A second salesperson steered me toward the new small wallets they just got in, which were very cute. I was interested in looking at a certain brown suede bag that's quite popular right now, but they didn't have it in stock. A third salesperson tried to steer me toward the same style in regular leather, but I knew I wasn't interested. In the end I bought a small chenille handbag I fell in love with and a black glazed card case with a tiny cherries charm on it that sort of matches the bag. Their bags have changed a lot in the last 10 years and I admit I really like them again. I only gave the shop three stars because it bothered me having so many salespeople trying to help me and the third one was sort of aggressive. They would do better having one customer = one salesperson.

Emanuel C THANK YOU!!! This review is all for you…read more I had such a genuinely great experience at Old Navy the other night and just had to share. I came in right before closing (had no idea they closed early that night) and ended up having three separate orders that needed to be sorted out. It was way more complicated than I expected, and I kept apologizing but Emanuel never once made me feel like a burden. He was incredibly patient, kind, and calm the entire time. He stayed fully present, walked me through everything, and reassured me without any frustration, even though it was a Friday night and they were trying to close up. What could have been a stressful situation felt easy because of how he handled it. That level of care and professionalism is rare, and it really stuck with me. I'm so grateful for the extra time and kindness Emanuel showed to me, it made a big difference. Thank you for going above and beyond. It did not go unnoticed.

The staff seemed to favor items catering to a more casual, fast-fashion aesthetic, baggy jeans and basic athleisure, rather than true designer pieces. If Lululemon is featured as the highlight at the entrance, that says it all. The process was also extremely inefficient. The customer ahead of me waited over an hour only to be offered a laughable payout. If you're looking to sell real designer fashion, skip this place. You'll save time and likely earn more by consigning online.

Re: Banana Republic Factory Store - Gilroy Outlets…read more I visited this store on Saturday, September 7th and was pleasantly surprised with the selection of items available in the store. I am leaving a 2-star rating because the store is scheduled to open at 10 am, but it did not. Me and another customer was standing outside the store at the time of the opening. At approximately 10:04am a staff member came to the door, found that the door was locked and called someone who was already inside to inform her that she was outside. I confirmed the opening time with the young lady and she stated that 10:00am was indeed the time for the store opening. Finally at 10:08am, a young lady came and opened the store, and she never acknowledged any of us or the fact that she was opening late. At the very least the young lady could have offered an apology for her lateness, very poor look for this store!!

Macy's backstage Oakridge is located on the 2nd floor by the children's clothing and men's undergarments. They have a good selection for all genders, but my favorite is the shoe section. It is well organized and they have lots of designs/styles to choose from. Some of the juniors/women's clothing is not the best price, but they are constantly rotating things in and out. Don't forget, you only have 30 days to exchange/return, unlike the original Macy's!

I walked all over the store trying to find an open fitting room and all but ONE were blocked from customer use, as in, closed due to their fears about COVID, I guess. I know we're still in a pandemic, and we need to be careful, but I've shopped at other clothing stores since the post-lockdown reopening and most of them allow us to use ALL fitting rooms in the store as long as we keep our masks on while trying clothes on. Sorry they think so low of their customers that we all gotta be funneled into ONE fitting room and wait our damn turn in a big long line to try on our clothes. I had 5 dresses weighing my arm down and was not gonna wait my turn to try them on when there are 3 other large fitting rooms they could have opened up for their customers. And this is a BIG store and I walked all over the place trying to find the only open fitting room. Totally absurd and I'm sure other shoppers called bs and gave up too. That is potentially a lot of lost revenue for Macy's. The ONE fitting room had a huge line backed up down the aisle so I decided to put the dresses back onto their various racks, (way too nice of me, but again, this is not the fault of the salesforce), and I walked out. What a waste of my time and a bummer since I was so excited to try on the cute dresses. I give them one star for the cute clothes and kind service, (the ladies at each counter were very friendly), but 4 blank stars for the company's stupid policy that put me through this buzzkill, and for them not trusting their customers to keep our masks on in all their fitting rooms.

The store Nice quieter environment with soft music, but the inside looks a little rushed to be put together. Small things like the pictures frames being hung from the top of the wall without any border room takes a bit away from the ambiance. You can actually see into the store from corner outside but have to walk into the building and hallway before entering actual store. A little weird. Finally, they don't have a very appealing logo. It's probably never got a refresh from when they opened years ago at the old location. The cursive font a little awkward and doesn't fit the feel and environment of the store. While I was there waiting for my mother to finish browsing, 4 other groups of people went in and out without buying anything. I'm not sure if their prices are high or the styles aren't attractive.
