    TLDR: -Lisa is a personal trainer that cares. -Can accommodate injuries. -I lost roughly 50 pounds working with her over the course of a year. -I am in the best shape of my life and it is because of her -Incredibly knowledgeable. -Awesome teacher. -Fun to be around. -If you are wanting to get into bodybuilding or already are, she is someone --you want in your corner she can help get you to that next level. -Also she has an incredibly well behaved and adorable dog. Lisa is a very caring and passionate person. There are many times where I will feel completely unmotivated to work out but I show up and feel like a million dollars by the end because of the incredible workout she put together as well as her amazing energy. Another point of note is her creativity because she is passionate about what she does. There are many times she will come to me with a new workout idea she wants to try and absolutely kicks my butt. Another amazing thing she does is roughly every 4 to 6 weeks she will come up with a new interesting custom workout. This helps greatly because I have found I get less bored of working out, as well this is great because it helps challenge your body in different ways while still targeting the body parts you want. She is incredibly knowledgeable about form and how to get the most out of your workout. Something that matters a lot to me is that she can accommodate injuries. I have dislocated multiple times and have issues with my shoulder. With her expertise I have less issues with my shoulder. Now I am at the point where it's stronger than it was before. Because of what she has taught me I am starting to teach my friends how to workout better and get more out of it. The last little bit I have to say is I will be moving soon and Lisa will be my gold standard personal trainer to compare all others to. Honestly I am worried I wont find a trainer as good as her again. Part of the reason for that is I have worked out with Lisa for 3+ years. I feel like that should say a lot.

    A month and a half ago I was searching for a trainer who would be extremely patient and motivating to help me reach my goal. I need someone who can guide me and teach me how to use the equipment properly without hurting myself. I did some research and asked friends for referral and came across Lisa. I'm so happy to have found her because she's very patient and is knowledgeable. Since working out with her I'm in much better shape in terms of being strong and lost some weight along the way. I'm very happy with my progress and will continue to train with Lisa. If you are in need of a trainer give Lisa a go and you will not regret your decision!

    I LOVE Lisa!!! I have always been blessed without any weight issues and can eat whatever I want not having to worry about my weight. That is the case until I hit my 50's. My metabolism totally changed and I started gaining weight, especially in the tummy area. I have never had a workout routine and have no clue how to even start at the gym. Figured I may need the help of a one on one personal trainer. Luckily I found Lisa on Yelp. I have been with Lisa for a little over 2 months now and have lost 6.6 lbs so far (was at 121 lbs). I can now fit a lot of my favorite dresses that I was unable to wear in the past year. My tummy has shrunk significantly. It was a lot of hard work, but I am loving the results! Thank you Lisa! P.S. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels !

I've never sweated or worked out so hard in my life. During each class, I counted down the minutes until the torture would end. I hated lifting weights the most. I should've bought a set of my own 5 lb. weights for class. Workouts are never boring because they always change it up. Even though I hated working out, I loved how great I felt afterward. The building is pretty much a warehouse setting. There are several big fans hanging on the wall that help you cool down. The floor was a bit dirty. Every time I laid my mat down, a layer of dust would fly up. All the equipment you need is there including jump ropes, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and gliders. Sarai, the owner, sends email fairly often. Emails contain menus, workout tips, deals, and much more. Now that boot camp is over, I hope I can motivate myself to work out... Also, if you have specific issues, there are always modifications given or other exercises you can do to get the job done. The facility is clean, spacious, and provides a wide variety of workout options like barbell work, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, sleds, and of course using your own body weight. There's basically something here for every taste and preference, and plenty of classes to fit into busy schedules. The biggest positive for me is the machines feel new and not broken. I don't struggle to use the machine since it flows smoothly. Staff are friendly as well. The parking can be tight, but I've never had issues getting parking the few times I've been here. Downside is the locker room smells and it's pretty dirty. Some of the shower stalls do not have curtains or a door either so you're exposed if you choose to shower here. The other big positive for me is their sauna. It can fit almost 3x as much people as the downtown location and there are 2 boilers so it gets HOT, which feels great. I'll maybe go here if I don't feel like dealing with downtown traffic or if I'm in the area. I enjoy this gym.

No one uses the lockers because the room smells so bad and you're more likely of having your stuff stolen. The other day I saw an asian lady back her camry into another parked camry with another older asian lady in there. You cannot make this stuff up. Anyways this gym is disgusting an old. The only positives is that there is a LOT of good people that come to this gym. People workout, share the weights. A lot of older crowd in the morning and afternoons. Staff is pretty friendly. But yea a lot of the older 24 hour fitness are turning into this. Old smelly, no renovations. Members deserve better. period. Oh and last point to renovations. This gym still has TWO raquetball courts. Everytime I go, I never see anyone on these courts. Case and point. 24hour fitness does not care.
