Some of employees who work directly with the patients are disrespectful and inconsiderate. Also they are not wearing medical uniforms or at least appropriate work clothes. The patient room that my mom was placed in after surgery was dusty and disorganized. The bandages and gauzes are on top of the trash bin. This is unacceptable. How is this sanitary? No one ever came to check on my mother or remove her IV until she brought it up to one of staff members' attention. I understand that a person will bleed a little bit when you putting an IV in but it shouldn't be a bloody mess. My mother's IV was covered with her own blood. I can go on with how terrible this place is.

I went to PT and another acupuncturist day before and now I was needing another acupuncture treatment session. Dr Kim's session was no joke, it was intense and painful but necessary. He does acupuncture with electrodes to spasm the muscle and tire the muscles out. So painful but so effective. I was so sore. He then proceeded with cupping then medicinal tincture with heating pad. All together it helped me by 50%. I think I will return again soon because I still have residual neck pain and tightness. No regrets with Dr Kim. And his sessions are reasonable: $60/session whether 1st visit or follow up. Decor is clean and nice, like the raymour flanigan couch, dark relaxing walls.

After taking the elevator (or the stairs), and step out, it will be to your left. Upon entering, I was offered hand sanitizer and changed into a pair slippers. After confirming what I booked my appointment for, which was for a Meridian Facial, I was taken into a room where I changed my top into a towel-like cover up. Just from cleansing my face, I was shown just how much dead skin and dirt came out out my face. I honestly thought I was doing a good job with washing and cleansing my face at home but I guess not! The staff also used a Gua Sha to help increase circulation and drain the lymph nodes on my face, and a lot of time was spent on massaging my face. After, they put a mesh-like gauze on my face and then put a moisturizing facial pack on top of it. I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes until it solidified enough. Once the staff peeled it off my face, my skin felt super smooth. At the end of the facial, there was also a head/scalp massage. One advice regarding the scalp massage would be to not time it on a day of an important event. Since it distributes the oils on your scalp, you probably know what I'm getting at. The whole experience was positive and relaxing. I did glance at the service menu that they offered and they seem to have a broad range of different things you can try (ie: facials, lymphatic drainage, herbal weight loss treatments, body treatments, and more). With the location being so convenient and the various options you have to choose from, I think it's worth a visit!
