We left that day and returned with a deposit to hold the camper and start the buying process a few days later. Unfortunately, we were not able to close the deal. When I asked about our deposit being returned, I was told 7-10 business days. Ok, no big deal. One week, two weeks...a month goes by and nothing. I called to speak to someone and was directed to Zack. I spoke to Zack and was told that the request had been sent to corporate, but being that it was Saturday, he would have to wait until Monday to call and see what information he could find out for me and that he would return my call that following Monday. Again, no big deal. I received no call. Another 3 weeks go by....nothing. I called again on 7/1/26 to speak to Zack, he wasn't in. I was directed to Dan and once again explained the situation. I was told that since Zack wasn't in, he would have to wait to speak to Zack when he got in later that day, and that either he or Zack would get back to me that afternoon. Again, no one called, emailed, or left me a voicemail. Being that it has been two months now with no communication from Forest River as to where our deposit is, I felt that I had to leave a review to warn other potential customers. I have been nothing but incredibly patient throughout this whole process. I have called twice in two months. Unfortunately, Forest River lacks in their communication skills and customer service. I guess since our deal didn't go through, we are not as important as any other customer and don't deserve the same respect. Beware of leaving deposits....you may have to fight tooth and nail to get your REFUNDABLE deposit back, IF you ever get it back.

Junkyard people are quirky at times to deal with. Other times, they are very difficult to deal with. I've run into some real jerks over the years. And the last time I tried to buy a part through a parts-locator service, the person/company could not give me what they promised, and it took me over 6 weeks to get the charge reversed on my credit card. This company has been amazing for us and have saved our rears on numerous occasions. We used to…read moreuse a different maintenance company for our preventative maintenance work and break down repairs but the service was lacking and they seemed to be on island time or something, never here when we needed them. They were horrible so I started to fix things myself. I found Accurate Lift Truck after doing some google searching and was happy to see they'd sell parts to me. After to many let downs from the other company, we switched to using Accurate full time about 4-5 years ago. Unlike the other reviewer (sounds like a disgruntled ex-employee), we've had nothing but excellent service from these guys. They've been able to get here almost every time with-in 24 hours, which is so important when your forklift is the backbone of your operation. They used to work on our older forklift before we traded that in for a slightly used Mitsu (all through them). The sales guy has even turned us on to used equipment, provided contact and not even taken a cent for it. They've hosted training sessions here to get everyone certified up to OSHA's specs. They've brought us loaners when repairs were extensive and we needed to keep production going. They've made custom wiring harnesses for our ancient CAT when replacements were no longer available. Seriously, I've never been disappointed in these guys. The tech's are ALWAYS courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Top rank outfit in my opinion. I'm not really one to write reviews, but I couldn't help myself when I see someone take a dump on them like the previous reviewer.
