I bought a pair of leggings for my daughter online before Christmas. It was the wrong size, so we went to the store to exchange them. I found the size she needed and took my receipt to the counter, but I was told I couldn't exchange them. They said I could return them, and then buy the other pair. You'd think they would price match, right? Wrong. They rang up twice the price I had paid, and wouldn't match the price I paid. I said they are the same pants (just different size), and it's the same store, so why can't you match that price? They told me to call Customer Service. I asked, "Can't YOU call Customer Service because you're the same store?" They wouldn't. I asked them to cancel my return, give me back the pants, and I'd exchange them online. They said the return had been done, and they couldn't cancel it. Then I was told I could buy a pair of leggings online and pick them up in store in about 2 hours. ????? read more

The lines are usually long and there's a long wait attached to that, the store is normally kept clean and if you can find someone they are willing to help you find what you are looking for. The clothing has gotten cheaply made over the years but you get what you pay for. I do love that they are a Christian company. read more

While there are tons of items to choose from at this store, it's a bit of an unorganized mess. Plus, it was very difficult for me to shop due to the fact that the clothes on hangers are packed so tightly onto the racks that I can't move them even an inch to see what it looks like. I can usually spend hours in Forever 21's, but this one makes it difficult for me to shop. There are also clothes all over the ground. When I came in it really wasn't busy so that wasn't an excuse. However 2 stars because the racks were so overpacked you can barely look through anything, there were racks and racks of clothes to put away at the dressing room and the attendants were standing around gossiping about customers, and the dressing room was DISGUSTING with lint and hair. read more

I love, love, love Forever 21! You can almost always guarantee finding an outfit in a pinch. I like this location better than the one at Sunrise because they do have a designated Plus Size section (even though it is pretty small). The staff is usually pretty helpful and the store is usually fairly neat, but to be honest I'm usually here very close to opening on weekdays. What I like about F21 is that for many of their items (jeans, basics, accessories) the prices are always the same. Decent denim for $8.90?! Yes, please! They could use some variety in the washes of their denim, but I think that's my only complaint. You could easily walk out of here with quite a few things for $50! I have worked at F21 for a year and I don't know how I stayed there for so long. The discount and the clothes were cheap, so was pay. The customers were always so rude when it came to asking for something or to return. The Manager there is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL When it came to scheduling (had to repeat my schedule to him 10 billion times, and he STILL wouldn't listen to me and my former employees). Sometimes we would get out at 1 or 3am in the morning and some of us would have school the next day. We would have Atleast 2 or 3 people closing. I am writing this review to warn others about the experience I had with this store to avoid becoming involved with this location in the future. I placed an online order for pick up in store option because its free shipping and pretty convenient! As someone who works a lot and isn't always home to sign for or receive packages, I figured this was the best bet. However, two weeks pass and I never received an email that my order was delivered to the store or that it was ready. So I call both the corporate number AND store directly to check on this. I am told there is not tracking number (hmm?) and to "just keep waiting" (already 2 weeks at this point.) A few more days pass and I call the corporate number again to let them know I still have not heard anything from the store. So, I call the store themselves to have them double check their shipments. The girl who answered the phone (Fabiana) was extremely rude and seemed like she couldn't be bothered with my questions. She said "yes yes its here come get it" in regards to my order. I arrive at the store to pick it up, and end up waiting nearly an hour for them to ramsack their "shipment room" which is nothing more than a disorganized and disheveled mess. She then comes out and says "yeah sorry we don't have it its not here" What??? that's all I get after waiting all this time? I then proceed to ask for a refund since I paid nearly $350 for an order that is now "missing" yet I was told on the phone it was there. She said she cant help me and I have to call corporate and WALKED away. I asked her to please follow up with a phone call that evening to see if she could reach out to corporate on my behalf to state that the items are not in store and no phone call received yet. This is completely unacceptable customer service for a retail location. I understand retail is a tough job and employees deserve recognition for their hard work but this is NOT the customer service that yields success and makes customers want tot return. I plan on filing a more formal complaint with corporate and also calling my bank to get my money back because it seems like their customer service will not be helpful to me in this regard. Returned an item that was paid for in cash. Was told the store only gives store credit. It says this on the receipt but not before you buy the item. There is NO notice by the cash register or anywhere that there are no cash returns when you pay cash. A terrible policy! read more
