I went to the doctor. The doctor said I had severe arthritis in my hip and back . I ignored it, until I cold not ignore it any longer. Since my daughter was already training with Ray , he obviously noticed my decline . He told me he could fix me. I ignored it some more. SMH!!!!! My hips were on the verge of locking. I couldnt lay down in the bed at all. It was to painful. Finally i asked Coach Ray to help because I just couldnt take it anymore. I missed walking., I missed being able to climb the stairs, get in the tub and jusst simply sit down and stand up without pain. I have always told Coach V and Coach Ray that i trusted them. And I meant every word. They transformed me into someone I thought I could never be. But , my pain was so bad, I was not sure this time. that they could transform me. When I tell you that Coach Ray had me in tears. He really made me sob tears of joy Coach Ray knows what he is doing. I feel so much better. I can walk without pain. I can stand up and sit down without pain, sleep in my bed & get in and out of the bathtub without assistance. . The mobility and strength training and stretching was a definite game changer. Back in April 2018 I was…read moreready for a major lifestyle change mainly because I just felt unhealthy, looked out of shape (which in turn gave me low self esteem) and needed to be in better shape (cardiovascular & strength wise) for the fitness tests I need to pass every year. I was searching for a personal trainer for quite some time before finally coming across Body By Vlad. I contacted Vlad and he got back to me quickly assessing my needs, not just "oh you want to work out" but more in-depth questions about my health goals, lifestyle goals and what I feel I need to do to be my best self. After the assessment I met Vlad in person at the gym to have measurements taken and go over what the program was about. After that day I started working out with him twice a week and other days I worked out I followed the workout plan he created specifically for my fitness goals. Working out with Vlad was awesome, he made sure exercises weren't repeated to keep my interest along with my body's interest (repeats for the body aren't effective), he pushed me to the limit every time (I'd be drenched in sweat), he made sure all exercises were performed correctly and he was always very courteous, outgoing, professional and caring. The best thing about working about with Vlad though was/is the results. I saw results very quickly (& my skin was AMAZINGLY clear) which boosted my self esteem through the roof and gave me the confidence I needed for my fitness test. I was in awesome shape and knew for a fact I'd pass my test no problem, major stress relieved. The results were also achieved through the meal plan Vlad had me following, very easy plan because you eat what you want but make healthy choices based on the list of healthy foods he gives you. I bet your wondering why everything seems to be past tense well that's because in September 2018 my husband and I found out we were expecting the baby we had be trying for since August 2018 Trying didn't take long at all and I have a strong feeling it had everything to do with the shape my body was in. Carrying on fitness and healthy eating through out my pregnancy did wonders for my baby and I, for the most part I always had good energy levels (except the1st trimester lol), I felt strong, didn't gain unnecessary amounts of weight, was low risk for all pregnancy ailments (minor and major) and naturally delivered a completely healthy 7lb 15oz baby girl with no pain medicine or intervention from medical staff what's so ever. After delivery I still feel very strong and did not keep unnecessary pregnancy weight. He cancelled the first session and then failed to show up at the second. After he failed to show up, I received an email from him telling me that he was leaving the area for a week or two for personal reasons, and he would contact me to reschedule when he got back. That was eight weeks ago, and I have heard nothing from him since, even though I made repeated efforts to contact him. I now realize I am out over $500 for sessions I prepaid that I will probably never receive. It has been a major disappointment.

After a few sessions with Mike (couple's sessions specifically) I was already noticing muscles being worked that I had never worked before. Workouts were tough, but never too much for us to handle. He pushes you, motivates you, and definitely keeps it interesting. He fits a ton of different exercises into a 45 minute session. Our busy schedule required a 'before work' session and it has done wonders for my energy and alertness throughout the day. The two day a week training sessions along with his comprehensive diet goals really helped me to lose the weight I set out to lose. After 2 months I had lost 20 pounds. After 3 months of training with Mike, I feel noticeably stronger, healthier and happier. He's made a believer out of me and I can't recommend him enough!
