This was the worst experience I've ver had at any car dealer throughout the United States ever! I don't make that statement lightly, and I'd give them negative stars if I could. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership. Having said all that, the actual sale of my Ford Certified Used car went smoothly. No real issues there. However, I quickly learned that this dealer doesn't go to a lot of trouble to back up that "Certified Used Car" label. The service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. We drove the car home and discovered what should have been a very simple problem to fix with the radio, Ford Synch, and the associated USB port. We called the salesperson immediately. They said to bring it in the next day. We did. 4 hours later, they hadn't figured it out and hadn't even looked at it. I'll spare you the details of what happened between then and three weeks later when we finally picked up our Certified Used Car. What I will say is that you will never be able to reach anyone by phone. I left several messages and never once got a call back. No one is accountable for poor service. Communication is incredibly poor. They'll try to blame you for the issue. They'll try and make you pay for an issue/part clearly covered under warranty. They'll tell you one thing and your wife another. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else. I will never buy a Ford again due to this experience. It was THAT frustrating for me and my family.

Price for stabilizer they used compared to the $180 price tag

Do not use them if your vehicle has aftermarket parts. Had them change my Fox steering stabilizer, paid approximately $180 for them to order the part out of a $510 bill including tax and labor. The part the used was a rough country n3 that cost $90. In contrast, I went to a off road place, everything including fox 2.0 series ($253) for a total of 568.62. I will no longer go to have my Jeep service by the dealership, it isn't worth it!

They do not accept customers with X-Plan. Corporate greed at its finest. Dealerships looking to take advantage of customers

No customer service, etiquette or principals at all. They treat you as if you are nobody.

I am truly surprised by all the positive reviews. Yes, Kayla is very friendly and seems to know…read morewhat she is talking about. It seems like the day I went in (31Dec 2025) for a normal maintenance checkup, they had inexperienced teenagers working. There was some misunderstanding of what I was there for. I showed Kaylyn my maintenance schedule which was to check fluids and whatever else and tire rotation. My schedule maintenance light was on and the tire pressure in one tire was a little low. After a long wait, Kaylyn said the car was in excellent condition and didn't charge me anything. I get in the car and my maintenance and tire pressure light were still on and I got a strong smell of oil. A couple of days later, I am driving around town and had to turn off the heat because the oil smell was so strong. I got home and looked under the hood. The oil cap was missing and I now had oil on the engine, underside of the hood and on the outside of the car on the passenger side. It makes no sense that they took the oil cap off. That tells me that they topped it off. They do not carry the right kind of weight that my car requires. I bought an oil cap and went back to Precision. Kaylyn looked at the notes the mechanic made and the notes indicated that they did not do anything or that the oil cap was missing. Of course it wasn't missing. She was baffled as to what happened and assured me that they would not do anything to the car without getting the okay from me, including topping of the oil. Then why was my cap missing, why oil on the side of the car and why when I got into the car it had a trong oil smell that did not go away? She said they could not do anything about the oil on the engine and hood. She offered to order the correct oil and provide a free oil change. Right, there is no way they are touching my car again. An update: Today Precision customer support called me. They were trying to make my experience right by offering to reimburse me for my oil cap and to have the engine cleaned. The oil cap was maybe $12 so I was not going to worry about it. I do not want to take it back to Precision to get the engine cleaned and I am not sure where to take it, so I will do it myself. Unfortunately my review may have gotten the manager in trouble. I did not want that and I feel awful. It appears she had inexperienced workers that day and her hands were full. But I guess her telling me there was nothing they could do about the oil on the engine was not the correct statement. Thank you Precision for trying to make it right.

Visited O'Reilly's last week to get brake fluid for my truck. The boy who was at the counter--I…read moredont know his name, heavy set, white, had to use his phone to look up the brake fluid after I gave him the make, year, engine, & when l asked how much fluid did it show was needed (so I could get the right sized bottle), he said he didn't know. I bought the smaller container & went out to my truck, grabbed my manual, & popped the hood; the manual provided me nothing as far as which was the reservoir, so I went back inside & asked him if it showed the reservoir & he said no. There was another employee who was finishing w/his customer, Corey, young black man, & I asked him if he had any vehicle experience, & he said he did. He went outside w/me, showed me which reservoir was the brake fluid & helped me get the cap off, he showed me where the lines were for filling on the reservoir. I filled the reservoir & he said he'd throw away the empty container for me & I thanked him. Corey was polite, very helpful, & KNOWLEDGEABLE, unlike his co-worker who did just the minimum to make the sale! So, LADIES, if you ever need someone to help you out, I suggest you ask for Corey, as he demonstrated everything I expect someone working in an autoparts store to know & do! I would have given 5 stars if not for the inexperienced young man l dealtvwith first!
