Fresh fruit & veggies, packaged goods. We couldn't find prices on some of what we were buying so we brought them to the register to ask. And some prices on the shelves were old. It's It ice cream sandwich for $3.49. Calypso lemonade for about the same price. Box of Mike & Ike's has 99 cents on the shelf but it was $3 or something. They take ApplePay so that makes it easy!

We ordered the Chateau Rouge pizza with the salad, and while it was tasty and well-cooked, it was slim on toppings and quite small- about 12 inches. The service here was good. The lady who runs the front counter is very nice, and I enjoy supporting a family-run local business. Dare I say the best hummus I've ever had? You can tell these ingredients are FRESH! The flatbread was denser than the crust, very chewy, but hot out of the oven. The serving size of the hummus was larger than expected, so my only critique is that we should have ordered an additional flatbread (if that's even possible?). We used the crust from our pizza and still had some leftover! I'm excited to snack tomorrow. Also, the building itself is gorgeous. There's a beautiful stained glass window and unique artwork that tells their story. Parking was easy and it's right next to the liquor store if you need to pick up sodas or drinks. A kind woman was at the counter, and I heard a kiddo and man in the back so I imagine this is a family business which is always my favorite to support. Yes, it's been kept cold in my fridge for three days and yes I do smoke a lot of fish myself so I know the shelf life is quite a bit longer than that! However, I watched the barista make the drinks and he was extremely measured and clearly experienced. We could also see the kitchen where food was being made. My point is they are very committed to their craft here! The ambience is so cozy! Nice warm lighting, lots of seating, and even a kids play area. And the large windows with the fog rolling through the redwoods really ties it all together. If I could work remotely from here, I would! You never know what you're gonna stumble upon, the nice thing is they will ship to you as well if you have something too large or too fragile.
