Great Team to do business with! Omar has this store running like a well lubed machine. I highly suggest them for Business accounts.

I wish I knew the young man's name but he was very helpful. Told him I was disabled and helped me take my parts to my truck. Thank you.

Visited O'Reilly's last week to get brake fluid for my truck. The boy who was at the counter--I…read moredont know his name, heavy set, white, had to use his phone to look up the brake fluid after I gave him the make, year, engine, & when l asked how much fluid did it show was needed (so I could get the right sized bottle), he said he didn't know. I bought the smaller container & went out to my truck, grabbed my manual, & popped the hood; the manual provided me nothing as far as which was the reservoir, so I went back inside & asked him if it showed the reservoir & he said no. There was another employee who was finishing w/his customer, Corey, young black man, & I asked him if he had any vehicle experience, & he said he did. He went outside w/me, showed me which reservoir was the brake fluid & helped me get the cap off, he showed me where the lines were for filling on the reservoir. I filled the reservoir & he said he'd throw away the empty container for me & I thanked him. Corey was polite, very helpful, & KNOWLEDGEABLE, unlike his co-worker who did just the minimum to make the sale! So, LADIES, if you ever need someone to help you out, I suggest you ask for Corey, as he demonstrated everything I expect someone working in an autoparts store to know & do! I would have given 5 stars if not for the inexperienced young man l dealtvwith first!

Unfortunate experience…read more Brought my vehicle in for service, and we have extended warranty on it. Was told our vehicle needs 1 engine mount. Thought that was funny, since they are typically replaced in pairs as my vehicle is high mileage. But okay. Factory warranty time is 2.7 for one side. Per the service manager, they charge 1.5 (aka 150%) more than that. Math dictates that to be 4.05. (2.7 x 1.5=4.05 4.05). Okay. Nationally published labor time guide Mitchell Pro Demand calls for 3.2. Which would leave me out of pocket .85. Okay fine. Reasonable. Jeremy and Mike want to charge 5.2 -5.5 hours. Mike wants to charge 5.5 hours. 2.7 for warranty time + 1 hour for his technician finding it on a "free" multi point inspection , so 3.7 x 1.5 =5.55. After I showed up to retrieve my vehicle and I asked him about it, he informs myself and my husband, that the dealership sells TWS warranty, and they do not honor that warranty either because they won't pay the multiplier. Wow. Okay. Industry standard is 40% over warranty, not 150%, but who am I to tell someone how to run their business . Was also told my vehicle needs an idler pulley and belt. We declined the work as they want to charge 2 labor hours ( 1 for idler pulley and 1 for stretch belt) even though the belt needs to come off to replace the idler pulley. Yeah, no thanks. After bringing my car home, looking at the car, the pulley didn't move once or make any noise whatsoever. A really disappointing experience from a really pretty dealership.
