This is such a unique workout program that really fits what I'm looking for. The 40 minute sessions…read moreare hard and rewarding. And I can get home within 1 hour of when I leave home. As someone that did CrossFit for 10 years (and I very much love CrossFit), this change of pace really suited me and is helping me build the core pillars of strength that I want to improve on. The great thing about what Mike, Michelle and the crew do here is that it's scalable in every way. Perfect for beginners, challenging for those that are fit and have some experience, and also provides a great way to grow for those that have a lot of workout experience. I eagerly await every class, and am excited for the next class whenever I'm done. And of course the community here provides an often needed sense of belonging that I just love. You will not regret trying it out and you might just stay.

I'm so happy with my decision to join HIIT a few months ago. I appreciate the group workout format…read more(and the general concept of high intensity interval training - if you hate the exercise you're doing, it's done soon!). More importantly, I love how supportive the trainers and other members are of everyone of all ages and fitness journeys. It's made me want to work harder and increase my abilities! The scheduling is super easy and flexible for a variety of schedules (and I can always find a spot). You can get a free class to try it out, and I definitely recommend doing so!

I love this gym! The space is very well kept and it has a great community energy. I really enjoy…read morethat it's open 24/7 and the support from the owners and coaches. The small group trainings are worth every penny, I consider myself pretty fit (marathoner, lifetime athlete) and I find myself humbled by each class. Couldn't recommend more!

I have been trying to join this gym for several weeks, and unfortunately, what should have been a…read moresimple process has turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. I live and work very close to the gym, so when my previous gym contract expired, I was genuinely looking forward to joining a facility that would be more convenient for both home and work. Unfortunately, I have found it surprisingly difficult to even get through the door. The gym doors are locked, and access depends on staff being present. The posted "staffed hours" are clearly listed on the door, but they do not seem to correspond with when anyone is actually there. Over the past two weeks, I stopped by three separate times during those posted staffed hours. Each time, no one was there. I knocked, waited outside, and called the gym, but received no response. I then submitted a contact form through the website and received an automated email saying that someone would be in touch soon. No one contacted me. I called again and left another message, and again, I received no response. At that point, I began to wonder whether the gym was closing or experiencing some larger issue. I looked at the reviews and noticed that the owner, Jason, appeared to be friendly and responsive to customers publicly. He had also shared his email address, so I decided to reach out to him directly in the hope that I could finally get some clarity and simply become a member. Unfortunately, my experience in private was very different from what I had seen in his public responses. While Jason was responsive, his emails came across as dismissive and defensive rather than helpful. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the fact that I had spent weeks repeatedly trying to contact the gym, despite making every effort to become a paying customer. Much of the conversation centered on defending the gym's staffing situation rather than addressing the very reasonable concern that the posted staffed hours did not appear to reflect when staff were actually present. I ultimately spent another two days going back and forth just trying to find a time when I could come in, sign up, and join. After nearly three weeks of trying, I decided that the amount of effort required simply to become a customer was no longer worth it. That is the part I find most disappointing. I wanted to support a local business, and I was actively trying to give them my business. It should not be this difficult for someone to become a paying member. I am heading to In-Shape today to sign up instead. It is a little farther from home, but at this point, I would much rather deal with a business that makes it reasonably easy for prospective customers to actually become customers. I hope the gym takes this feedback seriously. The issue is not that I expected special treatment; I simply expected the posted "staffed" hours to be accurate, my calls and messages to receive a response, and a straightforward membership inquiry to be handled with basic courtesy and professionalism.

I used a Living Social deal for a one month pass. It was a really great deal. Sadly, a six-pack…read moredidn't appear at the end of the month. I have a love/ hate relationship with Boot Camp. I've never sweated or worked out so hard in my life. During each class, I counted down the minutes until the torture would end. I hated lifting weights the most. I should've bought a set of my own 5 lb. weights for class. Workouts are never boring because they always change it up. Even though I hated working out, I loved how great I felt afterward. The building is pretty much a warehouse setting. There are several big fans hanging on the wall that help you cool down. The floor was a bit dirty. Every time I laid my mat down, a layer of dust would fly up. All the equipment you need is there including jump ropes, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and gliders. Sarai, the owner, sends email fairly often. Emails contain menus, workout tips, deals, and much more. Now that boot camp is over, I hope I can motivate myself to work out... Excuse me while I go pig out and take a nap.

I've been coming to Booty Bootcamp religiously since February and not only do I feel slightly slimmer, a bunch more toned, but also a hell of a lot more bad ass! Make it through one of these cardio packed work outs and you'll know exactly how I feel. There's a little bit of everything for the lady who needs a well-rounded work out. The trainers keep you accountable for powering through the toughest sets of either burpies, squats, lifts, or whatever is on the menu for the day. And that's another thing! Sarai, Ms. Booty Bootcamp herself, sends all her trainees awesome daily pick-me-ups in the form of an e-newsletter. They're packed with useful tips, healthy recipes and motivational mantras. The class schedules fit nicely with most traditional work schedules. The new facility is excellent and stocked with everything you may need - just bring a mat, water and your awesome personality! See you there!!
