Arrived on a Saturday evening about 9:00 PM after a hockey game. We were seated immediately. We didn't wait long for the waitress to arrive. After looking over the drink menu I decided on a Bloody Mary. The picture in the menu looked delicious. Unfortunately when the drink arrived it was boring with only two blue cheese stuffed olives. It was good though. They have a great beer selection. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer. We won't order these again. They are the long sandwich pickles slices with super thick tempura batter. The batter would've been ok on a spear, but not on a skinny slice. Being that their specialty is burgers, I ordered the A-1 burger (I think that's what it was called.) It had a fried egg, arugula, onions, and cheddar. The burger was delicious. The kind where the juice runs down your arm. It was cooked perfectly, medium rare, and I loved that the bun wasn't fluffy and thick (way too filling). My husband ordered the traditional burger with wagyu. He loved it. My brother-in-law ordered his favorite, the lobster mac. It was very good. We definitely will be back for burgers and beer. read more

Visited yesterday with my family. looks cool,food was ok, service was the worst I have ever received. 20 minutes to get drink order taken, another 20 minutes to get drinks served finally ordered our food a half hour later the waitress brings extra drinks for the kids which makes me think she had forgot to turn our order in. The waitress would stand across the place and look at our table but not check on us. After about an hour and a half our meals came out. Food was good. We asked for a Birthday song and brownies stressed no nuts 5 times due to the birthday boy having a nut allergy. Just as we thought brownie arrived with nuts all over it. We told her to take it back. Had a dinner here after arriving in Naples and it was alright. Pretty expensive for a hamburger joint. One party had pulled pork sandwich and it was very small and lacking in any real flavor. Two of us had burgers, and the described toppings were exceedingly sparse!!! Considering you are paying almost 15 for a burger, they need to nto be so cheap on the food. We sort of left hungry. Another awesome local SWFL restaurant. I wasn't sure what to expect the first time I walked into the Ford's Garage in Miromar Plaza. The décor/atmosphere was completely over the top, which usually means that the food was going to be okay at best. I was completely blown away! My wife, kids and I have had nearly everything on the menu, and we have been coming back regularly every time we're in town (all winter). We recommend the mac and cheeses, and the Ford's Signature burger. My son asks the bartender to "honk the horn" of the car above the bar, which makes real car noises, lights and "exhaust". Stopped for a small lunch after the long drive through the Keys and Alligator Alley. This is very kitschy with auto references. Happy hour is 11-7, which is nice. They cook their burgers well. We prefer medium rare, but gave it a chance. It was OK. I liked the option to have steamed broccoli on the side. This is not a place for true car fanatics, but someone who likes touches of nostalgia and clever integration of auto related items as napkins and rings, you might find it amusing. This location is part of a large outlet mall. We didn't go in, but it looked like it had most of the major players. Outside dining was available, but it was too hot! read more

I work in Miramar outlet and all I wanted was a salad on my break. I called 20 minutes in advance and when I arrived they made me wait another 13 minutes..... FOR A SALAD! I asked one of the hostesses to ring me up so that I could leave as soon as the food was ready and she said no..... just no. What!! Been there twice, both time had burgers which were delicious as were the onion rings and their French fries were perfect. But bring a parka because it was freezing in there. Couldn't wait to leave just to go outside and warm up. Apparently we weren't the only ones who felt cold. The manager sent over a hot tea which helped a lot. I don't know why restaurants have to keep it so cold that you need to carry a hoodie with you when you go out to eat. Great place to take your friends and family. The food is amazing and you can build your own burger down to the bun. The place has so much detail so when you are there look at everything and take it all in. Make sure to go to the bathroom the sinks are really cool. On the left coast at SRQ on business and on the drive back to FLL we stopped at Ford's Garage for lunch. It was our first time at Ford's and first impression was something like Tim Allen would devise as a restaurant. Service was prompt and courteous. Crystal was our host at the bar. I ordered the berry gorgonzola salad and a black 'n blu burger. The salad was crisp and delicious - the burger huge and a perfectly medium rare. And while Crystal couldn't have been any more helpful, what really sold me on the service side of this business was when the bar back, Robbie, stopped to see if there was anything we needed. Make sure you check out the bathrooms. It looks like Jay Leno took a dump here. Great foot - Great service - Great atmosphere. Very well done. read more

