First of all your employees need to read their sales book on how to sale a car. We had the worst experience in our life time. You sold our truck we turned in before you got the tidal. Where in the state of Florida you have 10 days to pay of a vehicle not 20. Now my husband has to go through all this stuff to get everything straighten out. They also wanted us to make a payment on the vehicle we turn in and they sold before they got the pay off. Which they haven't done yet. An it has been passed the time limit. Dishonest and/or Incompetent. UPDATE 7/31/25: I thought I would give them a second chance. They still suck. From their website I clicked on a vehicle I liked that said check availability. They called me back a few hours later. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle the next morning. I drove over half an hour to test drive the vehicle. When I got there, I told them who I was. The salesperson told me that vehicle is not in stock and it's a fleet vehicle, but on their website it makes no differentiation. The vehicle was over 6 hours away and they told me the only way I could get it was to buy it sight unseen and they would have someone drive it there. They then proceeded to try to sell me a vehicle they had there. The old bait and switch tactic. Don't waste your time, and money, with this dealership. The dealership will probably reply with "Oh we're sorry you had a bad experience." Not impressed. Was looking to purchase a new truck. I went through the Ford website and built a truck exactly like I wanted. I made the choice of a dealership Ford Crestview. Apparently Ford doesn't forward the vehicle I was looking for. The "Sales Manager" contacted me several days later and asked me what I was looking for. I was very clear about what I was wanting, at a minimum. He stated "we have one on the lot just like you are looking for!" He then sent a video of a truck that was nothing like I told him I was looking for. I was ghosted after that. Because of the horrible dealership attitude I've decided to keep my old Ford F250 going no matter how much it costs. read more

Having bought a new vehicle there fairly recently we thought we'd have an aftermarket item installed there. The Service dept was awful (wouldn't return calls, couldn't get a straight/consistent answer on pricing, etc...) but the Parts department was very friendly, responsive and good to work with. Ultimately (took a couple weeks - frustrating!), service finally gave us pricing on the install that was WAAAYYY higher than two other Ford dealers (who were both responsive and courteous) so we decided to work with one of them instead. Seems like personnel is rather hit and miss at Crestview as some (Parts Dept) were great and some (Service Dept) were rather awful. Management did follow-up and tried to make it right but we'd already committed to going elsewhere. Not sure if we'd try them again or not based on this experience - probably depends what we need.... read more

This was the worst experience I've ver had at any car dealer throughout the United States ever! I don't make that statement lightly, and I'd give them negative stars if I could. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership. Having said all that, the actual sale of my Ford Certified Used car went smoothly. No real issues there. However, I quickly learned that this dealer doesn't go to a lot of trouble to back up that "Certified Used Car" label. The service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. We drove the car home and discovered what should have been a very simple problem to fix with the radio, Ford Synch, and the associated USB port. We called the salesperson immediately. They said to bring it in the next day. We did. 4 hours later, they hadn't figured it out and hadn't even looked at it. I'll spare you the details of what happened between then and three weeks later when we finally picked up our Certified Used Car. What I will say is that you will never be able to reach anyone by phone. I left several messages and never once got a call back. No one is accountable for poor service. Communication is incredibly poor. They'll try to blame you for the issue. They'll try and make you pay for an issue/part clearly covered under warranty. They'll tell you one thing and your wife another. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else. I will never buy a Ford again due to this experience. If I could leave negative stars I definitely would. March of 2020 I purchased a "certified" used Ford Focus SE (it was my very first car) 6 speed manual. The first few months was great, I actually learned how to drive standard on this car. Until the fuel pump went out. A minute after I gave them my check and was handed the keys, they informed me it needed "a part" and to bring it in and they'll change it for free since they didn't tell me till AFTER I bought the car. I bring the car in and was being charged $200 for the part, I told them I don't have $200 and that I wasn't planning on paying that since it was suppose to be free. After a huge argument they decided to drop it and let me take my car home. August of last year, I was driving said car, when the gear shifter got stuck, I went to put it in 4th, it slid into 2nd and got stuck. Red lines and blew up. Now I was prepared to take full blame for this, but I started doing my research and found out that the engine and transmission in MY car was recalled and I was not notified about this. I immediately call the dealership and tell them about this, they run my Vin and tell me there's no recall, and that they couldn't do anything. I asked about my warranty and was told I didn't have one, when I know for a fact I do. After the third time going up to this dealership the lady in service printed me out and paper and only showed me the top paper stating I didn't have warranty. After walking out and looking it over myself I seen on the second paper that it clearly stated I DID IN FACT have warranty on this vehicle. I was so flustered and done with this dealership o decided to take this to the BBB, but didn't get far because all they decided to do was ask the dealership for a response to my email. They obviously dismissed it, and covered it up. I even called Ford Company and was told I do have a warranty. So I had my car towed up to this dealership to be worked on since I HAVE a warranty, they took a month to "diagnose" it only to be told I don't have a warranty (lie) and that I owe $300 for them to tell me what I already knew. Now I have a broken down car, with only 83k miles, sitting in my yard with $6k still owed on it because Ford don't want to honor their recall. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this dealership. They're liars, they're con-artists and ugly people. read more

