NICEST OWNER EVER and some really tasty homemade style pizza! So good! Literally walked in 5…read moreminutes before closing (hours were very wrong on yelp but more on that soon), they were all cleaned up and she made me a pizza on the spot and even gave me a taste of the pulled pork for the sandwiches (also very yummy!!!). Anyways, while waiting for the pizza the owner and I were talking about the actual hours and I even submitted the correct hours to yelp, but is anyone is reading this Fern's Market is actually called Fern's Pizza. The owner bought in 2019, but then Covid hit (which is probably why on Apple maps it said "permanently closed"...but it is not!). They have been primarily a pizza place since November of 2020 but also have some convenience store items that are perfect for people like us who are just in town on vacation. Their hours are as followed Wednesday-Saturday 9:00am- 7:00pm And they will be open on Sunday's during the summer after Father's Day. So if you are in town on Wednesday-Saturday and are craving some pizza, treat yourself to a slice or a whole pie! You will be happy you did

I think my previous three stars is too harsh a rating. It's a tiny place in a tiny riverside town…read moreand I shouldn't hold it to standards of places in Santa Rosa or other busier cities. Linda is trying her best and she's doing a pretty good job. Also, the breakfast burritos are delicious. Boyfriend likes the one with chorizo and I like the one with ham. She seasons it with something that makes it a little spicy and it's so good; maybe cayenne pepper? We don't love the pizza sauce, it's too much like pasta sauce, so we get ours with pesto instead. But the pizzas are very large, and the crust is crispy and delicious.

This particular marketplace had an assortment of food, drinks, sandwiches, as well as a mini coffee shop! Truly, something for everyone and my sister-in-law and husband both bought a bag of the coconut curry popcorn!! I've read other posts about the prices and the sandwiches within this particular marketplace and sorry, I'm from Silicon Valley, but the prices are the same with Silicon Valley as this little particular shop! That being said, they had a number of organic, eclectic, allergy sensitive items like gluten-free or vegan items that I only see at specialty stores all within a nutshell of this little hidden gem in the middle of nowhere mind you!! I also loved the corner, left hand spot of a mini pharmacy where they had a handful of organic, home remedy items that you could buy over-the-counter!! I wish I could have tried one of their sandwiches, but we are eating dinner across the street at a nostalgic Italian restaurant, and I was very eager to see what they had!! I can't wait to come back to this adorable little town and come shopping again!! They also had an amazing wine selection, and I would love to try all the local wineries that I saw driving into this little hidden gem within Sebastopol! I can't WAIT to come back here! I truly lived their little shops within this hidden valley of a town! The turn of the century buildings reminds me of Sutter Creek, CA! See my review on The Restaurant across the street The Negri! We were in the area and decided to get a small bite to eat. As we were walking around Occidental,…read morethe Bohemian Market sign across the street caught our eye. We ordered a small roast beef sandwich, but their homemade chili caught our attention as we stood there waiting for the sandwich! Folks, the chili was delicious! So much so that we ordered one quart to go! The staff got us what we needed promptly and with a smile. The store is spacious and organized, with a variety of goods. Overall, it was a good shopping experience.
