Way to be Fords. You were so good to us last year when we vacationed. We talk up about how good the food is and it was a huge fail. Decently busy but plenty of seating for 8:30pm on a Tuesday. Poor woman in front of us waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. When she finally was seated, it was with a rude "how many in your party" no hello, sorry, nothing. The server/hostess/bartender who sat her couldn't have missed our party of 5 waiting right behind her... but she did. We waited another 5-10 minutes and still didn't get seated, get a quick wave, or a "so sorry we'll be right with you". We're a cool crowd that would have had a hearty bill. However, we're leaving hungry and taking our empty stomachs elsewhere. Sorry to inconvenience you guys with our business! read more

Food is good and this location does get busy because it's in a mall, especially when Florida is "in season" and busy with tourist. My only and greatest complaint is that they allow smoking in the outside seating area. NOT COOL and very unpleasant to have to breathe second hand smoke and while you are trying to eat? It's not like there is a choice to sit away from a smoker, there usually isn't when the restaurant is busy. Because of the smoking we won't be going back. read more

This place was just okay. Service was good. Food was standard fare and servings were huge--too big, in my opinion. It is a regional chain--definitely has a chain feel. Decor is very thematic to the Ford cars, which was fun, but also not exactly novel. It was happy hour while we were there, so drinks were on sale. Good selection of drinks. Fried pickle appetizer was good. I had the signature Ford burger cooked medium well, but it was still quite pink---I'd say it looked more medium or medium rare even and I do typically like a little pinkness. We love Fords. They have amazing wings. The pulled pork nachos are great and if you like sweet potato tots this is your place. We have visited both locations in Ft Myers and our favorite in Cape Coral. read more

What a great place for a Saturday lunch! My wife and daughter thought the sinks were the best thing there besides he burgers. Speaking of....the 3 of us had burgers and fries and They were really good. The burger was cooked on a grill and not a skillet like many places do. I have dined here twice now and the food is just ok, the atmosphere is alright. It is the best dining option at the Miramar Outlets but that isn't saying much. The Bloody Mary is really good and one of the best I've had in SW Florida. The fried pickles have a thick batter on them almost like a light pancake batter, wouldn't recommend. What a great concept. The theme at Ford's Garage is set to resemble a 1920's auto garage complete with a Model T elevated above the bar. Your napkin is a shop rag held with a hose clamp. Onion rings are served on a funnel. My burger was so stacked that I had to eat part of it with a knife and fork. Mac and cheese was a winner! So disappointing!!! 6 of us were crammed in a booth made for max of 5. So uncomfortable.... We were lured in because of the $3 happy hour drinks that we got charged 4.50 for. Food was fine but the service was garbage. We had to wait 10 minutes for drink, our food took forever. Drinks were never refilled. When I asked a question our server was sassy and she was pretty much nonexistent the entire meal. Probably won't be back until the service gets better. read more

We stopped in for dinner while at the outlet mall. The Angus burger was very good. Our bartender/ waiter, Wyatt, definitely hustled. He made good recommendations, checked in just often enough and took good care of everyone at the bar. My husband liked his sirloin and my burger was very good. Really busy on the Friday after the holiday. We were really impressed with their table paging system which sends you a text message when it's your turn to be seated. We were told it would take up to a half hour to be seated, but because we weren't picky about where we sat(inside or out), we were actually seated in under 10 minutes. The atmosphere was very cool with various truck, car and gas station paraphernalia. Check out the restroom sinks for some interesting conversation later. Was worried that our meal would be all atmosphere and no substance. However the burgers were surprisingly tasty as well as a bit messy. And while we didn't taste them, we saw and smelled some amazing looking soft pretzels. Good food and a fun atmosphere. Iwill put this on my "try again" list if I am ever in the area again. read more

I have been to a couple Fords garages and the food is always good and the experience is better. This one however, service was bad, they had all the doors open in 90 degree weather. Flys we're buzzing around my kids head the whole time, and I don't think they understand the idea of putting enough ice in a drink to make it cold. read more