Do not use them if your vehicle has aftermarket parts. Had them change my Fox steering stabilizer, paid approximately $180 for them to order the part out of a $510 bill including tax and labor. The part the used was a rough country n3 that cost $90. In contrast, I went to a off road place, everything including fox 2.0 series ($253) for a total of 568.62. I will no longer go to have my Jeep service by the dealership, it isn't worth it! read more

We made appt in early summer. Turns out appointments mean leave your vehicle til they get to it. Couldn't leave truck so we made appt in late Aug to leave vehicle while we on vacation. We left it from afternoon of 29 Aug to 11 Sep. As of 9 Sep they hadn't even looked at it. We told them we must have truck back night of 11 Sep after hours and to make park truck WITH KEYS in it as we have code to get in. We stressed this several times before we left car, during conversations with them on 9 and 11 Sep. we asked they leave us a message on 11 Sep as to where car would be. We didn't call, we drove to crestview ford after landing at airport. Found truck BUT NO KEYS. No customer service whatsoever. read more

I have been taking my work truck to this dealership for 6 and a half years now and have never had a horrible experience until today. First of all tried making an appointment through that AI garbage of a phone line and had to hang up because I needed a tire as well as an oil change but could not get through to anyone. Someone called me back and I was able to make the appointment and gave them the information on the tire so they could have it on hand when i got there. Got to the dealership today and they had no record of the tire needing changed and finally after 30 minutes of back and forth they said I would have to come back the next day to have the tire put on. I made this appointment 5 days prior in order to avoid have to use up two days of my work week. They blamed it on a communication break down. I left without my oil change and my tire fixed. i will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Service has gone way down hill at this location. I get between 7-8 oil changes, 3 Fuel filter changes, at least 2 air filter changes, at least a set of tires every 18 months because my job requires me to drive to the locations. So sorry for your loss. read more

Absolutely awful service. I bought a brand new Escape from them, had it less than 3 months and it had to go into the shop for coolant overheating. I called to make an appointment and first available was literally 1 month away. I took the appointment. I dropped it off on that day, no loaner car available, no rental car coverage offered even though its brand new. Almost 2 weeks after that for them to even look at it. They then say they drained and flushed the coolant and it looked good so they had to check the heads. At day 24 in the shop I call and they say "yep its all good and ready to pickup, we fixed it and test drove it and its ready. We think it was the coolant". On day 25 I picked it up and made it less than a mile before it overheated and reduced my power as I was trying to merge on the interstate, I almost got ran over by a semi! Needless to say I called and they apologized and service tech said he'd have his boss give me a call. Shockingly still no phone call... Stay as far away from this place as possible!!! read more

