When my son dropped the car off on 5/27 and gave them the insurance estimate, he was immediately met with attitude, and was told that we would be contacted with updates and when it was ready. I was contacted on 6/10 notifying me that the vehicle was done, however he couldn't reach my claims adjuster to let them know of the additional price based on the difference of the two estimates, and gave me attitude as well like it was my fault. When my son picked the vehicle up, they did not install the front license plate bracket to the new bumper, and just left the front plate in the windshield, which is something I will have to take care of now. Between the can't-be-bothered attitude and the lack of care to install the front plate bracket, I will assuredly not be relying on or recommending this shop in the future.

We made an online appointment and when we arrived from the onset the attitude from the guy working there was as if we where bothering him. From looking at the car to writing out the estimate he had an arrogant attitude and very short with answers to our questions. He gave us a print out with a quote of almost $5000 without explaining how he came up with that figure even though they have different options on paint packages. And on top of all that he tells me that they might find additional problems and that they would need 2 weeks if not more to repair and paint car. The guy's "can't be bothered" attitude and lack of explanation was enough for me not to go further and just leave. This definitely made me re-think about using Maaco for any reason at all or to recommend them in future.
