In addition to helping me improve my strength training, Marissa worked with me on monitoring my macros and caloric intake and helped me better understand how to eat in a way that supports my goals. I really appreciated that she focused on teaching me the "why" behind what we were doing rather than simply telling me what to do. I feel much more knowledgeable and confident about both strength training and nutrition because of my time working with Marissa. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get stronger, improve their nutrition, and develop habits they can actually maintain.

For the longest time, I struggled to stay consistent with working out because I never found a place where I felt connected. From the moment I joined Elevated, that changed. All the instructors are so supportive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in each other's success. It's more than just a fitness studio, it's a place where everyone is encouraged to show up as they are. They also host amazing community events that make it easy to connect with people outside of class and create a sense of belonging that's hard to find. One of my favorite things is that I've even been able to bring my parrot Convict with me on occasion, which says a lot about how warm and accommodating everyone is.
