I reserved the Contrast Therapy Suite 2 XL, which includes a sauna, cold plunge (metal bath tub), and standing shower, $95 for 60 minutes. The suite also has a bench, hooks, and a shelf for belongings, so no locker is needed. You get the entire private suite to yourself or your group, up to 4 people. It's comfortable for 3 to lie down in the sauna, and spacious enough for 4 seated. The cold bath and shower are one person at a time. There is a speaker to connect your phone for music, though pairing did not work for me. There is also a remote control for different color lighting, which adds a nice touch. I would describe the "cold plunge" more accurately as a cold soak, since it is a bathtub rather than a standing ice plunge. That said, I really appreciated the full privacy of the suite. You don't have to move between shared spaces, and you can fully relax, even be completely nude if you choose, which my husband especially appreciated for his first experience.
