Left my truck for a minor wiring issue, which was repaired, however they stole a brand new pair of JBL headphones out of my truck. I'm self-employed, no one else drives my vehicle. I don't lose things, and this was the only time my truck would have been vulnerable to have anything taken with me not around. I politely confronted the new owner, who called in their mechanic, who remembered my truck from the week before, and he denied any knowledge of my JBL headphones. I politely left and would not recommend their business ever again, and I have a big rolodex. The headphones cost more than the job they did. They made no attempt to satisfy me in anyway, which is not what I would have done as a business owner. Its my own fault for trusting their business. I had no issues with the original owner. I left all my tools, Snap On, and never had an issue. I don't trust them. read more

This business installed a trailer hitch on my car to support a bike rack and cargo carrier that I bought from them as well. I was asked and accepted the offer for an electrical connection to be installed so that lights could be placed on the cargo carrier. The staff was very friendly on the phone when I placed the order. Upon picking up my car later that day I found out that the cargo rack and bike carrier were not assembled by the staff, nor were lights installed on the cargo carrier. I suppose I made the assumption that these things would be done based on my conversation while ordering, but nevertheless I am still really disappointed. I would have even paid extra to have the parts assembled. They offered for me to make another appointment to install lights on the cargo carrier but it's an hour long trip round trip. I'll purchase the lights off of Amazon and install them myself. read more

Purchased a used trailer a month ago. They had replaced all the lights, put on a new wiring harness, a new axle and hubs. pretty much, they made the trailer new besides the paint.Recently, I noticed a problem with the trailer and they fixed it no charge even though they really weren't obligated to do so.
