We bought a truck 3 weeks ago. I made an appointment a week ago because our 4 wheel drive does not work. Therefore, they sold us a truck that has "issues" this is actually so disappointing and unprofessional and actually crazy when we made an appointment they wanted to charge us for diagnostics. After taking to multiple people in the office they finally waved the fees and then told us what the issue was (we were already aware of the issue). Then tried to charge us 700$ for a MAX 100$ part then 500$ in labor. This is not a good dealership would NOT recommend coming or buying any vehicle here. read more

Do not ever get your car serviced here. Kayla in the service department told us she would leave our keys in the car for pick up on a Sunday evening, coming back from the airport. She asked me to call and remind the service department on Saturday (but also failed to tell me they close at 2 pm). I called at 2:15 pm and got someone in sales who said there was someone in service who hadn't left yet and he would go remind them for me. We arrived from the airport at 10 pm on a Sunday - car locked and no keys. Stranded with no car, she couldn't even guarantee the car would be dropped off to us - we are 30 mins away with no vehicle. She also said they will not reimburse uber. She was defensive and not apologetic for her error when I called. Took zero accountability for her error. The agreement to leave the keys in the vehicle was prearranged and the call on Saturday was just a reminder. She just kept making excuses instead of taking accountability and apologizing. Someone did call us to let us know the car will be dropped off but without an apology from Kayla who initially made the error. We'll see when it gets here. read more

I went to this dealership for service on my friends car that she purchased from them a few years back. The staff was attentive and friendly. I arrived early and they were able to expedite service. While I was there I met several salespeople and found one in particular who I thought would be fair with my friend (as I was only visiting the area). My wife has been selling cars in Maine for 16 years and I have a decent knowledge of how dealerships work. Within three months my friend found, through this dealership, the exact vehicle she was seeking. I wish I could take credit for her happiness but the team at this dealership took care of that for me. Car dealerships often receive a bad rap and I'm certain that not everyone shares my good opinion but an educated buyer who asks the correct questions, and questions the offerings in a fair and non confrontational manner, can often get a fair price for the vehicle they want. read more

I would rate a zero star if possible. Had a purchase for my Dodge Durango about 6 months ago and spoiler lining was warped. Filed a claim under warranty to have part replaced and no answers. Absolutely disgusting service, they would go out of their way to avoid talking to me when I would do follow up calls for status. I had a relative call the exact same rep that was "not available", and because my relative used their name (not mine), they answered immediately. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Extremely disappointed in my experience with this dealership. While Rebecca the Service manager is very nice, the whole experience has been disappointing. I do understand not 100% within her control. Jeep has been in the shop since 08/12. Part back ordered. Issue is the trailer harness lighting. 3 weeks ago found out part was back order until 09/08. Requested Jeep be put back together and was told jeep is all apart and can't put back together. This is the issue that is within the Service Departments control. What amount of time is excessive for an owner to be without their vehicle? Today the part is still back ordered. Instead of inconveniencing themselves by putting the Jeep back together they would rather inconvenience me by leaving me without a vehicle for a month. But in the meantime i get postcards for the dealership requesting to by my Jeep because it is low mileage. read more

Our salesman was great; however, but he said they would touch up our car when we brought it in for service and we'd get 4 free oil changes. When i took my car in for routine maintenance, i was told the touch up was not free and my oil changes had to be in the 2 first years only...i had owned the car for 2 years and 5 days. This dealership offers poor service. My son purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was told to pick up the car on Monday December 19, 2022. When we arrived to pick up the car, he was told that the battery had to be replaced and it would take 45 minutes to an hour. We grabbed lunch and cane back an hour later. The vevhike was still parked in the same space. My son went inside and was told that the mechanic wasn't aware that he needed to changed the battery. So the car was pulled into the garage. We waited two hours. My son was told to bring the vehicle back on Thursday the 21st because they needed to replace the rear LED light. Since my son had to work, I took the card back for the replacement. I assumed it was fixed but it wasn't. Once I got the car home, the instrument panel wasn't working therefore nothing was working. My son took the car back on yesterday December 26 to get a runaround. The business is in the process of getting a general manager. He had to talk to multiple people to explain what was going on with a brand new 2023 car he had less than a week. They finally gave him a loaner to used so he could get back and forth to work. Be cautious about up-selling services. Check your service intervals before going there. Needing an oil change, I used the Express Service lane. I was told I need the 40,000 mile service at a cost of over $800. I checked the owners manual online and their suggested service was not required by the factory. I asked about the up-sell and was told it was the dealer recommended schedule. I refuse the extra service. If the service department is going to "suggest" additional service intervals they need to advise customers of the factory schedule. read more

