Came into Fore Score around 4:30pm on Saturday and we had no problem getting a table for lunch. We also did check if they had any available bays unfortunately that was a negative but if someone didn't show we would be able to grab the bay if they were 15 minutes or more late. Needless to say we prayed for no shows but it never happened. So first tip make sure to book a bay ahead of time if you're hoping to get one. We even came back to check multiple times during the day and still no luck. We started off with drinks and appetizer of course. A margarita for me and for appetizers we got the Giant Pretzel that comes with Stone Ground Mustard and thank god Beer Cheese. The pretzel was good and the Beer Cheese really made it. We also had the Loaded Tots which were also pretty good but could have used more toppings. For my entree I got the Mayport Fried Shrimp which came with Fries, 2 Hushpuppies, and a sauce. They did only have 2 options for sauce was I went with the Buffalo. I was kinda surprised that they did have a Remoulade, Cocktail, or Bang Bang Sauce but what are you going to do. For $17 not a terrible price. I will say everything was good. The shrimp were decent sized and had a nice light batter. Fries were crispy and hot too. If I'm hittin a golf ball I want to be at the range hitting absolute dingers, 450 dead center. Even if I shank one on the simulator, it's never my fault... The simulator must be broken... It couldn't POSSIBLY be my error....... We arrived 30 minutes early and after signing some waivers and a short walk through a beautiful modern style front room full of customers, we arrived at the back of the space where there were 2 simulators just ready and waiting. Idk why I was expecting a grungy environment, but it was quite the opposite. After we sat and ordered drinks, the birthday boy starts messing around on the simulator and realizes that there were like 15 different games including but not limited to football, cricket, baseball, basketball, and zombie dodgeball. We started off with football, and I was running play actions and gun slinging that pill like I was a prime Brett Favre. Damn I miss Brett Favre. His mentality was so inspirational. Could throw back to back picks and come out on the next possession throwing absolute piss missiles. Goldfish memory. After football, my girlfriend and I decided to put our differences aside and team up against the world renowned Zombies in zombie dodgeball. I was lowkey doing the most, pretending I was Ben Stiller's character in Dodgeball (I know he's the antagonist but I love his character, he carries that movie on his back idc), and planted my back foot right where the chair meets the floor and rolled my ankle pretty bad to the point where I had to limp off. A new low point for me... "How'd you get injured?" "Oh I was playing Zombie Dodgeball..." Damn I'm getting old. The food matched the fun, as they had an elite soft pretzel, sliders, and flatbread pizzas. A soft pretzel is like literal crack to me these days, and it was so hard to restrain myself from eating the whole thing but I did it. Another test from God, passed. I have been to this restaurant/golf tavern both just to eat and to try my hand and golf... large emphasis on the word try. I often find that with places where you play games or have a fun time the food is lacking, but that's not the case here. The food is actually very good and so are the drinks. I would highly recommend coming in and just sitting in the restaurant and eating. I've tried several things from the restaurant, and the sandwiches are always a hit with me as well as the charcuterie tray and the pretzel. They make an incredible espresso martini, and who doesn't love a Bloody Mary bar. In my opinion Fore Score is a great way to kick off a day of exploring in San Marco! read more

The Interaction with the virtual games, food and a great drink menu will make your visit one for the photo album of life. Perfect for celebrations or just for fun. I've wanted to try here since they opened since it's down the road from home. It was the perfect night to try while participating in their Wednesday night trivia, hence the lack of food photos :). The food was good, and the service was great. The area is nice for enjoying food and drinks or playing a little golf (bays need a reservation). It's a cute location, too. We ordered a buffalo chicken dip for the table (not my favorite that I've had, but still good). I ordered the build-your-own burger, and it was cooked to perfection. Excellent thin steak burger, just how I like it. Other people in the party ordered the Mayport shrimp and the turkey club. Both enjoyed. I wanted to love everything about this spot but they have some things they need to work on. I want to emphasize the lady behind the bar is MVP and it's clear she's really good at what she does and picks up the slack. But the rest of the staff... it was laughable how much they didn't want to work. We often had to go to the bar to get anything since they would disappear and never check in. As far as the booths work, I would love if the software allowed a pause to read the instruction since some of the games it was a 5 second flash of explanation and then the time clock was starting. Some of the games it was just unclear which balls were to be used, so some baskets and labeling would go a long way. And for the baseball the tee ball teeny tiny bat was just impossible to use. The concept is great but majority of the staff needs a reality check of what it's expected when working. What a fun place to hang with friends, get some tasty drinks, and eat some yummy (comfort-like) food. I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. I am not into golf at all; so I didn't pay attention to what activities they have for golfers there. Instead, I sat with friends on the couch area. We had top shelf margaritas, mojitos, and whiskey. The bites we liked the best were the ham and cheese sliders, tater tots, and chicken quesadilla. The hummus and veggies were a little off, for us.
