I have practiced a little qi gong on my own so was familiar with the concepts, but still a little apprehensive upon arrival. That apprehension dissolved quickly, Simone's energy is bright and welcoming and the experience was very positive. She is practicing and sharing PURE qi gong, NOT watered-down new-age energy work. I won't share the details of my personal experience, but I will say that I felt a lot of qi movement and replenishment, and left feeling much more inner peace and awareness of my surroundings, body, and self. She picked up on issues that I had forgotten to even mention, and the session gave me more clear direction on what I can do to improve my health and personal development, also renewing interest in deepening my own solo qi gong practice. Also, the space was clean, sunny, and a charming big old Portland house with plenty of nearby parking. Simone is wonderful and I highly recommend working with her.

I had spent a great deal of time doing yoga and other forms of qi gong and meditation in the past, but just felt like I didn't have the time. I had met Simone a few times through a mutual friend and really felt at home with her. So, I scheduled some intensive training sessions and jumped right in. The details of my experiences are a bit personal, but I can say that after a few sessions with her my symptoms were either gone or the root of them exposed. She tailors the sessions to fit the needs and experience of the client and knows exactly when to speak and when to listen, when to push though and when to ease off. During our time together, she repeatedly caused energetic shifts in me that were just as noticeable as hearing my cell phone ringing. In other words, very real and observable effects. I continued doing the practices prescribed by Simone for months and am now considering going to study this form in China. Working with Simone is the epitome of holistic; physical, mental and emotional healing that is measurable and maintainable. I am deeply grateful for having the honor of learning from her, and know that anyone who chooses to meet with her will feel the same.
