The others continued talking and ignored me completely. From when I walked in to when I walked out, no one said anything. Not even a hello and I was there for about 10 mins. I was the only customer in the store. It wasn't even like they were stocking shelves or working. In fact, there were a bunch of cardboard boxes half empty that were just left open towards the back door which was unsightly and unsafe. Compared to other stores, even the outlet one in Livermore, this one is failing hard on service. I came in with the intent of purchasing a few bags and a wallet but decided to take my business elsewhere. I expect differently from a brand such as Marc Jacobs.
