Great music and massage! Very attentive and offered some advice to improve my health!

I have now been under the care of Ripple Wellness and Jeff Olsen for a little over a year. A life changing event brought me in. I was diagnosed and being treated for breast cancer. I had multiple surgeries before reaching out to them. I was in constant pain, had inflammation, limited mobility, stiffness, and was taking a great deal of pain medication. I was hopeful for relief, but had my doubts if acupuncture would work. After my first appointment I experienced a great deal of relief. I thought this is good, but no way will it last. The relief from my first treatment carried over for 5 days. I could not way to go back for more. I said to myself, "I should have started acupuncture sooner." Jeff demonstrates a high level of sensitivity, professionalism, and individual care. His knowledge and expertise are impressive. He listens each week to my progress, to new areas to offer support, including menopause symptoms and ailments that have been brought on from a preventive cancer medication. Over the year I have had multiple types of discomfort unrelated to the surgeries from mobility issues, soreness from starting to exercise, shoulder pain, hand/wrist issues, headaches, back and neck issues, inflammation, stress from life and everything else coming at me, and more than I can count. Each treatment brings relief. Sometimes immediate and sometimes it takes a day or two. I have a greater sense of peace and calm in my body. I am thankful for Emily and Jeff. They have an incredible business in the community and they are taking care of so many of us. If you are one that is wondering about acupuncture, I would strongly encourage you to incorporate this into your life. I recently had a 90 min massage from Jene at Ripple Wellness and she was WONDERFUL! I know she listened carefully to my requests and responded in an understanding and therapeutic manner. I don't usually fall so deeply into 'massage brain,' but Jene was masterful with her techniques. Highly suggest checking into adding massage to any acupuncture you may already use at Ripple Wellness. I have been trying to get into Ripple for quite some time now due to the fact that my mom absolutely loves all the providers there. I finally had the opportunity to get my first massage from Ashley on Saturday and it was amazing. She is an exceptional Massage Therapist and I have been to many! She really took into account what I asked for and provided exactly what I needed. Not to mention she really took the time to read over my paperwork prior to me coming in and knew my problem areas without me needing to ask. A friend referred me to Emily Olson at Ripple Wellness for therapeutic yoga sessions to help me deal with sciatica. I'm about as un-yoga of a person as you'll find, but Emily's patient, non-judgemental and fun approach has made me a convert. I'm combining yoga with PT at another facility where Emily also works, and the double-barrelled approach is already showing results. I was drawn to Ripple Wellness because it is close to my house and I'm glad I went in because they immediately made me feel so welcome and like I was family. My massage with Rachele was next level. She is incredible. I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I am seeing Jeff for acupuncture for chronic muscle pain in my back. He is very gentle and I am getting relief. Their space is nice and relaxing. Jeff is amazing. I came in with issues with my shoulder and neck. I have a C6-C7 disk herniation and it was causing extreme pain on the C7 nerve that shot down my left arm. Without the acupuncture I received from Jeff, I would still not be able to breathe much less function on a daily basis. Although my issues were not taken away, Jeff was able to minimize my pain level and make it bearable to breathe without hunching over. My husband also became a huge fan and scheduled several appointments. Melissa at the front desk is amazing when it comes to scheduling and insurance. She makes you feel at ease. There is no pressure. You just go there and heal. We have sent several friends to Ripple Wellness and they have had similar experiences. Holly Toelke is AMAZING!! I have had neck problems for years and limited range of motion. Now I am pain free, with full range of motion of my neck for the first time in years. The best part is that it lasts. This isn't the kind of massage that just feels good for the moment. It is truly therapeutic. I have been a RN for 30 years and have used a lot of massage therapists and techniques, as well as other therapies, and no one has helped me like Holly. I have arthritis in my neck, hips, knees, and she has helped me so much. I am truly grateful and glad to share my story with anyone.
