I drove an extra 30 minutes to go to Hub Ford vs. 2 other Ford dealership options based on the reviews I read on Yelp. I also waited 3 hours to get a call back from the service dept. at World Ford - even then then could not quote me a solid price on getting a replacement key for my 2013 F150. When I called Hub, they gave me a solid price and an appointment 3 hours from my phone call for 1 PM. I showed up at 1 PM, they took me in right away and 1 hour later, just as promised, they were done. While I was there, I had questions about the procedures when engaging the 4 wheel drive and anti-slip differential on my FX4. The service tech was very friendly and helpful. In the future when I have need to visit a Ford dealership for service, I will drive the extra miles to Hub Ford. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I called to speak with a salesperson and the receptionist was incredibly rude and hung up on me twice. I asked to speak with someone else and all she did was put me on hold for five minutes, and re answer the phone as if we hadn't just spoken about her getting me someone else to talk to. Then, refused to work with me or give me any pricing information. I have heard terrible things about this dealership but never experienced it first hand. I liked their inventory so I figured I would deal with it and try to buy. I am already approved, ready to buy, and you lost an easy sale 100% because of your receptionist. read more

I feel bad about giving this place one star. It shouldn't get any. They are that bad!!! I called about a Ford Bronco that they had in stock and expressed interest in trading in my Ford F-250 Platinum diesel. Marie asked me to drive out to check out the Bronco, in which I did. Once I got there, I had to go in multiple offices before I could find someone to help me. I asked them to look at my vehicle to see what they would do in a trade. They took my keys and left with my truck. I test drove the Bronco with a sales person that new absolutely nothing about the vehicle. It was 7 pm at night and I asked them to call me with information on the trade. They refused and said that if I left, they wouldn't deal over the phone. I wasted almost 3 hours of my life that I will never get back. Avoid this place like the plague! They don't want to sell anything if it will cause them to exert any energy at all! read more

While the service advisor that takes care of my account is top notch, unfortunately the rest of the experience is not. Significant issues appear to exist within the accounting department, and apparently management. After receiving an overcharge on an invoice, a mistake Hub City acknowledged was theirs, over two months and repeated contact and promises have not produced a refund. The poor service advisor, not the service or accounting manager, is who is placed in the position of trying to correct the problem. If your vehicle has warranty work where Ford is paying, they do excellent work. But if you are paying the bill, be very cautious and review your invoice in detail before payment. read more

Took vehicle in for oil change. Tried first to make appointment but was unable without leaving a message for a call back...which last time I did this took all day so I just went in. Sat in vehicle for about 10 minutes expecting someone to come to me! Wrong, 2 other vehicles drove into other bay, drivers existed their vehicles and were served ahead of me so obviously that's Ford-Crestview's Way of doing business. I've been there before before the "Name change." Once I entered no one approached me or ask if "they" could help me...the customer! Seriously considered taking my business elsewhere but I finally asked if I could be waited on...upon which I was immediately acknowledged. NO I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Servicing my vehicle was completed in a short time, but I believe if they want CUSTOMERS to return they should great them in their vehicles and return phone calls in a timely manner. read more

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR GO THERE FOR SERVICE. A brand new truck not even a year old has the check engine light come on and then we make an appointment, go in to have a engine diagnostic test done and they say it will be an hour. No, then they call you in an hour to say, OH it will take ALL DAY to look at once you leave the service department and your vehicle there? We think it was pushed back because it was under warranty and they just wanted to take the paying customers first. Well, we did pay 50k when we bought the truck. The service people are just rude and unprofessional. We wouldn't even be there if we didn't have the warranty. BTW maybe rethink buying a truck that need repairs within a year. We might be buy a new brand of truck if this is serious repair but we don't know until 5 more hours. read more

