Definitely don't recommend the "make your own burger option". I ordered a Portobello mushroom burger with gouda and grilled jalapenos. Well obviously I like spicy food, but they put 4 whole grilled jalapenos (with the seeds in) and the tiniest thinnest piece of cheese I have ever seen. Needless to say, I pretty much burnt my face off and my poor boyfriend couldn't even eat his meal after taking a bite of my burger. We told the manager but there was no time to have the meal replaced as we were trying to catch a show at Germain. They also don't have many gluten free options. Not sure why they wouldn't try to make it taste good just because I chose my own ingredients. Not sure if I will be back, but if I do, definitely won't be building my own burger. read more

Good and tasty burger!! Happy Hour specials on drinks were a great deal. Many many different beers on tap & in the bottle here. Service was very friendly. Perfect place to stop by if you're in the outlets shopping for the day. Place got busy later once sports were all over the many TV's. Definitely a return here again! read more

Nice concept based on Ford car, very cute touches related to cars, from napkins to the bathroom sinks. They have angus beef burgers with large toping selection. I ordered mine with roasted peper, guacomole, cilantro mayo on a sesame bun, it was really good! The servers were very friendly, but it took too long for our food to arrive. read more

Came here with a very large group on a Saturday night and was a little worried since I've been to the Cape Coral and Downtown locations on a busy night and service was slowwww. Luckily our server here was great and really did a great job getting drinks followed by food out to us quickly. I started with a mixed drink, some kind of blood orange margarita that sounded delicious when I read it off the menu. Unfortunately it was pretty watered down and didn't have much flavor. Switched to beer after that, which they have a very good selection of. We split the mac n cheese and the chicken sliders between the two of us - servings are very generous and everything was very good. Love that the mac n cheese actually tastes likes it's made with real cheese! Overall a good choice in the area, especially if you appreciate good craft beer and burgers! read more

Unfortunately, what could have easily been a 5-star review due to the food and service (because both were great!), I ended up only giving 2 stars due to the manager - I didn't catch her name or remember it from her shirt but she is blonde. She was so RUDE and came across as 'Cold' to us when we came in the door, almost like we were a bother to her. But, it didn't stop there, the way she was treating the other staff was the same way. She talked down to them and it was almost a feeling of trying to make them look bad and herself look better; even though she ended up giving off the exact opposite feeling to me and my family. One of the best black n bleu burgers I've had. Brought the family here and we all enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I got to talk to my kids about Henry Ford, which was cool. It was well done and the staff was pretty friendly and seemed to be having fun. There's an outdoor seating area, although we sat inside at a high table. Good place to have an easy dinner or lunch. Can I review a place based on the bathroom because I Ford's restroom is great. I mean tire sinks and gas pump faucets. I love a good ambiance and Ford's does this well. We decided to come here based on the 150 beers on tap. Maybe we did something wrong but we sat outside and there were far less than 150 to pick from. We should have asked where the other 140 beers were but it didn't seem like we were able to order any from inside while sitting outside. Ah well. Next time ;) Also the deep fried pickles are amazing to get those. read more

This was my first Ford's Garage experience. Overall, a nice place. It's in a great location just adjacent to the outlet mall. The decor is very cool and reminds you of an old neighborhood mechanic shop. They have a very large selection of draft beers plus some great local selections. The burger menu is also quite impressive - decent sized burgers with a boatload of signature options or create your own. Our waitress was quick and helpful and even gave us a small dish of water for my dog. For being in season, it was relatively slow and the food came out quick. It was a little chilly out, in my opinion, they could stand a couple of tower heaters outside but other than that I have zero complaints. read more

A great one of a kind restaurant you'll only find here in Fort Myers FL. There food and beer is simply great. If you're looking for great tasting food and a unique experience, this is your place. Their burgers are great and fully customizable. Any of them can be made to order for whatever your taste are. The mac and cheese is also amazing and a family favorite here. I suggest trying the pulled pork mac and cheese! I'm also a fan of their chili cheese fries, as they're the best I've ever had! Along with the food is the amazing beer selection available. I've been here several times with friends to try the beer samplers and enjoy tasting different beers that change monthly and seasonally. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the service can be decent at best. Love the atmosphere of this place. The entire inside looks like an old school car garage with lots of Ford memorabilia. The menus were great with pictures of the burgers and leather bound. The bar has a old school ford on top. The bathroom sinks were tires with the gas nozzle As the faucet and valve to turn them on. Started with the the loaded pulled pork nachos which were packed with flavor, the size was perfect to split between 4-6 people. The chips were crispy, jalapeños crunchy and the pork was very soft; every bite was better than the next. I had the distinguished gentleman- black angus burger with baby Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, garlic aioli, lettuce and tomato. Burger was cooked to the perfect temperature and the tatter tots were nice and crispy. Service was great waitress did not rush us and spaced out the appetizer and main course just right. I would say the only downside was that it was very warm, the AC was out so it made the meal a little uncomfortable. read more

