All other automotive repair and tire stores in the area of Crestview total cost for repairs was $258 including tax or lower. After contacting the store and speaking with the manager, he confirmed the outrageous price. These people were broken down in the parking lot and had no choice, but to pay the bill. The manager stated." it is on video that they agreed to the price, we even had Spanish-speaking employees to ensure they understood the cost." I informed him that he knew he charged them double the price of anyone else in the city. He responded, "they agreed to it. He further stated it is the companies normal prices." Here's the lesson learned, don't do business with dishonest people. He had the opportunity to do something to make things right, but chose not to. If they'll do this to a female stranded motorist and her son, they'll do it to your wife or daughter. Bad business.

I drove my Jeep into this shop for intermittent overheating. I specifically requested an OEM…read morethermostat and replacement coolant hoses. The key word here is DROVE. After they replaced the thermostat and hoses, I received a call saying the coolant reservoir now had a hole in it and would cost an additional $400-$500 to replace. I disputed that the reservoir was not damaged when I brought the Jeep in. A significant coolant leak would have been a very different problem from the intermittent overheating I brought it in for. The shop refused to accept responsibility for the damage but "offered" to replace it if I paid for the part. At that point, I was not giving them another dollar. My Jeep drove into this shop and had to leave on a tow truck after they worked on it. That alone summarizes my experience. I brought my vehicle in with one problem and left with another, more serious one. I regret not paying closer attention to their existing reviews before taking my Jeep here. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. I certainly will.