--BUYER BEWARE-- My wife and I were trying to negotiate the price on a car which had visible hail damage. The associate and the manager said that they purchased at an online auction, unaware of the extent of the hail damage. I looked at the CARFAX and it does not have any report of hail damage. I said that I understand they paid that much at auction and were probably unaware of the extent of the hail damage but they can't honestly expect to sell the car for the high end of the blue book value (car has over 32,000 miles and is almost 2 years old) and they may have to eat a little on the price. The sales associate told us that they were not willing to negotiate very much and were not worried about the pricing because "some one with poor/bad credit will come in and need a car, so we'll be able to make a sale" I have used this business for vehicle repairs and have had excellent experience with the service department and I had full intentions of driving away today with a new vehicle, even had cash to put down. I understand people need to make money and they probably feel jaded by the auction place but to say you are willing to take advantage of someone like that, knowing full well the car you are selling is no were near the sticker price is ridiculous...this speaks volumes about their values and ethics. So now am I not only willing to spend thousands more at another dealership I am going to make sure every person who asks about local car buying is aware of this experience. read more

Took my 2014 F150 with 40,000 miles in for a standard oil change and diagnostic for a clicking sound in the dash. Told me it was a vent door that was stuck from the AC/heat. Told me to bring it in another time since it was an hour and a half job (no big deal). Got home later, and now my truck alarm goes off randomly if I lock my truck. Called them back a few days later to see if I could get them to check it out since it obviously didn't do that before I took it into them. Was told it would be more than a month until I could get an appointment... Terrible way to run a business. I'll drive the extra 40 minutes to Fort Walton where I called promptly afterward which told me just to give them a day in advance for service. read more

Don't waste your time here. They advertised an F-150 online with a sale price of $41,000. I get there and they say "oh that's with all the rebates." I asked what all the rebates are. They didn't know all the rebates. Then when we talked numbers, the amount in rebates I was getting exactly matched the "dealer taxes and fees." So I was essentially getting no discount. Then they compared my diesel F250 with a non diesel F250. They were lowballing me on my trade and not coming off theirs a bit. The main reason they didn't want to deal with me is because the truck I was trading in was worth more than the one I was trying to purchase. So they wouldn't make any money until they sold my trade in. I ended up going to Mullinax Ford in Mobile. I got the exact same truck and the out the door price was $14,000 less. Just drive a little farther and go to a real dealership like Mullinax Ford. read more

Tried to buy a car from them..being us military i went in for the military discount ...on a 2005 sport track . They wouldn't do the deal becuase of other discounts .they wouldn't give it to me.! Over 500 bucks on a new car.. so i went down the road to Gary smith ford in fort Walton .. i got a new 05 f150..the discounts..a set of cabinets for my garage and a 500$ gift card...so flash ahead 10 years later..ive bought a 07 lariat ..06 focus..and a 2013 fx4 loaded to the max..basicly they lost 100k in sales over a military discount.. went up to look a mustang ..sales staff was still lame. read more

our car was having some issues and we needed to take it on for service. First day car was there we called toward end of day to see if it would be ready for pick up; no answer, had to leave a message. Several more days of no answered no phone calls, and always having to leave messages, never calling back when they said they would and when I did speak to them they asked me the same questions I had already answered several times. On third day we finally picked the car up with issues unresolved. We will try somewhere else this time. I really don't think they ever looked at it to be honest since each time I talked with them they would ask what the problem was with the car again. Poor customer service all the way around. No one knows what is going on, get passed around, etc. Exhausting! read more

We purchased our 2019 Ford Explorer XLT as an CPO in May 2020. We brought the explorer in for regular maintenance into Ford Crestview and inquired about a trim piece that was lifted allowing water into the vehicle when we opened the door. They advised us the part was under warranty because we were still under the 36K manufacture warranty. We had some communication issues with the part coming in and I finally got into contact with Edin and he advised me of the process. Come to find out when I took my vehicle for the work my vehicle was over the 36k miles. Edin informed me what happen and went to bat for us with the Ford Manufacture. It was a great pleasure working with Edin. He is about the people and making sure we are happy with the Ford Product. I would definitely return to Ford in Crestview. I was given awesome customer service. Edin is personal, professional and about taking care of the customer. Great Job Crestview Ford!!! read more

