After dealing with the stress and frustration of an accident, I expected the repair process to be overwhelming, confusing, and drawn out -- but this team completely changed that experience for us. From the very beginning, they were professional, honest, and incredibly transparent. Every step of the process was clearly communicated, from the initial estimate to updates on parts, timelines, insurance coordination, and final completion. I never once felt like I was left wondering what was happening with my vehicle. Their communication was consistent, proactive, and genuinely reassuring during a stressful situation. What stood out the most was how seamless they made everything feel. They handled the process with such organization and care that it took a huge burden off our shoulders. They were upfront about costs, explained everything in detail, and made sure there were no surprises along the way. That level of transparency and integrity is hard to find. The quality of the work was also outstanding. The vehicle looked absolutely incredible when we got it back -- honestly like nothing had ever happened. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was obvious. More than anything, this shop treated us like people, not just another repair ticket. In a situation that could have been extremely stressful, they brought professionalism, empathy, and confidence every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs and would absolutely trust them again in the future.

I just got a response from the owner of Wolverine Engine, They stated they paid for the first…read morerepair on a brand new engine which happened the very first time we started the engine and they ONLY paid a total of $300.00 in repairs on a brand new engine and that is the maximum they will pay for it. We paid $12,000.00 for them to build us a engine and now I have spent over $2000.00 on repairs even though the engine only had 1,300 miles on it at the time of the second oil leak which was in a totally different location from the first oil leak. A brand new engine with only 1,300 miles on it and Wolverine engines will only cover $300.00 for repairs on their brand new engine. They only have excuses for their poor workmanship! Be sure to get their terrible warranty policy in writing because they will only cover $300.00 in repair cost. Remember, My brand new $12,000,00 WOLVERINE Engine had only 1,300 miles on it and it has had multiple oil leaks! It took about 9 months after I had the engine delivered to get my truck running and on the road due to a total restoration so I have only been able to drive it on a few occasions due to all of the issues we have had with this engine. Their warranty should start at the time the engine is first started not from the day it is paid for which actually means that their warranty begins before you actually even receive your engine, I have only driven the truck on weekends for about four months now since it has been finished so the engine is literally brand new. If you do have issues before the year mark with even 10 miles on the engine then they still will only cover up to $300.00 for repairs. We trusted Wolverine Engines to build us a quality and trustworthy engine and they have totally let us down. Beware, Wolverine Engine warranty begins even before you ever get a chance to test the engine so BEWARE,BEWARE, BEWARE. There was a day when American companies had integrity, but I guess those days are long gone! The response from the owner of Wolverine engines is also dishonest, I have a email from him stating that the maximum they will pay for repairs on this brand new engine is a mere $300.00 even though it has cost us over $2000.00. Even under warranty the max they pay for repairs is $300.00 so don't fall for that excuse. A brand new engine that has had multiple repairs at and before1,300 miles that I have paid over $2000.00 for out of my own pocket is what is illogical. Read the owners response to my review, he only says he stands behind his crappy warranty but not by his engine builds. Read the warranty carefully, their warranty starts from the time you pay for the engine, this means their warranty begins before it is delivered to you so you may never have a chance to test the engine before their warranty expires, even if the engine fails they will only cover $300.00, I am sure they do this by design so that alone should tell you something about the ethics of WOLVERINE ENGINES! The owner of Wolverine Engines says in his response that they build quality engines but would a brand new quality engine have multiple issues that cost thousands of dollars to repair??????? Anyone else that has had problems with Wolverine Engines please contact me at artisticstn@aol.com.