Ok before I get into the bad I do want to state that the sales process was great and my salesperson Erika did a great job. I got what I wanted for a fair deal without being pressured into something I did not want. However after the sale of the vehicle it all went down hill. First I got a call about 3 days after my purchase stating that I needed to come back in because they forgot to add in sales tax to my deal. How do you make that mistake if you are a professional dealership? Like you do multiple contracts a day but somehow miss something as simple as tax? I was living an hour away from the dealer at the time so it was very inconvenient to come back in for some signatures. I thought that was the end of the headaches but I was wrong. I'm military temporarily in Pensacola before I return back to Virginia. I am registering the vehicle in Virginia so cannot get my plates until I return back home. The dealer played they have me expired before I could get back and get my new plates. I expressed this concern to their finance guy when we were going over my deal and was told it was no issue just come back here and we'll issue you another set of dealer plates. So I call back about 2 days before my dealer plates expired and told them, I was then told that is not possible and we cannot issue you another set. So either that finance guy completely lied to my face or was just so inexperienced that he had no clue. (I found out that finance guy was moved to another dealership) Now I return back to Virginia, after finding out my registration was sent to a completely different DMV location then the location I gave them, go to finally get my tags and they tell me I still owe them taxes. There was a note in the paperwork that said the dealership specifically stated that I did not pay taxes on this vehicle. Well clearly I paid taxes to the dealership since I had to drive back there and do the new contract since they left it out in the first one. I have proof of that as well. I got in contact with the dealership, they forwarded a form over saying I paid it. The DMV said they will just submit it and if it still isn't what they need then I'll get a bill for the taxes. So waiting on that one.... Bottom line do not go to this dealership please if you can find what you're looking for elsewhere I would go there. There was limited inventory for the vehicle I wanted so I was forced to go here versus other dealerships. read more

One star is too much for this ridiculous dealer. I had my bad run ins with their service department and sales department and against my better judgment I stopped here to look at a truck. Long story short after viewing a $92k truck I asked that they appraise my truck. I'm in the parking lot...I was asked will I be buying today? I replied with " I dont know till I know what you are valuing my truck at". Followed by and I quote " our sales manager told us it's a waste of his time to appraise vehicles unless buyer is for sure buying today. " I thought this was some kind of fluke but when I returned and finally got them to look at my truck, my file on their desk and work done and pulled up on the computer they repeatedly refused to give me a trade value unless I sat down with some kind of commitment to purchase that day. Followed by the statement " I work on commission and that guys ( pointing behind me) is actually buying something today." I was ready to purchase if the right deal was made, I couldn't even get them to give me a trade value on my $50k+ truck in exchange of purchasing a $92k truck so we can start discussing figures. Useless and worst dealership experience. How am I supposed to commit to purchasing a $90k when I don't even know where the figures start. read more

Moved to the Crestview area in May of 2023 from Tampa. Have had my 2019 Ford F150 Limited serviced (oil change) twice and my Winnebago oil changed once during that time from Crestview Ford. Express service was OK. Needed service done on the F-150 in October. Needed transmission checked, rear brakes, Sinc issue and heat shield replaced. The first available appointment was 26 Feb 2004. Four months later I brought the truck in on Monday. Wednesday nothing has been done. I was given some off-the-wall excuse. And was told they should know something more definitive by the afternoon. My wife and I decided to stop by that afternoon and get an update in person. A new advisor was assigned and assured me he would personally have the issues taken of. I needed the truck before the weekend. He said that he would call me when the truck was ready. Later that afternoon I received his call telling me that ALL repairs have been completed and I could pick the truck up. After I brought the truck home I noticed that the heat shield was not replaced. I wasn't even touched. Mine you, it was not an issue when I paid for the overpriced part and the installation charge. To make an already long story short I went back to the dealership and requested a full refund on the work that clearly was not completed. And not even an apology from the advisor. Integrity, honesty and professionalism are definitely NOT traits this dealership possess. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. read more