Very deceitful operation. Took advantage of my senior citizen friend and falsified his contract. When I pointed it out to him and he tried to call them, they blocked his phone calls. Notified Ford Corporate and they said they have wanted to pull their dealership but can't due to minority ownership laws. Take the drive to Tallahassee, it will be worth it. Service for 2012 Ford Fusion Recall on airbags. I got a letter from Ford stating that my replacement airbags are not in stock. I kept calling Hub City Ford to schedule airbag replacement, and they keep saying no airbags are in stock call back next week. After 3 weeks of calling, I tried one more time today (11/30/2018): "no airbags, try back later." So I called Gary Smith Ford in FWB, they said, have we scheduled you an inspection yet, that's the first step? (really no one at Hub City ever mentioned that). so Gary Smith has me scheduled for an inspection and from there they will order the part for me. not the call back later run around, but real good customer service, I just had to call a different dealer to get service. read more

Will never use Hub City Ford of Crestview again. I purchased an F250 from Hub City about 1.5 years ago. The bluetooth in the truck stopped working after about 2 weeks. Having purchased the platinum warranty I called their service department to let them know about the issue. I live well over an hour away and have a busy work schedule. I asked if they would fix it when I had time to bring it up. 'No problem' was their response. The emissions in my diesel truck failed (not Hub City's fault) so I had it towed up to be worked on. I couldn't believe it wasn't covered under the warranty (65,000 miles) but that was a Ford issue. It took a couple of techs to diagnose the emissions issue but the last guy seemed quite qualified. I asked Hub City to take care of the 2 small recall issues and to fix the bluetooth issue while they fix the emissions issue. They had my truck for 2 weeks (which seemed long to me) but the truck wouldn't run until it was fixed. I spoke to the service guy a couple of times during the wait. I reminded him to fix the bluetooth. They called to say that I could pick up my truck and I asked the service guy if they fixed my bluetooth and he said 'yes'. I showed up to grab my truck and asked they service guy again if they fixed the bluetooth and he said 'yes'. I left to drop off the rental vehicle and when I returned (after paying the bill) the service guy said they had not fixed the bluetooth. I was extremely annoyed because I would have left the truck to get fixed (as if the 2 weeks wasn't long enough). I asked to speak to the manager. Manager comes out and he said there was nothing they could do. They are lucking that they are the only Ford service dept within a large radius because if they had competition they would go out of business. I don't like dealing with liars, especially when I am paying them. read more

Without getting into too many personal details - our family would like to thank Hub City Ford's service technicians/management for their absolute devotion to helping us, as customers. With Christmas fast approaching, they went above & beyond the call of duty to assist our family. We couldn't be more grateful to them and will certainly return to them if ever in need of maintenance on our vehicle again. Dropped a car off for a recall and check engine codes. Was told it should take about 2.5 hours by my service writer Frank, called back 5.5 hours later to play telephone tag with no one answering after 3 attempts. When I did get ahold of my service writer I was told the recall previously performed didn't find any issues. Since I brought the car in for recall before it was showing issues the part that could have been replaced in the recall was no longer covered and it would cost me $500. Not sure what diagnostics were done but I was charged $150 for diagnostics when I brought it in and showed them photos of the check engine codes showing me what needed replacement. So I was charged $150 to tell me what I already knew. All in all, terrible service, worse communication, will not be bringing any vehicles back to this service center. If no stars was an option I would choose it. Had to stop by the dealer to get my questions answered and request the car back. Communication here is abysmal. read more

