From the first time I spoke with the service manager Susan through working with a technician Peter, and finally the manager Ed, it could not have been a more professional, personal, and pleasant experience. I would definitely feel comfortable referring people and purchasing again from Andy. In addition, their Delivery Coordinator, Ernie Sanchez is a great guy and always willing to help. I was getting ready for our maiden voyage to Colorado and we were having an issue with our Insta Hot Water Heater. I called Andy and he got Ernie on the phone right away. Ernie is not fast to say he has a solution, he is thorough and wants to make sure he has a good answer for you. He asked if he could go verify a few items and when he called me back, he had a suggestion. We found the hot water heater valves operate in the opposite direction and suggested I try to reverse them. sure enough we had hot water. The day and trip were saved and these guys care. They want your experience to be great and I believe they try to make it that way, before, during and after the sale. I am very pleased and have driven to Arizona and about to head back home. Finally production was…read morefinished !! crossroads was patient with us from December to March with our questions, concerns, etc. Mike DiFiore was just the most pleasant person to deal with, made us feel comfortable and not a "salesman" type at all When we picked it up the team pleasant , friendly and informative even in the maelstrom that was their heavy season (Mike, Marie, Kim and even those we didn't deal with directly). The service team who showed us how to operate were awesome (and again Patient), even noting issues from the factory to address on our behalf and helping us unexpectedly deal with our own truck prep as it needed a brake controller installed when we thought we had one . Dan was an expert and very nonchalant about it like he could do it with his eyes closed...and probably could. Well, this weekend we were supposed to go camping but had a factory issue with the electrical Mike , the Service Manager got us in and fixed in a matter of hours (also fixing those factory issues noted initially because the parts came in) . For them to handle this on a Saturday, during the busiest part of their season speaks volumes. And again, everyone in the office was so welcoming and constantly try to feed you! There was no waiting on what the Mfr would say, they got us up and running and we didn't have to miss a work day to bring it there. If you're buying an RV , these are the people to go to, We traveled all over NJ and PA before we bought ours making sure the dealer was the right fit ,because with an RV, you need this more than with any vehicle and after 15 plus different dealers, Crossroads was it. These people were not only fair, reliable and speedy. They worked with me and didn't charge me storage for the couple extra days it sat here. I would recommend these people ten times over. Thank you for incredible service. I sold the trailer and they handled my buyer with incredible class. A breath of fresh air in Cream Ridge !!!

He stayed after closing hours to accommodate us. We were given a total walk around of the unit, all systems were turned ( A/C, stove, refrigerator, power awning, fireplace, tv, etc.) on for us and was shown how to operate them. We were given a new battery and filled propane tanks. We got a very nice trailer at a great price. We were able to do the financing, trailer insurance and tags right there. We have no complaints about Classic. A 2020 Coachmen would have cost us at least $15,000 more for the same model. Mike offered to sell our old Class C motorhome for us too. We've been RV'ing since 1993. This is probably our 9th RV. We have owned pop-ups, trailers and a motorhome. We have been camping for almost 27 years now so we know quite a lot about them.
