THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOHERENT, UPSIDE DOWN ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
I dropped off my car to have my door replaced due to an accident which the other drivers insurances paid for. You think something like a door would be a easy fix but not for this shop. My car was originally left at the central location but due to a full occupancy the car was sent to the south location to get fixed. That whole process took about 2 weeks before my car was "completed" . When I initially picked up my car the first time , I noticed right away that the door didn't look right. It stuck out slightly more than the other doors and the rubber piece that goes around the top side of the door was obviously crooked, it also didn't close the same as it used to. They had to re-tint the window but that person did a half ass job leaving bubbles EVERYWHERE and also left a big scratch. Also when driving home i heard a lot of air coming through the "fixed" door and to top it off THEY STOLE MY IPOD THAT WAS IN THE MIDDLE COMPARTMENT
After explaining my issues to the receptionist, I was told I will get a call from the south location because she said that's where it was fixed.
Upon receiving the call I made an appointment to take it back to the south location. They also couldn't do nothing about my iPod because when you sign the papers , it states that you need to remove all items from your car. How convenient for them.
When taking my car to the (south) Henderson location. I was greeted by some kid who told me after looking up my repair, it was actually fixed at the north location but he told me not to worry and that he'll have my car fixed as fast as possible. He said he had to order a new seal for my car door and that it will take 3 days to get there he also said he would tint my driver window for no charge for the inconvenience. Sounded good but to no surprise too good to be true because when I called 3 days later for an update the receptionist said the car was sent to the north location to get fixed.
I then called the north location for an update and was told the part would get there in another 3 days which would be Wednesday. When calling Wednesday to hopefully pick up my car the receptionist told me that the part would actually get here Friday but might not be done because they were expecting it in the afternoon. I decided to wait until Saturday to call and at this point my expectations are very VERY low waiting to hear some more bad news and I wasn't disappointed the receptionist said the part didn't come in and I will have to call Monday. This whole time I've had a rental and didn't want to call sate farm again to extend the rental so I decided to drive there to pick it up and bring it back when the part finally arrives. After talking to the receptionist she goes to the back to tell the worker to pull my car around and when he does . He tells me that the car is actually fixed and the parts are in my trunk. After inspecting my car , the door still sticks out and STILL doesn't close like my other doors. The only thing that was repaired was the tinted windows and door seal , oh and I love the 2 new scratches on the right side of my car. I am completely done with this place and STRONGLY ADVISED ANYONE NOT TO GO TO THE NORTH , CENTRAL OR SOUTH LOCATION. read more
