosed in advance, and I never authorized charges for research, engineering, or trial-and-error work. I was also charged over $1,200 simply to change the two front wheels on my vehicle, an amount I believe was completely unreasonable for the work performed. To make matters worse, my vehicle was marked directly with a Sharpie. Instead of using masking tape or another removable method that's common when planning fabrication work, permanent marker was written directly on the vehicle. No air suspension fabrication was ever started. When I decided to cancel the project, Lusso issued me a refund check, then placed a stop payment on that same check. I ultimately had to file a lawsuit, and the court entered judgment in my favor against Lusso Auto LLC. Even after winning in court, I have had to continue pursuing collection through the legal process because required financial records were not produced during the post-judgment proceedings. This review is based entirely on my own experience and the court proceedings that followed. If you're considering doing business with Lusso, I strongly recommend getting every promise in writing, insisting on a detailed signed contract, making sure every fee is disclosed upfront, and documenting every payment and conversation. I genuinely wanted this project to succeed. Instead, I lost months of time, had to go through the court system to recover my money, and am still dealing with the aftermath. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lusso Auto LLC.

Travelling enroute to California, our RV was having power issues just outside Vegas, and after…read morechecking all the so-called "great" reviews, we decided to get towed to the Auto Medic location in Henderson. First off, they're not 24 hours. We had to wait overnight at their shop to be seen. They performed a diagnostic, which took several hours, as the tech had to keep asking "Siri" about the engine, and how to perform certain tests. HUH?! They finally determined that our fuel injectors were toast, and as they couldn't just get parts for it, they would all need to be rebuilt. A couple of weeks and about $10,000 they said! They suggested we stay at an RV Park and they would come out the next day to start the process of removing the fuel injectors. Well, they didn't call, didn't show. But it was a damn good thing. We got the name of a recommended RV Service Centre in Vegas and took it there for their diagnostic. Nothing wrong with our engine or the fuel injectors. Just a sensor miscommunication. An absolute nightmare was averted because they didn't bother to show up. Thank God. They were ready to outright scam us on this "problem". If they took those injectors out, we'd still be there. After getting the all-clear from a reputable company, we continued on.. eventually driving over 6,000 miles without a fuel injector problem. They do not know what they are doing .. stay away!!! Especially if you're RVers passing through. They will take you $$$$.
