When it was time for me to pick my truck up, I noticed I was charged for rotors when I did not need new rotors, my truck is new. He told me that it is standard practice when you change brakes, you change the rotors too ( no matter the condition) I didn't agree being that I knew my rotors were in good condition. He was a little aggravated with me but in the end refunded me for the rotors that i didn't originally need. It won't deter me from going to this business again because even though there was an issue, it was fixed and I have never had previous issues.

There was a lot of cosmetic damage to the front/right of her SUV, as well a loss of some of the front sensors. We took the SUV to Miracle Strip Body Shop and dealt with Craig. He did an initial guesstimation of damage but explained that there may be other damage not immediately visible. Our experience with Craig and the business was nothing less than professional as well as pleasant! Craig kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs, the status of parts ordered, and answered any questions we had about the repairs. After we got the SUV back, it looked brand new. During a recent oil change at one of the box stores, the technician reported a possible oil and coolant leak. We called Craig and he had us bring the SUV back and discovered there was a pinhole leak in one of the AC hoses. The technicians replaced the hose and got the SUV back to my wife in one day! I appreciate their customer service and all they did to get my wife's SUV repaired.
