On the day of service, he kept in close contact with me regarding any changes to the arranged time. On the day of service, he came with at least 3 workers to just trim 3 trees and some branches on our back wall. He stayed until the job was completed. Midway through, he asked me to come out and let him know if I was satisfied. They put up boards to protect flowers and a window. The trees were crowned/shaped very nicely!