BAD experience. They falsified information to us. If you are wanting to buy a vehicle from a trustworthy dealership, STAY AWAY from here!!! The finance consultant told us our extended warranty covers bumper to bumper, but when we took the vehicle that we have owned for just a couple of months for three issues it was not covered. When we talked to the consultant, she then said, "Oh, I misspoke. It's basically bumper to bumper." So since she "basically misspoke", we are now paying for an extended warranty that doesn't really matter and have to pay out of pocket when we were told the extended warranty covered everything. The team I had the pleasure of working with, Tyler, Will and Hunter, at CDJR was very friendly and professional. The entire process from selection, application, test drive to signing docs was quick and easy. I had so many (minor) questions and Tyler was happy to answer them all before I commited to travel FL. To put my mind at ease, Tyler offered to FaceTime me so I could virtually inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicle. I also worked with Tyler's partner Will who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave a quick and thorough tutorial before my 5 hour drive home. The Service department here is a joke and not accountable for their work. I called the service manager 4 times with no response. They lost the lug nut cap on my dually when they changed my tire. They charged me 60.00 to remount the tire but neglected to move the sensor so I immediately got a TPMS alarm when I drove the truck away. They neglected to even return my call about replacing the lugnut cover at my expense. Horrible. read more

The worst service department I've had to deal with. Took truck in for ABS light service. Couple weeks after receiving vehicle back, the light was back on. Was scheduled for a Sat. 8AM appt, received a call at 2:00 with the female saying she wasn't sure why we were scheduled for this appointment and we would need to come get the vehicle and reschedule. After the vehicle was said to be ready, the light came back on days later. I called to ask if vehicle was even serviced and the individual said sometimes they receive faulty parts and we would need to bring the vehicle back in. They have no care for customers inconvenience, they make you feel like the inconvenience to them. We will no longer be taking our vehicle here and I would not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here for maintenance if they wish to have reliable service. read more

Horrible experience! We had been looking for a specific Jeep and had finally found it at this location. We had already filled out an application online and let the young lady we were dealing with know that we would be in to finalize the deal. She said she would call us if anyone else came in to look at it before we could get there since we were coming from 45 minutes away. We show up and it takes 20-25 minutes before anyone even approaches us. The sales person who came out to help us says he is sorry for the delay and that they are short staffed but meanwhile there are 3-4 other sales people sitting inside right by the front door/windows and only one other customer there who was with another sales person. We let him know why we are there and as we are speaking the Jeep that we came for is literally being driven off the lot by someone who had just bought it. So nobody called us, and of course there are no other comparable models. The sales person looked online to see if they had any at their Fort Walton Beach location in which they did not, and when we asked when they would be getting in more inventory he said he had no idea and just let us walk out. It was as if they did not care if they sold anything or not. We even told them we would just go somewhere else and they did not care at all and just referred us to a location in Milton. Went in to take care of sunroof under warranty. Drop off late Thursday afternoon so it could be in line FIRST thing Friday. By 12:30 pm I had not heard .. SO I called "them". I was told she (the service rep) needed to check with the tech and would get back to me. Never did! At 3:30 pm ...I called again and talked to Dylan. He said he would check on it and called me right back to inform me the part would not be here till September (today is August 7th). Little frustrated BUT I get it w/ COVID. I drove to dealership to pick it up and they said the tech ran test on the sunroof and it shorted out the radio. The radio will not turn off and the battery will die. Car won't work!!! Brought it in running fine NOW it doesn't work correctly. Oh, "We can't loan you a car" . You broke MY car and you can't loan me 1 of the hundreds you have in your lot. "WE ARE SORRY"... REALLY!!!! STAY AWAY!! I made an appointment 1.5 weeks in advance for 8:30 in the morning to have my oil changed. I showed up on time and dropped my truck off. It was supposed to be ready by 9:30. I made it back at 2:00 and my truck still was not ready. The guy checked on it and came back with another guy. He said it will be 10 minutes. I asked what do you mean? It was supposed to be ready at 9:30. New guy said, Well I made a mistake. I waited 1.5 weeks to get in. Then the "service team leader", I would assume, says oops I made a mistake. How many more mistakes are they making??? He then became very confrontational and told me I did not ever have to come back. You can believe I will not go back EVER! If I could give this place zero stars I would! Their service department is a joke. Brought in my 2017 Dodge Caravan, first for the AC running warm. They couldn't find the problem, but charged me $220. After I got it back, the engine ran rough at idle, they wouldn't even look at it without charging me. Took it to another mechanic who advised it was a power train issue that should be covered under manufacturer warranty. Ha! Brought it back to Crestview Dodge, was told by Brett Johnt they didn't have enough mechanics but that he could "call in the guy whose dad just died to personally work" on my vehicle. Took it to Fort Walton, who reattached a hose that had been left off when they fixed my AC. But still had the same rough idle issue. Called Dodge Customer Care to see what else could be done. Was told to take it back to Crestview Dodge. Who charged me $107 to replace an O2 sensor. Absolutely zero concern for customer satisfaction, just charged me to put a band aid on the issue three times. Will NEVER buy another Dodge let alone go to this dealership ever again. read more

