A great experience. I went from a Groupon & my biggest pet peeve is when the service is different because I have a Groupon. Not here. The service was amazing. The process was explained to my best friend & I in full detail. As anyone whose never had a colon cleanse we came fully loaded with questions and every single one was answered. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Sigal Center. I had a colon cleanse that Ludmilla administered. She responded to all my questions and was very professional throughout. I had three sessions so far and it is unbelievable how it worked. I am feeling better, and am even more energetic! Besides the colon cleanse, Ludmilla gave me very useful suggestions on how to have great colon health such as eat cooked vegetables and other water-based foods and drink sufficient amounts of water. There was no rhythm to the massage..... I went in very tired and came right back out more aggravated than when I walked in. All the pressure points she attempted to work on was a BIG FAT JOKE..... I give it 4 stars because it was not an entirely relaxing treatment. The spa music could not compensate for other clients loudly talking in the next room...but the massage therapist Becky was very good and professional. She did not talk, did not pick up the phone to check messages like i experienced in other places, and She did everything by the book except for some slight mistakes. I would come back. read more

I began my colon hydrotherapy at Natural You, Inc. years ago when Mia's office was on Quentin Road. The office was well equipped but she also had lots of resources to educate her clients about colon health. As I am becoming more proactive about my health, I resumed monthly colonics in June 2019. When I tried to contact Mia, I was told she retired and sold the business, which is now, SIGAL WELLNESS. That's when I met Lioudmila. I did not remember Mila (or Liouda) when she worked with Mia but I am glad that she continues working at Sigal. Mila is a gem! She is very well-trained in the facilitation of colon hydrotherapy, well-educated about the importance of colon health and she articulates her knowledge in simple terms to make sure you understand. When I first met Mila, she looked at my tummy and immediately told me that for the best results, I would need to do at least 12 colonics! Yes, 12 colonics! One colonic would not be effective. So, following her advice, I did 6 consecutive sessions, took a break for one month and did 6 additional consecutive sessions. I didn't weigh myself when I first started but I notice, as do others, that my tummy has gotten smaller, my face is clear, my clothes fit better, and my cravings are gone. When I eat junk food, it's because I'm being greedy - plain and simple - not because my body is craving it. I am working on my relationship with food using PSYCH-K! PSYCH-K is an amazing way to rewrite the software of your mind so you can change the printout of your life. ((By the way, I am a Certified PSYCH-K Facilitator!) My husband and I were looking for a good place to get colonics. There is an abundance of different wellness centers now. And all of them claim that they are the best. But when you get there for colonic, for example, it turns out that it was just a tricky ad in order to attract customers. But my husband and I still decided to follow the recommendation of our friend who strongly advised us to go to the Sigal's Wellness Center (2701 Ocean Ave.) And we were extremely amazed by what we experienced in this Wellness Center. First of all, a colonic is done by a very professional specialist in a very advanced machine. Her name is Lyuda (sorry if I misspelled her name). Lyuda is very devoted to her work and makes sure that a customer is comfortable and receives the best possible treatment. Her attitude is very warm and compassionate. The place is ideally clean. There are treats on the table. And there are large, very comfortable leather chairs in the waiting area. Both my husband and I fell in love with this place. And we decided to do colonics here regularly with intervals. We realized how healthy it is for a body to be cleansed and how important it is that it should be done with skilled and kind hands.
