A belated review. On 12/20/24, Friday, we were returning from my Mom's funeral, in our high mileage Chevy Z71 4x4. It was after 7pm, pitch black and pissing rain on I10, heading west. We were leaving Blountstown Fl. heading to Navarre Fl.. Around Chipley the Chevy threw it's driveshaft. I contacted Hard Core Towing. It only took a little less than an hour for them to arrive. The big flat bed recovery vehicle was a welcome sight. It was operated by a very personable, efficient couple. The Chevy was quickly loaded, tied down and we were on our way home. I had the pleasure of riding in the cab on our return trip and enjoyed our conversation. Considering the equipment involved and the distance traveled, I found the price to be very reasonable and the service impeccable. the previous owner was shaded ,the lady said they takes parts off cars,even old parts belong to the owner of the vehicle,she said they miss diagnosis your car,thats sounds a lot like Express Oil company, who use to have a bunch of used cars in back,intill I called the city,there is a autoparts store next to express oil company I believe they are working together,,but the state of florida looks the other way.,the owner of hardcore name is george Stapleton,is he a ex emergengy medicine doctor? read more

Travis & lady working dispatch were angels on a Friday evening after I waited since 10:30am for another company my insurance's roadside service contracts with. I sunk my jeep in a mud hole in Blackwater State Forest with minimal service. Able to send my location to Gary at 6 pm who had to search for my location and finally found me at 9 pm. He was the only tow service willing to come to my location with a skid-steer to bring it down the muddy forest service road to extract me through the mud. My car broke down I called about 3-4 places and NO ONE was answering. Finally, called this company and the owner named "George" answered. My car was towed in a timely manner. He was very helpful & professional. Giving him 5 stars, and would 10/10 recommend this business. I also had to stop by their shop the next day and every employee was helpful and polite. It's never a good time when your vehicle has to be towed. However Wayne with Hard Core was professional and knowledgeable in regard to his craft. He had a plan from start to finish. After AAA Said they would not tow my car from the garage after they towed it there I called my insurance. Progressive was great they got me Hardcore Towing and Recovery.