I love this place! They have the Impossible Burger, which is a great meatless alternative for vegetarians and vegans. They can substitute an Impossible Burger patty for any signature burger that they have for a small fee. Service is fast and friendly. Only complaint is that their burgers only offer brioche buns, which aren't vegan. Other than that, it's a great and fun place to grab a bite on a day out shopping! read more

We were on a road trip and stopped to eat here. I have to admit that it was mainly for the bathroom as those gas pump sinks were very intriguing to me and I wanted to see them in person. I was not impressed with the food, at all. We had the Black-n-Bleu, the European Export, and the truffle fries. Nothing was overly delicious but the fries were good. The place itself is very nice to look at with all the memorabilia and what-not but I wouldn't go back to eat there if I were in the area. My suggestion is that you go look at the bathroom sink, maybe have a drink at the bar so you can look around and then go eat somewhere else. read more

We visited the Miromar Outlet Shops today, April 10, during a much anticipated day trip from Miami. We had eaten at Ford's Garage before and decided to have our first outdoor meal, after about 15 months, at Ford's Garage again. Best decision we have made. My husband and I had the Chicken Henry and warm brownie sundae for dessert. The Chicken Henry was unbelievable. Two breasts of chicken smothered but not too much, with goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes. My two sides were mashed potatoes and green beans, and my husband had the rice pilaf with green beans. It was so delicious. Chicken was not tough and very easy to cut through. The green beans were perfectly done, al dente. Mashed potatoes were not runny. They were simply heavenly. Everything was just amazing. Our server, Morgan, was so sweet, and attentive. We never had to track her down for anything. Kudos especially to Morgan, and a tip of the hat to the cook. By the way, the first time we visited Ford's Garage, we had the burgers and OMG, you can't go wrong with their burgers either. Can't wait to come back, one day soon. Ford's Garage has some of the best burgers I have ever had. They have so many options to choose from, not to mention you can create your own masterpiece. This is not just any ordinary burger joint. They have an amazing atmosphere. From when you open the front door, your shop rag napkin with clamp ring, to using the restroom. They really went above and beyond with the entire layout with some of Ford's history. Ford's Garage is a great place to go and have drink and a snack. They have some great options on their appetizer menu. There is nothing more enjoyable than sitting at the bar with their unique ice strip to keep your drinks cold, watching some sports, while sitting under an Model T with tires moving and a smoking exhaust. This is one our favorite places to go whether we are trying to relax after a long day at work, meeting some friends, or enjoying date night. read more

I'll overlook the fact that my carry-out was not correct (I think they mixed up our burgers and dressed the wrong ones). If you overcook my burger, you may as well toss it into the trash. We went back last Monday (and it wasn't busy), sat at the bar and waited 5 minutes for service. It got to the point where I said "if she doesn't greet me in the next 30 seconds, I'm leaving". Luckily for the bartender, she came in the nick of time and we had no issues with the entire experience. They have a HUGE beer selection and this cool ice ring around the bar, which keeps the beer cold and prevents it from sweating all over. Brilliant! CONS: If you deviate from the menu of pre-built burgers, they make you build your own, which takes the cost of a $14 burger and turns it into a $21 burger (it's not THAT good). I've sworn off the burgers - because they always have the aftertaste of LIGHTER FLUID. However, I've opted for appetizers and a delicious portabella mushroom burger and was able to enjoy the experience. Because it's new and trendy (an near FGCU) it gets really busy. Good for them! The first 2 times I went to Fords Garage I though the hamburgers were next to the best I ever had. That was one or to years ago. This time I went with my wife and. It was a disaster, I ordered the American burger and my wife ordered a grilled cheese. My burger and fries were barley warm and tasted like a $3.00 jack in the box or equivalent through in the microwave burger and the fries were a little fishy tasting. My wife's grilled cheese was two pieces of bread toasted with a slice of kraft cheese slightly melted on it, also barley warm. This place is adorable! Love the Ford car theme that goes throughout the entire place, from menu to restrooms. The car suspended above the bar actually has "smoke" from the exhaust. Fun place for Dads, husbands, sons or anybody that likes nostalgia. Great vintage pics n auto parts throughout the restaurant. They have a wide variety of menu items n something for everyone's taste. We had the model A burger that came with 2 sides - we chose fries n salad. The burger was cooked well n juicy. Cottage fries were crispy n delicious. Salad was fresh n crunchy. Excellent burgers and a craft beer list that's one of the best in town (only better ones I can think of would be a House of Brewz and World of Beer) make this a great stop if you want a burger and a beer. The burgers are well-crafted, with the exception that one of ours was requested medium-rare and arrived medium-well (albeit with the medium-rare flag in the bun). Fries were fresh-cut, and tasty. The decor is very "1930's barn/garage," including a car behind the main bar, and the coolest washroom fixtures I've ever seen (I'm not spoiling the surprise.
