He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day, better and less expensively then the RV shop had estimated while I was on vacation! He also showed me a couple of features I didn't know about and gave me good advice about keeping my slide out working well. I was having a problem with my new camping trailer, one of the slides would not come in, it would…read moreshow signs of life when extended but nothing when retracted. I was put in touch with SJRV repair and was called very quickly. Rather than follow the manuals troubleshooting instruction, and use a power driver to manually pull in the slide, Sean told me to remove the panel and check the switch, sure enough, it was half way on. Once I seated it properly, everything was fine and we were on our way. He knew the exact problem just by a few minute phone call. He was patient, assessed my technical capability in a polite manner and genuinely wanted to help. I now have a go to place for these types of issues. Thank you Sean for saving our vacation and my sanity! Since we were referred to him by Good Sam it was a good value.

My experience was actually exactly the opposite. From the first time I spoke with the service manager Susan through working with a technician Peter, and finally the manager Ed, it could not have been a more professional, personal, and pleasant experience. Except for paying the bill, of course. I've never seen a better run automotive operation in my life. They certainly have earned my respect and Business going forward.

So they are using our address to send complete strangers to my home. Why can't this be done at White Horse RV. A gentleman knocked on my door telling me he was here for the harley davison sale. I stated to him , I had no clue what he was talking about. He then shows me his phone where he was in conversation with glen and was told to use this address for the location and call before he gets there.I guess the gentleman missed that part. I would definitely feel comfortable referring people and purchasing again from Andy. In addition, their Delivery Coordinator, Ernie Sanchez is a great guy and always willing to help. I was getting ready for our maiden voyage to Colorado and we were having an issue with our Insta Hot Water Heater. I called Andy and he got Ernie on the phone right away. Ernie is not fast to say he has a solution, he is thorough and wants to make sure he has a good answer for you. He asked if he could go verify a few items and when he called me back, he had a suggestion. We found the hot water heater valves operate in the opposite direction and suggested I try to reverse them. sure enough we had hot water. The day and trip were saved and these guys care. They want your experience to be great and I believe they try to make it that way, before, during and after the sale. I am very pleased and have driven to Arizona and about to head back home.