Started out the test drives of the two vehicles I wanted to try, with one sales lady (Jess), who I had made an appointment with. She didn't tell me much about the cars, or their functions. When we got back, she stopped talking to me, mid sentence to talk to another salesman (Sam) about a different deal. As she hurried me in, she told me she had to go sell this other couple a car because they had come in earlier and they were "afraid this might happen" (two customers at the same time). So, I sat and waited for Sam. He began talking to me, but then said, "sorry, I have to do something for Jess" and took about 5 minutes on his computer helping her and the other customers, while I sat... He then throws a piece of paper in front of me with numbers that don't reflect what I showed him from my preapproved loan. He scratched things out, updated it and had me sign the update, which included a very LOW trade in offer, way lower than KBB, but he gave me some BS story about "we don't use books" and ZERO down. I waited and waited and waited..... FINALLY, I was able to start signing things to get the deal going and the car bought. Then the finance guy (not sure of his name, so we will call him Fast Eddy) came in and wanted to sell me all the extras. I told him no to the maintenance and yes to the GAP. So he then brought his book out to talk to me like a 2 year old and why the maintenance plan was so important. BLAH BLAH BLAH... He said 'I'm a straight shooter". Nope, you are not. FINALLY agreed on everything and began signing paperwork. He screwed up something with the GAP paperwork and had to fix it, reprint it and have me sign it again. He was obviously in a hurry, as it was close to quitting time, so he was sloppy and not wanting to go over anything. We finally get to the end and he says, "how do you want to pay the $1000 down?". I say, "WHAT??" and he says it again. I remind him of the ZERO down and he basically calls me a liar. I tell him that's what I signed and he tells me I didn't. While he is flustered during this time, he insults my daughter's best friend, who is short, by making fun of her height. He passes the piece of paper and I say "that's it", he tells me no and blows past it. He goes back to that piece of paper and says, "oh, this?" He says since it was written and not typed, he didn't notice it and proceeds to throw the sales guy under the bus. Then he makes a theatrical appearance about how he has to call the finance company now and doesn't know if it will still be approved, or on the same terms. He is obviously bothered that he needs to stay a few more minutes.... Of course, the finance company is fine with it, but Fast Eddy didn't listen to the ZERO part, I ended up putting $300 down so I didn't have to go through any more pain at this place. I was being rushed out of the building at this point, but needed to use the restroom as I'd been held captive for so long and had an hour to drive. In the rush, I left my paperwork in the bathroom and realized it on the way home. I requested that they please mail it to me, as I live an hour away and they refused to do that. I had to drive 2 hour round trip to get the paperwork. After I made that 2 hour trip, I received an email from Sam saying, no problem, he'd print it out an mail it to me!!! SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! In addition to that, Fast Eddy included the wrong GAP paperwork anyway.... I have been trying to get the signed copy of the GAP paperwork for weeks now and have been getting the run around. Now they are jus flat out ignoring me. No one showed me any of the cars features before I left and I had to read the entire manual when I got home to find out that the car had features like remote start, etc. I'm still trying to learn all the features of the Bluetooth, CarPlay and SYNC systems. This place was a joke!!! Once in the car, we found trash, a dirty windshield and a thick, blue, sticky goop on the back seat armrest, which had been left down. Spent quite a bit of time cleaning that. I LOVE THE CAR and Ford, but I will NEVER return to Ford Crestview again.... What a disappointment. Take your business anywhere but here!!! read more

Extremely disappointed in Ford Crestview! I made agreement to purchase a King Ranch and made the 6 hour drive up from Tampa. Upon arrival, I noticed a few issues with the vehicle that should have been addressed before hand, like the battery was busted and leaking acid. They agreed to fix that, but the description online on the Crestview website states "Textured Matte Finish Off-Road Running Boards", but they weren't installed on the vehicle. Additionally, it also listed that the truck had "Rear step bumper" which also wasn't installed. To be clear, the description of the vehicle options was on the website, not a third-party site. Jacob, the salesman, spoke to Matt, the dealership manager. After he explained the situation to the manager, he decided not to work on a solution. I then spoke to the manager myself and offered to split the cost of the running boards with them and they declined. The manager was aware I made the 6 hour drive, already had financing in place and had the 15k down payment in a certified check with me to complete the purchase. Both Matt and Jacob acknowledged that it was an error that came from there internet marketing person that works at the dealership. They stated that the dealership was losing money on the deal already and was unwilling to lose anymore. Even though I disagreed with there lack of ownership of an error Crestview made, I attempted to complete the deal as I was already so invested. They had a line item "Accessories" charging for $1,395.00 on the sales paperwork and it was explained as a warranty for the interior of the vehicle that I asked to be removed to help offset the cost to purchase the running boards that were stated in the online description and they refused. Then the manager proceeded to say that they are going to re-list the vehicle for 7k more than what I was going to pay for it. This statement shows that they really didn't care about their customers and take zero accountability for their own actions as a company. I would highly encourage anyone looking to conduct business with this dealership to strongly think about their lack of accountability and integrity. I purchase multiple vehicles a year for both business & personal and have never been more disappointed in a dealership. If Ford Crestview is willing to treat a customer that drove from 6 hours away like this, how would they treat you? read more
