Amazing place! I bought a Groupon for the colonic and they were able to get me right in. The office and room were clean and comfortable. At the end of my session Erick took a look and what had come out and gave me feedback about my eating habits and suggestions on how I can improve my digestive health. The session is 45 min long which I also appreciated, some places try to only do 30 min and I feel rushed. They also have other services that I definitely want to come back and try!!! read more

I had a colonic cleanse done on Aug. 24th and wanted to see how I felt the next few days to write this review. The room was clean and calming. She explained every step of the process. At first the water was cold for 10 seconds but the heating pad helped. You can listen to the calming music or watch Netflix. When you stand gravity will push the remaining water out and you can't fight it. They gave detailed instructions for the after care. Along with tips to help my gut health. I feel lighter. Upon entry the staff was warm and inviting. It was my first time ever doing a colonic and everything was explained to me in such detail that I was super comfortable! I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, a husband and wife. Super knowledgeable about everything and all the services that they offer. I also had the fit body wrap, that was super intense! be prepared to drink lots of water before, during and after, so you don't feel dehydrated. First time having this done and I got to say I did not feel a thing. I dont know if the machine I used was broken. I dont know how I was suppose to feel when using it or what to expect but throughout the whole 30-45 mins, I felt nothing. Later the desk person knocked and came and turned off the water and told me to push everything out. I was confused and pushed and nothing happened. My wife did it and loved it. She had an amazing expereience compared to my nothingness. I came home and struggled to do the business. Every push felt hard like it normally did for me. All were performed in the comfort of a private room, and the attendants checked in on me to see if I needed anything. This is a hidden gem that I discovered by casually walking on steinway. Called and spoke to Barbie. Her attentiveness and her years of experience lured me in. This was an amazing experience. For the record, I suffer from not having bowel movement and know how essential it is to have ! I highly recommend this spa. I had a closed system colon cleanse back in San Diego a few years ago (didn't have much results) and this open system tops it! As I entered the ambience, cleanliness and color palette of the spa was very soothing. During the process, it was little uncomfortable to adjust to in the beggining not going to lie. I can say I really enjoyed myself. As soon as I left I called a few of my friends to tell them about this place. I went in for a colonic as a walk in. I never had a colonic so I was a little skeptical. First he owner gave me a tour explaining all their services and had me sign a waiver . Once i was set I was instructed how to insert the straw where the water comes out and press the bed when I'm all prepped.They played spa music and had aromatherapy going while I laid on the hydro bed. It was cushioned with many pillows and had a water hose for self cleaning when your done. It is very intimate and soothing. The receptionists was such a delight and very informative. I just loved her. I'll go back just to chat with her. I also got the foot detox and discovered some things I had to change about my lifestyle based on all the yucky toxins that were drawn from the soles of my feet.