Had to have my 2014 dodge caravan towed here. Said is had a bad cyclinder in the motor. Took a week to repair it. I picked the van up on Friday afternoon and it still wasnt fixed. I call at like 4:55 so they said wait and bring it in on Monday. Went early Monday morning service manager Mike got in it and drove it. Came back and said it was the transmission and he didnt have a transmission person at that dealership. So i had to take it to Ft. Walton. Get there and they found out nothing was wrong with transmission it was only an ignition coil. My problem is with the service manager at Crestview he sent me to Ft. Walton without making sure what was wrong with my van. I am very unhappy with his service. read more

I had a flat on Saturday and because my vehicle has TPMS I wanted them to do it because I knew they would be delicate with the sensor and do the job right. Sadly, the service department is the reason they get such a bad review. I have a 2013 Dart Limited. It decided not to start one evening in a rain storm. My first thought; bad battery, call roadside assistance. Only thing is, it wouldn't take the jump, so took it to Lee to look at it. Even after a supposed analyzer check, they only found a "loose connection." Less than a week later, my car had the same problem. Had it pulled to the local Auto Zone, and for absolutely free, the sales clerk ran the test, found the battery was bad, and even helped me replace it (which took about 30-45 in the rain trying to figure out the computer module removal that is on top of the battery). The $75/hr mechanics at the dealer service department couldn't even do that just 3 days earlier. If Lee can't even isolated basic faults, how can they be trusted for major repairs? Money wasted! One star is too much for the service department. They had my JEEP wrangler for 3 weeks and were never able to fix the problem. When I picked it up the inside was filthy. Grease all over my neoprene seat covers, floor mats a mess, grease all over the dash/doors/door frames. There was a terrible musty smell on the inside. After getting it home I discovered the soft roof had been removed (wrangler) and not put back on properly. That allowed rainwater from a recent storm to enter my vehicle while it was parked outside. What I was smelling was mildew. Remember this is a Jeep dealership, they should know how to put a soft top roof back on a wrangler. Additionally, there was a lipstick and pen on the floor of the passenger side. Not my wife's. I spent 3 hours cleaning up their mess. Make sure you take interior and exterior photos of you car before dropping it off here. Second very bad experience there in six months. Will never go there again, read more

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. They promised my wife 3 years oil changes/tire rotations and they would cover the gap insurance($699) if she traded her 2011 jeep for a new 2015 jeep. This was a BIG selling point so the next day we made the trade only to find out they will not honor ANY of those 3 things. They said(after all paperwork was signed) that because we talked the price down that voided those things. They took advantage of a mother and young child who went there to look around! I've since had a few conversations with Mr. Fredrickson, which got a little nasty on his and my end, that all I want is the gap insurance covered. He was so friendly during the sale but turned straight evil after the paperwork was signed! Please don't support this dealership! I even recorded him on my phone saying he told my wife they would cover those 3 things and that he never once told her that if the price was negotiated it would void them!
