    As beginner who was looking for a simple weight-training program, it was important to me that I find a trainer who could break things down and teach me the basics. Forest is patient with me and clearly explains how to do each exercise and the purpose behind everything we were doing. His extensive knowledge of physical training, especially kettlebell drills, makes me feel comfortable trying new exercises.

First and foremost, Kristin is a wonderful trainer. She is kind yet assertive, friendly yet disciplined. She's a great motivator and I always leave class exhausted. I've run the gauntlet of the "hard-nosed" trainer to the "here's the workout, you do it" type of trainer, and Kristin falls right in the sweet spot.