I went to work for Ford Crestview on July 28, 2019! During my interview I was promised a guaranteed salary of $2500 a month plus my commission for the month of August & September! Stepone has a "Draw" system in place for their salesman! The draw are paid each month and that is normally taken out of your paycheck based upon the commissions that you make for the previous month! My agreement was different! I have a signed document that I was not given a copy of that was in my file signed by the GM! I ONLY agreed to work for The Stepone Auto Group because of this great incentive ! They honored their agreement with me through the end of August! They tried to take out the draw on me and when I went to the human resource department one of the human resources employees pulled my file read the signed document and I was paid my commission plus the $2500! I have a copy of my paystub to prove that! I sold 2 vehicles during the first couple of weeks of September to have to split one With another sales person! My current check owed to me is about a $1000. I resigned on September 15th! I have waited for a month to be paid the $1000 I am owed! I spoke to the general manager today and now he's telling me that that's not what we agreed upon and in their typical manipulation of words and things like that they basically don't want to pay me the money! Again go back to end of August when they tried the same thing ! I only want to be paid what I am owed nothing more nothing less! I will continue to pursue the money that I am owed on every platform I can! This is not a case of some disgruntled employee... this is someone who went to work for a company in good faith based upon what I was told and what I signed! Pay me what you owe me ! read more

I called to set an appointment to have a key reprogrammed. I verifed with the service tech that the key for my vehicle was in stock. I explained to him that when I called around weeks earlier to see who had the better deal, I was told they would have had to order it. He assured me that he looked it up by my VIN and they had it. ( in a very condescending tone as if to imply that he knows how to do his job) So I set the appointment and paid someone to take my vehicle up there since their operation hours conflict with my working hours. My person was sitting there for an entire hour before the service tech came out and told him they did not have the right FOB for my car, that they would have to order it. It was at this point that I should have said forget it but I prepaid for the FOB anyway. I was told I would receive a phone call when the key fob was delivered and we would set up an appointment to have it programmed. A full week passes (legit a full five business days and the weekend) , still no call. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the FOB was on backorder, so I called them to get an update, only to find out that my key had arrived a couple of days after I ordered it. No apology just a pass of the buck, "I don't know why nobody called you but I can get you over to service so you can make an appointment with them." At this point I am laughing because I am annoyed. He tried to transfer me to service but the call would not go through so he took a message so they could return my call. Next day, still had not received a call. Called BACK to speak to the manager and apparently they do not know who the managers are. Parts even claimed there wasn't a manager! At this point, I want to go and pick up my FOB and find another company to do it. THEY WILL NOT GET ANOTHER PENNY OUT OF ME. read more

Dealing with the dealers service department and the Ford Customer Service Department will make you apriciate dealing with your internet or cell phone provider. Useless does not even come close to describing what they can do for you. 31 days they had my vehicle and did not even come close to fixing it. In 31 days Ford couldn't even get an ETA on the part needed to fix the truck. They did however find a way to charge me $95 for absolutly nothing. Ended up having it towed to Leavins and it was fixed within 72 hours. Hub City should send someone down there to take notes on how to fix cars and treat customers. Not only did they fix the original problem, they also changed the oil, rotated tires, replaced bulbs and replaced the ball joints. All in under 3 days. AND, kept me informed with multiple emails and phone calls along the way. I dont the Henry Ford himself could get a call back from these guys. If it sounds like I'm a fan of Leavins, it's because I am. Save yourself the time and headache and take it to them first. read more

HORRIBLE Service!!! First off, FORD lost a customer. Will be selling out 2012 Focus and NEVER buying another Ford after the way we were treated....OVER A WARRANTY issue non-the less. And then, off all the simplest things Hub City COULD HAVE done: The car was there 6 days. The washer fluid thing came on saying low fluid. They were fully aware of how unhappy I was with Ford...and their lack of standing behind a rental car for REDOING warranty work they just did a month ago. You would think Hub City would have at least added washer fluid???? NO!!! Absolutely NO customer service....and don't even TRY to make you want to stay in a Ford. Dodge.....here we come.