The burgers and fries were average. The salmon was a little over-cooked. But the primary reason for the poor review was the number of flies. It was a bit disconcerting. We asked the waitress about the flies and she said it was always likes this at this time of year (around Memorial Day). I didn't think that was the best answer. The food was not bad. At our table there were mixed reviews. However, we could not finish our meal because of the amount of flies. As soon as we got our food they were all over it, landing on our hamburgers when we tried to take a bite, landing on our forks, the side of our glasses, our straws. I sat at the outside bar. Renee took very good care of me. Great service and great food. I had the American Standard burger. It was cook exactly as I asked and served with a good portion of hot fries that were hot and perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, not greasy. The theme, right down to the 'shop rag' or 'oil rag' napkins, is authentic but not over the top or overwhelming. Definitely worth a return trip next time I am in the area. read more

Visited the Miramar Outlets location on Monday, July 17. It was raining and we chose to sit outside under a covered patio. Our server was extremely attentive & quick! I ordered a cheeseburger and my friend ordered tacos. Both were delicious and very reasonable for the price. We chose to move into the bar when the storm picked up and our waitress did not rush us to leave at all. We had an excellent experience and will definitely choose to eat here again. Had lunch here on Saturday with my family. Had to take a break from shopping! This restaurant is totally casual and really cool. I love the gas pump door handles and the tire sinks! So cool! For lunch i had the berry gorgonzola salad, but i switched out the strawberry vinaigrette for balsamic, and added ahi tuna. Yummy! I also ordered a side of onion rings which were so good. Burgers were good! My husband & mother ordered chicken hendry which was good but the green beans were raw, we let our server know. She brought back more green beans & they were still raw, warm but not cooked at all. They taste as if you just picked from the vine. Our server seemed nice at first but wasn't attentive at all. Absolutely loved the atmosphere here everyone working here was quick and professional and very friendly (definitely not like New Yorkers) I surprised my boyfriend by bringing him here for his birthday while we were in town visiting, he has a mustang and loves Ford cars he LOVED it here, we sat at the bar outside instead of waiting for seating and we loved being able to enjoy the breeze while we eat. Cool atmosphere- food was decent - if they got my order right. I asked for no onion and no tomato. I ended up with a burger with only meat - no cheese , no lettuce, no pickles. Anyways I sent it back and it came back still wrong they just added cheese. We asked for medium well and it was well done. I didn't say anything. Waitress never filled my water or my boyfriends. He's nice so he tipped well but I wouldn't have. Also don't get anything for dipping sauce they charge you for that. Otherwise- great food and atmosphere. Worst place in south FL. On a Sunday, the wife wants to shop at the outlet mall so we agree I'll watch the game here. With no less than 10 empty tables, management insists on waiting list. Only explanation would seem to be to maintain appearance of popularity. For an overpriced tavern in an outlet store Mecca, I definitely won't be back. Rather stay home and let the wifey of shop. (Parents live in the area, so potential regular ish customer turned into angry yelper never to return.) Well, she shopped- I spent. But really a cool place. 2 managers stopped by just to say hey. (You never really see that anymore.) And both of those guys were very personable. One could take dressing lessons from the other as one manager was very well dressed. Not to take away from the other guy as they were both really nice. On to the food... I had the Stick to Your Ribs.... Are you kidding me! Beef topped with pulled pork slathered in tasty BBQ! This is the kind of food that anyone who calls themselves American can enjoy. Just when you think it doesn't get any better, the wife says "try this" and I take a bit of her 3 cheese chicken sandwich. Really, really good. It gets better... The ambiance is fantastic. Talking with one of the managers, he correctly points out- "this isn't a TGI Fridays or Applebee's that you've seen a million time. We paid attention to the details down to the hose clamps on the shop towels we use for napkins." And he's right. The AAAAOOOOGAAAA horn on the car blowing smoke/fog... You can watch everyone from 9 months to 90 years lights up when it goes off. The food did take longer than I expected. But who cares? It was fantastic. The place was packed. With good reason. I read some of these comments about how long the food took.... McDonald's is across the street you crabapples. Take a load off. Spends some shopping time with someone you love. Relax. Have a beer.
