Just bought a 3 year old travel trailer from Classic RV Sales. 2016 Coachman Catalina 243rbs. Got a great deal on a very nice rv. Mike, was our salesman, no pressure at all. He stayed after closing hours to accommodate us. We were given a total walk around of the unit, all systems were turned ( A/C, stove, refrigerator, power awning, fireplace, tv, etc.) on for us and was shown how to operate them. We were given a new battery and filled propane tanks. We got a very nice trailer at a great price. We were able to do the financing, trailer insurance and tags right there. We have no complaints about Classic. A 2020 Coachmen would have cost us at least $15,000 more for the same model. Mike offered to sell our old Class C motorhome for us too. We've been RV'ing since 1993. This is probably our 9th RV. We have owned pop-ups, trailers and a motorhome. We have been camping for almost 27 years now so we know quite a lot about them. Business was great to deal with when we purchased travel trailer in CASH. Due to Covid we understood that there would be a delay in getting our title paperwork. Temp tag is long expired and they were contacted several times. Today, I was finally told that it has been sitting there since September; when in fact the day we purchased they told us that they would send it to us. I also was told today that they wouldn't send. Then after me getting upset because we are over 2 hours away that they would send by usps. And they didn't care if we got it or not. Not to call them back. I asked if it could be sent by fed ex and was told no that would cost them $30. I gladly would have paid the $30 so we can finally get it titled and tags. read more

I was harassed and cornered in my 5th wheel by Jason as I was picking up my rig. This man is very unstable, verbally abusive, and has a little man complex. He screamed at me, (my partner and I are both women) blocked the exit of my rig, and verbally accosted me. That is the quick information, here are the details, and I have a video of his unprovoked meltdown and temper-tantrum. My partner and I brought our 5th wheel to Classic RV in Monroeville NJ on Dec 26th, 2019. On our walk through we showed them that we had a missing sconce (glass part that goes around the light) and asked them if they would be able to order us a new one to match the existing left sconce and that we would be happy to pay for that. They assured us that would be no problem since they have a "Full service" shop. We listed at the price they suggested, and they said would have it posted online on their website. Fast forward 11 months and we had to call them a total of three times throughout the eleven months to check on our 5th wheel and find out why our rig wasn't posted on any websites. They had sob stories and apologies, Jason "the internet guy" was behind. I was told that 3 times. Finally, we decided to go pick up our 5th wheel. I called them, set up a pickup time, and when we arrived the next day we were treated horribly. I asked very nicely if it had been plugged in. That's when Jason snapped on me and barked, "No, why would it be plugged in?". I was taken aback and said, "Oh, I was just curious because I saw the slides out and wasn't sure if you plugged it in to do that." He barked, "WE LEAVE THEM OPEN BECAUSE IT'S EASIER TO SHOW". I simply said ok and walked out to my truck. Our rig looked ok, but the sconce I asked them to match was now broken and glass was all over the floor. Not wanting glass to go everywhere while towing it home I called the shop and asked if they had a dustpan and broom I could use to clean up the glass I found. When Jason arrived, he immediately started yelling at me saying I had an attitude with him since we walked in, and he demanded to be heard. I said please talk tell me what happened. He then divulged a week after we dropped it off, he went in to take pictures for the website (11 months ago, never made it online) and saw glass on the floor, and walked out. At no point over 11 months was I told about the glass and I called 3 times over that 11 months to ask about my rig, lower the price, and just check on things. I asked Jason why he didn't clean up the glass or let me know he yelled, "IT'S NOT MY JOB TO CLEAN UP YOUR PIECE OF SH*T OVERPRICED RIG!" At this point, I walked to go inside my rig to sweep up the glass and he said, "WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO GET FROM ME? GIVE ME THAT I WILL CLEAN UP YOUR PIECE OF SH*T RIG!" I said back, "No thanks, I got this bro". Then he followed me inside my rig cornered me, screamed at me, calling me a B*tch, and other words. Then he screamed, "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE CALLING ME BRO? I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 30 YEARS. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE COMING ON MY PROPERTY CALLING ME BRO?" This verbal barrage of abuse went on and my partner filmed it. I said 3 times I am done talking to you, I just want to get out of here, STOP. He kept having a temper tantrum while I was trying to clean the glass and get out of my rig since he was blocking the door. I had to finally Yell over him and say, "I am a disabled veteran, you're not going to treat me like this, get the F out of my rig.". That must has scared him, and he grabbed the broom and walked off yelling and saying, "you're the type of person who would leave a review, make sure you mention me! Jason". So here is my review, and yes, I have parts of this on film. Avoid this business nothing I or my partner said or did disserve this wild out of control psychotic treatment and I feel like it is just a matter of time before this man Jason physically assaults someone. read more

I Purchased an Rv from them and was assured it was in"solid" shape. Turns out it has exstensive water damage and they refused to repair it because I bought it "as is" but before buying it their sales people assured me this was a sound and solid purchase. Im one to take someone's word in a respectable manner because that's my demeanor but I feel so cheated and lied to. To look someone in the eyes and lie out the teeth is unethical in any business..... I shouldn't pay for repairs on an already damaged rv ..........Seeking legal council on my rights. read more

My dad purchase an RV from them years ago. Once my mother died he decided he couldn't do it anymore without her and purchased a condo. He took the RV back to Classic to sell. Gave them the rights to sell it. After a year.. it didn't sell.. my husband and I decided to take it over. Paid Classic RV almost $2000 to put on a new awning on it and to de-winterize it. We brought it home and realized the license plates were missing along with all the paperwork. Called several times and Bonnie refused to call us back. When I finally spoke to someone I was basically told they lost everything and couldn't help. I explained I am leaving for vacation in a few days and I can't go to DMV to get the replacement plates. I cant order them online. You have to go to a DMV and get the forms and pick up the plates. They said DMV is opened it's been opened for weeks. I explained your a dealer.. they are open for you but not general public. He still argued and basically told me they will try and find the plates and documents but there is nothing else they can do. I asked well my vacation I planned will be ruined I can't drive it without the plates.. and basically I was told that's my problem! read more
