All you have to do is be home and let him know if you can provide access to power and water. We will definitely have him back regularly.

When my son dropped the car off on 5/27 and gave them the insurance estimate, he was immediately met with attitude, and was told that we would be contacted with updates and when it was ready. I was contacted on 6/10 notifying me that the vehicle was done, however he couldn't reach my claims adjuster to let them know of the additional price based on the difference of the two estimates, and gave me attitude as well like it was my fault. When my son picked the vehicle up, they did not install the front license plate bracket to the new bumper, and just left the front plate in the windshield, which is something I will have to take care of now. Between the can't-be-bothered attitude and the lack of care to install the front plate bracket, I will assuredly not be relying on or recommending this shop in the future.

He gave us a print out with a quote of almost $5000 without explaining how he came up with that figure even though they have different options on paint packages. And on top of all that he tells me that they might find additional problems and that they would need 2 weeks if not more to repair and paint car. The guy's "can't be bothered" attitude and lack of explanation was enough for me not to go further and just leave. This definitely made me re-think about using Maaco for any reason at all or to recommend them in future.

I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!"
