I loved when there was added water to my sauna session which allowed for different scents to permeate the air. I felt even more relaxed. There is also a cold plunge and a lounge area. Please note there are showers with a small changing area attached to the shower stall. There are also events throughout the months to include women only sauna time. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute appointment on a fully booked weekend to make this happen. We felt extremely welcomed and comfortable from start to finish. The float not only relaxed and rejuvenated our bodies, but completely transformed our energy. We left feeling so relaxed, and happy like we were still floating. It literally melted the stress away. For myself I noticed all my aches and pains were gone, and my skin has not been this soft in years!! My daughter said " I can't believe I'm starting to feel like myself again. I feel it in my soul." We are so grateful for this experience, and would highly recommend trying this. It'll leave you feeling like a completely new person.

That said, the overall experience did not quite meet my expectations. I booked the sauna and a foot soak. The space is large and open, and the bathrooms are co-ed. In the back near the saunas, there are hard wooden lounge chairs for resting between sessions. I personally found them uncomfortable and not very relaxing, which felt like an odd choice for a spa environment. There are two sauna rooms, one designated quiet and one more social. Even so, the overall atmosphere leaned very social. People were talking, laughing, and moving around, which made it harder to fully relax. For me, it felt more like a communal hangout than a serene spa escape. If you are looking for an affordable sauna experience or planning a social outing with friends, this is a solid option. It is approachable, lively, and budget friendly. If you are seeking a quiet, white glove, deeply relaxing solo spa experience, this may not be the best fit. For that level of ambiance and calm, I would likely look elsewhere.

The wine soak was incredibly relaxing, the body scrub was phenomenal, and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! The customer service was wonderful, too. Such a fun and unique way to spend time together. One little tip before you leave: Check the size of any goodies you purchase! I bought a body scrub, didn't even think to check the size, tossed it in my bag, and headed straight to the airport. Well, apparently TSA loved my scrub as much as I did... because they kept it! Britney met me at the door and asked me to remove my shoes. The waiting area was very small, but inviting. I sat down and waited for Carla, as I was a few minutes early, so I filled out some paperwork. Carla greeted me when she arrived and brought me back to the room. She asked me about my health history (and mine is complex) and she listened intently and asked questions along the way. When that was finished, her intuition told her that I needed the spine protocol, which is an essential oil treatment directly along the spine with different layers of oils. Soft music was playing, the lights were low, and I was wrapped in warm blankets. It felt incredible, and as I was left in there all toasty with a heating pad as the oils soaked in, I felt myself drifting in and out of sleep. I'm an insomniac, so this blew my mind. When she came back in, I was actually startled a bit, as I was somewhere between sleeping and waking. She finished off the session with energy work and hot towels, which also felt really good. When I had arrived, I was nervous and I had some pain, but when I left, my mood was obviously lifted and I felt at ease. I was singing in the car on the way home, relaxed, but with energy I didn't have when I had arrived in their office. I will definitely be back for a massage, and possibly biofeedback. Carla was a pleasure and I look forward to seeing her again. What a wonderful holistic gem! Highly recommend.
