I used a Living Social deal for a one month pass. It was a really great deal. Sadly, a six-pack…read moredidn't appear at the end of the month. I have a love/ hate relationship with Boot Camp. I've never sweated or worked out so hard in my life. During each class, I counted down the minutes until the torture would end. I hated lifting weights the most. I should've bought a set of my own 5 lb. weights for class. Workouts are never boring because they always change it up. Even though I hated working out, I loved how great I felt afterward. The building is pretty much a warehouse setting. There are several big fans hanging on the wall that help you cool down. The floor was a bit dirty. Every time I laid my mat down, a layer of dust would fly up. All the equipment you need is there including jump ropes, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and gliders. Sarai, the owner, sends email fairly often. Emails contain menus, workout tips, deals, and much more. Now that boot camp is over, I hope I can motivate myself to work out... Excuse me while I go pig out and take a nap.

I've been coming to Booty Bootcamp religiously since February and not only do I feel slightly slimmer, a bunch more toned, but also a hell of a lot more bad ass! Make it through one of these cardio packed work outs and you'll know exactly how I feel. There's a little bit of everything for the lady who needs a well-rounded work out. The trainers keep you accountable for powering through the toughest sets of either burpies, squats, lifts, or whatever is on the menu for the day. And that's another thing! Sarai, Ms. Booty Bootcamp herself, sends all her trainees awesome daily pick-me-ups in the form of an e-newsletter. They're packed with useful tips, healthy recipes and motivational mantras. The class schedules fit nicely with most traditional work schedules. The new facility is excellent and stocked with everything you may need - just bring a mat, water and your awesome personality! See you there!!

A very belated review, but one that is absolutely deserved! I worked with Marissa for about two…read moremonths, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She is incredibly friendly, personable, and encouraging, while also bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work. Her targeted workouts and personalized nutrition plan helped me make progress toward my goals, and the results exceeded my expectations! I attended weekly sessions with a workout partner, which turned out to be a fantastic bonding experience. We both achieved and even surpassed our individual goals, making the experience that much more rewarding. If you're looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about your success, knows her stuff, and makes fitness both effective and enjoyable, I highly recommend Marissa!

She is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, positive, and kind, but she also knows how to hold you accountable, which was exactly what I needed. In addition to helping me improve my strength training, Marissa worked with me on monitoring my macros and caloric intake and helped me better understand how to eat in a way that supports my goals. I really appreciated that she focused on teaching me the "why" behind what we were doing rather than simply telling me what to do. I feel much more knowledgeable and confident about both strength training and nutrition because of my time working with Marissa. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get stronger, improve their nutrition, and develop habits they can actually maintain.

I've joined them back in 2020 and then dropped out when work got intense (or I got lazy). 2 years later I was itching to get back into the gym, shopped around a few places, and couldn't find the same vibe that EG FieldHouse has. Working with Josh, Rachel and the rest of the team here is just unparalleled ... they make working out a whole lot more fun! I've done their regular membership, personal training ... and about to try their physical therapy program starting next week. This team has my full trust, and my business.

"Join us at the 5am class!" they said.. I responded, "WHAT?! That's the middle of the night!!!" After some contemplation, and no other convenient time, I started coming about 2-4 times per week.... and I LOVE IT! I go to sleep a little bit earlier at night, but start my day off with more energy and better attitude. The coaches, Torsten and Josh, are awesome! Inclusive atmosphere, all different levels of fitness, no pressure to perform harder than you're comfortable with -- but enough pressure to push your boundaries and encourage progress. I lost 18 lbs. in the first 2 months!! From 189lbs.- 171lbs.!! Ultimately significantly lowering my cholesterol. I don't even know who I am anymore!

A friend of mine suggested doing CrossFit. After years of doing traditional workouts. I decided to…read moregive CrossFit a try. I've been doing it about a month now and it's an amazing workout. I can see how it has the contagious effect of becoming a way of life. Some of the things I like: the CrossFit workout times are flexible (weekdays 5:00am, 8:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 6pm, 7:30pm), plus Saturday morning - there are different rates for however many times a week that works for your schedule. I've been to a few different timeslots and everyone else taking the classes are friendly, and help motivate you to do your best. Ryan Webb is super helpful - he knows his stuff and he helps with getting your form right (safety first!), providing nutrition tips. In less than an hour I get a better and more efficient workout than I'd been doing for years prior. No longer just focusing on things like how much I bench, I've found that CrossFit helps you become much more well-rounded in your strength and mobility. If you've never done things like deadlifts, kettlebell workouts, power cleans, or box jumps, don't worry. You learn the ropes and then go at whatever intensity level works best for you. It also makes you want to eat better (try to stay away from crackers/rice/pasta/bread) and incorporate more protein each day. I've already noticed a difference in how I look and feel, and am continually excited to check the next day's WOD (workout of the day) when it's posted to see what's coming next!
